Our problem was the bathroom. Bolt on left side disintegrated and bathroom rocked. Arrived at the time he stated. He got the job donewax ring had replacing bolts place back fill valve, then corrected it, installed and cleaned everything up. He finished the job quickly and was quite efficient. We've got AHS and following the first plumber that they gave usI looked them up and they had terrible ratings. I called back and cancelled, asked for their list of Plumbers and chose TAZ. Great option! Wonderful experience!

Thanks again, Adrian for a work well done. Closing cost was just under $500 ($600 using the AHS service telephone ) but compared to the potential floor damage which could have occurred on our nearby laminate flooring, I'd pay it again tomorrow.
Read a few reviews of this business and was skeptical, but once the plumber Adrian started his assessment and arrived, I could tell he knew what he talked about. Had a 90 drainpipe leading in laundry area and the kitchen sink out to the main line. Adrian initially utilized the conventional snake, but he knew it had to be residue buildup on the interior of the pipe which may only be cleaned out with a water-jet cleaner, once it came out clean. He had to return to the office on the NW side to retrieve the device, which was a little annoying but not his error. The procedure was done in about 30 min, After he returned. Some of these residue therefore that he managed to reveal what was there back-washed below the kitchen sink into the cleanout - yuck.

We had been having an issue were our kitchen sink and also our washer would back up in our hall tub. All other drains (bathroom sink, shower and bathrooms ) would drain immediately and without an issue. Ben worked on the problem until he managed to clear the stoppage and came out. Understanding, friendliness, and his devotion was sterile. He paid special attention to ensure the problem was resolved and listened to our description of the issue. Ben is an asset to TAZ plumbing and that I will highly recommend this company. Thank TAZ and you Ben!

This is the second time. The next time was even better than the first. We had a water supply line break and they had someone outside and mended the leak. Honesty their care and attention to detail is second to none. I will only call TAZ Plumbing for my needs today and in the future! Thank you!

We now have a plumber, although we're new to Tucson Like I said!
We predicted the water company to turn off the water at the control, which they did, Since it was late on a Friday night. Taz called us the next morning to arrange a time to emerge. They quickly diagnosed the problem and had been there by 10am. They provided us two choices, one that would repair the issue. We opted for the repair. Five hours later (as they anticipated ), we were done. It was a fair price repaired, with customer service.
We just bought a home in Tucson and didn't know what to do when we found a massive leak beyond the home. We phoned our home warranty company, but they said it had been out the home and, thus, outside our guarantee. Nevertheless, they referred us to Taz Plumbing. Thank goodness they did!

Beware. I called these guys to snake a drain since the other folks in my house I called couldn't get out there right away. The tech Adrian came out wow, in 20 minutes and was specialist. Within a short time he called me to say was a massive clog 40 to 50 feet later on. He said all that he could do would be to"poke a hole" for now, but that a part of my primary line would have to be replaced. He said no guarantee on their job that I should speak with his boss in a quote for replacement the line and since it was big. Note, my house is about 20 feet from the curb and taking into consideration the period of the tube, I would say 50 feet of snake would set them roughly 10 or 15 feet into the city sewer line. I smelled something fishy, so I set a bubble spring and borrowed a snake and sent it down on the line. I did struck on a clog, spun it a couple of times, pulled back baldness and several medical gauze. The clog is cleared. . .nothing wrong with my line, just a lot things you don't need. Beware.

Both bathrooms were clogged on a Sunday. Called taz plumbing and they have been there in 90 minutes. Adrian showed up was informative great job and very professional

They bilked my older in-laws. Whenever you have a house buyer warranty 2-10 policy, a business like Taz promises to come out and perform specific tasks. You pay them $70 beneath your policy. Their job is to snake the line moving from your washing machine. But they lied and claimed it was done and the line needed to be"hydrojetted." Well, that is another cost of $442 (and they know this). Rather than $70, they'd get considerably more for doing anything you may not want (and in our case we did not need). All I can say is thank God my in-laws that are elder have somebody. We were able to get another business in to snake the line and it did not need some work. Be careful out there!! These charlatans may try the same thing on you!!!"

Tried to fix a non flushing toilet and in the process did a thing to my refill valve refill valve is now making a very loud squeaking sound. Called back them to fix the problem they created and they refused. Passed the dollar. Won't use their service.

Water heater repair & service from Ben of Taz Plumbing! And everyone I talked with at Taz was helpful and pleasant.

Replaced our sewer line installed two workouts out for usage and hydrojetted that the house while being client service oriented business and the most professional I've ever dealt with. A trench was in my lawn each day ago and u cant even tell that it was awakened. Will be using them again. THANKS TAZ (Juan, Tim, Adrian, Ivan) and all others that assisted with this job..your professionalism, courtesy, and work are beyond reproach. KEEP UP THE GREAT WORK!!!

I also called my 2-10 warranty service and had no hot water from my kitchen faucet. To make a long story short, I went through 3 different plumbers' opinions and attempts to solve. They sent'Ben' from TAZ Plumbing who put in my new faucet and diagnosed my problem. He was educated, caring, and gave me information that is helpful & detailed. Thank you Ben that I now have water that is hot!

Do not use this business!! Bait and switch, waited for your plumber ( needed to call back twice) Ad clearly says $75 any drain anytime, upon arrival quote was $340!! Never again!!

When I had them placed in my shower fixtures they did a fantastic job. Very detailed and professional oriented. This is actually the second time that I've used Taz Plumbing and I will go back to them.

Super overpriced compared to other businesses. They wanted $3,980 for a job I needed done. Called a different company and got it done for $2,000.

This time we had a clog at the wall which kept our on lawsuit sink from draining efficiently so we called our house insurance company and much to our distaste.... Inform us TAZ. *EYEROLL* anyway, the associate told me that it would have to be power washed (or something to that honor ) and that it would cost $410! I said to do it and had been dumb. Then all he did was conduct a snake (a diy fix for approximately $45 in the majority ) then charged us the $410. These people are scammers. . .do not anticipate them.
Don't use them.
I come with news that is grave to you. When you look in the majority of my reviews 3-5 celebrities are usually given by me, so it pains me to give only one. I give the benefit of the doubt.
We discussed a leak in our own kitchen and with no permission gives out telephone number and address to a restoration firm that then showed up unannounced less than 2 hours later while he had been there! Breach or hope!
The very first time we had a rest in our own water primary and they wanted to fix it for $3500.... Obviously we got it done by another plumber for $800 and turned them away.

Finding a trusted plumber is no easy task and our Home Owners Warranty supplied us with Taz Plumbing for a leak. From start to finish the experience was seamless. The people at Taz were superb responsive, so the plumber arrived ten minutes ahead of the schedules timeframe and was in and out of our house in about 30 minutes. Parts replacement and service has been included in the fee out of our house warranty we didn't have some surprises! Timely professional and comprehensive earns this biz 5-stars!

6/22/17, I moved in to get ready for work last Thursday. To my dismay, I discovered that the sewer line had backed around the lip of the shower stall, covered the bathroom floor, and leaked out on the rug in my bedroom. I moved to the bathroom to find exactly the backup, but the debris has been included to the bathtub, because toilet has a bathtub.
I was shown that a part of the camera footage, but just because I was out and wanted to see it. About what the interior of a sewer line should look like, what does you know?
I've been given quotes for HALF that amount out of additional plumbing companies. And now, one last look except what a 49 year-old cast iron pipe ought to look like with a company who found nothing wrong with the pipe. Who put a camera in it. Who snaked it and ran water through it at high pressure. Who billed me $370 for this particular look-see, and advocated that I might want to think about lining it. End of rant. Buyers Beware.
I immediately called 210 HBW, plus they shipped Taz Plumbing out, but this time there were two people. One of these was a tech who'd been out and another a guy I'd never met, whose function in the company I do not know.
I was handed an invoice describing the review, and a quote for repairing the line or replacing the line. Another bit of paper they handed me was through Synchrony Bank to get financing options , with four payment programs.
LONG REVIEW but significant info, and I must say it's painful to write this. However, I believe I need to make others aware. I've had Taz Plumbing technicians out to my house this year, as a benefit from my 210 Home Buyers' Warranty Program. This review isn't about the technicians - they were courteous, efficient and timely, and that I enjoyed them very much. And now to the story, and I rated them low.
After they ran the camera they said they'd be in once they'd done some some paperwork and moved to their truck. About 20 minutes later, they came in and advised me that the sewer line (35 ft ) have to be repaired or replaced, because they revealed that the cast iron had disintegrated in a few places.

I had a pretty bad experience with those guys. They were sent to me as a lot of the other reviewers. I had tasks: slow draining water from shower head and my bath tub. My cold and hot water has been changed so that they offered to correct this. In the end, the above mentioned issues were remedied BUT my valve broke. So the panel with the shower handle is no more connected to the wall and there's a gap that lets water get in the wall. The plumber explained that this will cause water damage and that I must get it fixed ASAP. Both TAZ and my house warranty company refused to cover the damage While it broke.

TAZ Plumbing assisted me with a broken water heater. They were sent through my house warranty and it would be 48 hours till they could send anybody, despite my house warranty assuring me, TAZ plumbing cleared their program and made it to the house within hours. The water heater needed a component that was hard to locate and they worked round the clock to receive it by the following day, keeping in constant contact with me the entire time (I'd renters in the house and really needed the hot water repaired asap). They were pleasant, calm, professional, an. Thank you!
