John is a great plumber. Honest, skilled, hard working, honest.

JD started off fine attempting to fix a leak in my upstairs bath. After being not able to track down and fix the leak and two visits, he needed to open my wall . He was to return and jumped. Unfortunately, he didn't return despite my texting him and making calls. He never reacted. He did not have the job seeker to either admit he was not able to find the issue or refer me, left the job and put a hole in my wall. I will not hire him under any circumstances!

JD was amazing about obtaining a license for its gas shutoff valve, until he forgot that he installed. It has been several weeks without any answer to telephone calls and texts.

Jon came by to have a look at a plumbing leak in my home. Solution and the problem was quite a little more complex than initially hoped, but Jon stuck together with all the job and executed a solution. He set in a high excellent alternative and worked to get a price. Would recommend him.

Jon is the very best. In the 3 decades that were previous, he has mended a water line flow. . .which was a job. . .installed a sump pump in my basement and mended my leaking bathtub and kitchen sink faucets. He's always professional and the real plumber that I hope to be fair and do an excellent job. So pleased to have found him!

He quickly figured out where the leak was coming from and explained everything - I know nothing about pipes so obtaining a basic education was helpful. He could tell I was anxious about the problem and he remained until 4-5 times ran the water so as to be certain the problem has been solved. I would hire John again to fix any plumbing issue and I'd give him a star if I could!!!!!

Wonderful service! We had a shower drain and a leaky faucet. Our tech told us that the faucet was not installed properly and immediately fixed it and recommended a model for us that people could buy at Home Depot if we needed to. Thank you JD Plumbing for installing and replacement our new toilet. I got 3 quotes and JD had been the fairest price. He had been willing to make. I contacted him thru Facebook messenger and John answered my queries. They came on July 4th holiday and were done in less than an hour. Very detailed with their own work and thorough. They caulked it for us because we had it caulked and cleaned the toilet area. Our previous toilet was disposed by them. Paid for it and about the reception, it says a 90 day warranty on the workmanship. That's fantastic. May call JD again for almost any plumbing requirements. Reliable and price that is fair. Jon came out that the morning after I called about a kitchen sink leak. He had been on time, prompt, and the work had been finished in a speedy fashion. Very friendly to boot! His pricing his is really fair. In addition, he alerted me that I will be keeping an eye on, but did so without any pressure. It was fun having him take care of my plumbing, and I will definitely need him take care of my plumbing jobs.

JD plumbing was able to program for clearing a clogged bathroom of calling them within 2 hours. They were on time, efficient, pleasant,and knowledgeable. The price was reasonable and fair. I would use them again.

We had an emergency the evening and predicted like fourteen technicians before we got Jon online. He came out at 8pm and didn't leave'til the job was completed.
