Great service. The job was done on time, friendly, clean people, responsive to my problems. Reliable, I use Albion Plumbing & Rooter.

I reached out to some few plumbers on a Sat night after sink and laundry backed up at the same time. This one explained he could be there in 60-90 mins and called me promptly. He arrived within one hour. I was told by everyone else that they couldn't come until Monday. Also fixed the tap head on the sink. Definately would phone! Fantastic support!

They canceled 10 minutes prior to the appointment period due to an employee after scheduling them to come out to get a quote to get a laundry hook-up. They had been a no-show and known as 20 minutes to say when I then rescheduled to the next week, yet again, another employee was out ill. Their scheduling problems caused me to no longer think about them, although I can not speak to the quality of their support.

Tried to call them to find out what's happening, nobody answered the telephone. The traffic was awful they were busy, but they should give me a call to explain it. I don't believe that this is a approach.
Called them scheduled a sewer lateral inspection at 4:00pm. Took away from work to wait for the technician. So I chose to wait, but eventually nobody showed up.

Albion saved. Our toilet that looked pretty, just stopped working. . .and it had been old, as we lived here 11 months. Within two weeks, we had a nice TOTO low flow toilet installed...I never knew the sound of flushing may sound so nice ~ thanks guys!

Do not call them in case you have an emergency. Their message directs you to call a number when it's after hours. I called that number, and a message said to call the amount. Try somebody else. 24 hours are advertised by them, but it is not the reality.

Had the sewage service performed by this corporation. It was a comprehensive job that took a few days to finish and city permits and quite a few different inspections to finish the endeavor. The service was first class professional from start to finish. The workmen are so appreciated by me. Thank you Micheal Grant and Albion Plumbing Staff.

Now on to finding a company to install a new furnace...
Looked for companies to replace our furnace and was bummed to learn that Albion doesn't do furnaces. We've hired Albion for two jobs (big sewer lateral occupation and little under sink repair), and moreover the owner showed up in our place once for a crisis that the emergency plumber couldn't handle, gratis. These guys are fast, comprehensive, and don't invest their time whinging that extra work is being done by them, or that the occupation was really tough but they are expert enough to find out it, or any other annoying and exhausting flannel.

They pulled a no-show for the appointment I scheduled with them. They just told me matter-of-fact that it wasn't from the pc, when I called. They wanted me to describe the job around again and select for this - this is after I arranged my schedule. No apology. When I told them I didn't think I needed to reschedule the work or do business with them at all, they said"okay."
Find someone else that can keep track of their customers and who will continue to keep their appointments and not waste your time.

HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. The sewer ran out of the face of the house to the back yard (not to the street). Take some down and the Albion team had to dig a giant hole some fence boards to get in the sewer line connection. The neighbor's yard was 6 feet deep in weeds, so there was nothing important that was ruined. The team showed up on time was polite and worked HARD. I had been told there might be an extra charge if the connection to the primary had to be substituted, which it did. This is sensible. Tons of work and they did I feel the price was quite fair: about $6000.00.
Collins does not do.
As the pipe started up on the roof the camera inspection was going to require two individuals. I offered to climb up there however the Albion guy said he would take action and had me to hold the camera down on the ground - that saved me from needing to pay for the person.
I see another reviewer says"not one of the other technicians billed for this particular (camera evaluation)" and I find this to be complete BS. EVERY company is going to charge for a sewer lateral! This is a good deal of work putting this up, nobody is going to do it.

1)He charged us $150 for its camera evaluation. This charged. We were for paying this fools.
3)His thousands has been dead wrong. The other 4 plumbers came in between 6K to 8K. Go figure.
We had a sinus sinus matter. We knew this will cost tens of thousands. The gentleman from Albion came in, put a tube camera into our sewer lateral and claimed we could be spending tens of thousands. A few dings here:
2)He stated he would send an estimate the following day. And this was after 4 or 3 telephone calls. What's this - that they don't want our organization?

Kitchen sink was backed up by a. Came said everything was good and out billed more than twice the going rate, snakes the sink. Sink clogged back up again.
Additionally, not 24 hours. Even at their"emergency number" expect to get voicemail often.

Excellent work. They came out two in precisely the day to be sure we were fulfilled. I appreciate precise identification and their hard work.

Albion Plumbing is the best! They do not overcharge nor gouge the client. The work is exceptional with workers and management. Their work is nicely constructed/installed, clean and timely. It is hard to locate a plumbing outfit that does work that is bigger than just a ed up kitchen drain. They're able to do that so much more. We feel like we have a brand new house.

I wish I knew about them. They arrived and Grohe faucet which three other technicians gave up and/or were afraid to touch. It just took less than one hour, including time to them. Before visit them from today on, all of my plumbing needs.

Albion plumbing is the plumbers I have ever had. I have used them for the past 2& 1/2 years. They have done about 20 distinct jobs for me and have done a wonderful job every time. I have utilized a number of plumbers to work in Alameda and Oakland in my buildings. I got lucky the first time they did an excellent job, so I phoned them again. Each time I call them that they do a fantastic job, so now I only call Albion plumbing whenever I need a plumber. They are highly recommended by me.

Highly recommend. My primary line in the home backed up, they could come out and correctly diagnose and fix the matter, all. The entire team is very professional and hard working. They are always there for me at a pinch. I'll recommend them to everyone I know.

They called back when they said they would, they gave me a quote quickly, they showed up when they said they'd, the work performed was outstanding and the invoice was just like the orginal quote. Saved me time and also took care of my warm water dilemma! Will call them if I have another pipes dilemma.

After dealing with a string or in one case CREATED problems that resulted spewing under our house, we predicted Albion Plumbing and we saved us. They came as soon as they could, eventually assessed repaired everything, and the troubles. We've learned our lesson: You can't trust every plumber. Thank you for the help.

Though Isaac was unable to acquire out the cap via augur or snake, he was upfront and honest about what I should do and the way to conserve costs. When I have some plumbing issues, I appreciated his honesty and could definitely use their services again.
Toilet had a blockage (medicine cap jar ) from the trapway that wouldn't clear the socket. The plumber (Isaac) came and did his best with an industrial toilet augur, but to no avail. He informed me that he could get out the cap but it could be expensive for him to take out the toilet to acquire an new toilet installed Home Depot, from say.
