Dominic set up my garbage disposal 7 years back and did an amazing job because he was efficient and reasonably priced. I had another plumbing dilemma with my sink and not only did same 26, Dominic come to fix it, he kept me up to date on his own program and arrived around 6pm.
Me didn't charge at all for a job which took no more than a half hour. If I need any assistance with my pipes I will call Dominic. Thank you Dom!

No, Dominic, I paid you to solve my problem, which I told you was water when my washing machine tub drained backing up in my kitchen sink. You went about it was up for you. If you misdiagnosed what the problem was, that's on you. You told me you bill a flat fee for clearing drains, so whatever you had to do should have been contained.
Again, stay away from MSK Plumbing.
And there was no"update" needed, no hint problem--I just had the drain cleared. A different plumber, who cleared it immediately and snaked the drain was hired by me. Pacific Drain would be hired by me again.
Your response does not explain why you missed multiple appointments and also didn't respond to phone calls and emails.

For not regulating contractors shame on Yelp. Please alter your inspection system.
Handed him a lot of cash. He vanished and then started work. Had crying fit which made me fearful. I called the police for assistance. Something is quite wrong with this man, some kind of issue.
I utilized Yelp use his services and to contact Dominic. Yelp was trusted by me.
I looked up his permit. License revoked. No bail. No insurance.
State builder bureau has revoked this guy's license.

Since my previous review, MSK Plumbing explained the problem of lack of response was due to miscommunications and circumstances and achieved to me. I ended up purchased a new set of faucet and Dominic came out right away to install them. He spent extra time to ensure the difficult set up work good. He even looked into the shower arrangement I have to replace and supplied the solution. In general, Dominic and Kelly went to assist me with my house at a very reasonable price.

Dominic worked on the clog in me and my neighbors shared (kitchen) drain and he hung in there for 8 hrs, kept trying different snakes --he figured out an extremely hard situation and removed it.

I'm thankful to have discovered Dominic to unclog my sewer line as well as fix a sump pump. He is courteous and hard working. He actually cares about getting a job done properly and as fast as possible. He didn't mark up the components. I will always telephone MSK for any plumbing needs.

I called MSK mid AM on a Sunday and left a message. Dominic called me back within 30 minutes and made an appointment. After finishing another job he phoned me to inform me he had been on his way and was in my house 2.5 hrs after first creating the appointment. The toilet problem was fixed by him and clarified the particulars of why it occurred and how to manage it. He clarified a easy fix to some other related problem. For a Sunday) and he had been gone and finished in under 45 minutes. He was prompt, professional, knowledgeable, honest and easy to use. I highly recommend this service.

Now they are dismissing my texts as I try to make them complete the job.  This has been the experience with a contractor I've ever had.  I feel scammed!
We have had such a dreadful time with MSK plumbing.  What was likely to be a 1-day job is still incomplete after almost 3 weeks!  He's come to our home several times but never finishes the job due to not having the right tools, sickness accidents or some thing.  Like the other reviewer said, a lot of drama!

Great communication and service. The work was thorough and the plumber has been explanatory and professional throughout the process.

I had a great encounter with MSK a few years ago. I hired them to get numerous issues, Dominic came out, said everything was fixed. They charged me almost $500 for a few issues. I left work to pay money at his petition to him. As soon as I got home, after he abandoned, not only were matters but he created issues. She scheduled an appointment for later that week, and I called Kelly, and no one showed up or called. Inever got a call back, and left messages and've called again. Not only did I pay for work not done, but now I must pay somebody to fix the ones and the problems who Dominic created. SOOOOOOO disappointed.

OH NO! They never correctly recognized the problem, so I have the problem and still am out $2500 bucks. I am not sure when they treat customers like this, how they could sleep at night!
I paid them and am having issues that were backup. They insist the matter is something else.

I wish I had paid attention to the other reviews before I called them.
Update:
This company will not stand by their work. Once you cover them, don't expect them to pick up the telephone and stand from the warranty.

I've been phoning MSK for five decades and will continue to use them.
I own a house in alameda and if you know bout these houses they require a lot of work.

Used received great support and MSK ago. Recommended for my Dad to get an issue that he was having and that he was pleased. I had an issue with my fridge lineup so obviously called MSK because of my experience. They said it's not something they handle but would be delighted to help and called back. How's this for support? I did need to leave a review because I failed to earlier because I needed someone right away, while I didn't use this time. They're really great and supply excellent support.

While doing a load of laundry, I noticed that the wash drain was running really slow. I phoned Kelly again and we advised Dominic for two days later. His snake ran . Total charge? $39.50 for showing up. I felt that was way beyond honest. On the initial call, I asked to get a snake and he had already done this. It was my fault I didn't tell him. And while Dominic was functioning, we shared my wash-out from the yard. He explained that one reason that we needed service every couple of years was that the plumber who'd installed the wash-out had installed a 3" wash-out on a 4" pipe. There was not any way to insert the appropriate size cutter to the pipe to receive cleaned.
This time we called Kelly and MSK explained that they were taking Tuesday off and that the plumber was outside on a project, would we wait until Wednesday? We said no. Kelly reported that she'd call the plumber and see if he could see us . He replied yes and would try to escape at about 7pm. He ended up calling our house at 9pm and the bad news is that his last job ran long and said that he was on his way out of Berkeley when we wanted him to appear. YES PLEASE!
This is good and good business searching for the customer. One thing that companies must learn from this humble, hardworking family.
Our drains were clogged. I prefer to work with smaller sellers instead of the"big boys" who pass their advertisements and franchise charges on all of their customers. I picked a local plumber but they have been booked up and not able to assist us. They referred us to MSK. Unfortunately when I called MSK, they have been also booked up and wouldn't have the ability to make it. No bueno! The funny thing is that when I asked them they referred me back into the guy who understood them. We took care of the issue and ended up calling a third company who came out.
I also asked Dominic when he believed that I should schedule a second appointment to get a camera operate down the pipe. He replied that it might make sense to wait until the congestion and then notify Kelly that we needed the camera so we wouldn't have to cover an extra trip if we called.

Fast forward to the drains and two weeks back ran slow. We've been in this house more than 20 years and this occurs every year or so. Some men have come outside and operate their snakes out of the roof port down, from the washer drain out and a ambitious guy suggested we install a clean-out to ease future attempts.
Dominic listened to the description of the issue, arrived at 10pm and got on it. Poor guy, working by himself in the dark on the side of our house, it took almost 2 hours to get out it to HIS satisfaction. OMG! Just how much are we going to end up paying in overtime? Not a penny. Kelly had quoted a flat rate and then he stood by it. No attitude either.

Tried to find a plumber on a Sunday morning,. The woman who assisted me was so nice, I'll keep them.
The first one back was MSK. They had been booked up, but gave me a few numbers to phone.

Nevertheless wonderful. Would you wish to observe a"work ethic?" HIRE MSK PLUMBING. He came by just to give an estimate on a new job, but we had a clogged bathroom, we could not plunge open. So he shoe-horned in clearing out our clogged bathroom, coming back at like 8 to finish off, so he might honor past commitments and also make things. LOVE MSK.

Dominic and his staff were amazing. I had a very minor job repairing small leak difficulties and some water, but they kept me informed of their time and place so I did not need to wait around a ton for Dominic to arrive. After he arrived, he immediately assessed everything, gave me what turned out to be an incredibly accurate estimate of the cost for his time and materials, and although it was late in the day, he went ahead and bought the returned and returned to complete the task in a short quantity of time. Ultimately, Dominic accepted credit card payment directly there, keeping things quick and simple.
He is a local guy, friendly, bonded and insured, and functions really, really hard. I wish the very best whenever I have plumbing needs, and I will certainly use him again.

Dominic had been used by me though I had a Lower estimate, I thought if he matched the quote Dominic is given the job by me. He concurred. Delays, did not bring instrument, more delay As Jane D said. I can not recommend MSK sorry to say.
