We were surprised by"no hot water" and had a fresh water heater late on a Friday. Called Bay Area Plumbing and Ron arrived within two hours! He removed the old and set up a top quality replacement in record time. Ron also mended the safety strap that was done incorrectly! Highly recommend Ron in BAP. . .for service. He's our new"go to" for any plumbing jobs.

I would have given this business more celebrities if I would have written this review in August 2018 but here I am in January 2019 & I've exactly the same issue that I initially called about.
Beware of what he says must be done. He will become defensive when you have a question. The work that he did in August was adequate however when 5 months later, you're back to square one, well then, in my opinion, it was done right.
He will always have a response & if his job is called into question will talk down to you.

I've utilized Bay Area Plumbing multiple times over recent years. This past year the past two times were to get a brand new water heater this past year and with my principal line cleared. Each time Ron and his team have been professional and efficient. They show up on time, they do the job and me control what we consented. That's all I ask for. For all my plumbing needs, I'll use them.

Ron is. We can't tell you the number of issues it took 4 plumbers sucking us dry to realize our problem and we had with our plumbing needed someone special. Input Ron. We had a major catastrophe on our hands on Christmas Eve. We predicted no one and roughly 30 businesses would give us the time of day. Ron came and made some alterations to his family schedule and helped us get through the Holiday. Extra didn't charge and helped our loved ones. He has been our go to guy. Every issue that the plumbers could not get right Ron got right. His prices are reasonable as all get out and he is smart.

Ron has done 3 jobs for us and did an excellent job. He had been on time and specialist. He even installed new bathroom faucets and a water heater .

I didn't know who to reach out to help and had. Then my buddy advocated Bay Area Plumbing to me. I called them and the phone was picked up by someone right away, I told him the situation and he explained he will send someone over as soon as possible. He is really friendly and nice. He explained to what occurred and gave an estimated cost to me. The price is reasonable and that I consented to that. Ronald had it repaired quick, I could tell he is really experienced and knows precisely what he's doing. I gave a five stars review to them for their quick response, reasonable price, really friendly staff , nice finish on the cleanliness and work, they didn't left a wreck. I would definitely call them again if I had any kind of plumbing difficulties and I am thankful for my friend who recommended me.

Ron and his company have helped me in some situations and saved the day! Most lately now he squeezed me cleared plugged drains in order. Ron is very professional, on time and just what you'd expect for along with his plumbing support. I highly recommend him.

Our water heater broke and began leaking all over our kitchen on a Tuesday night and I managed to get in touch even though it was late. He managed to provide me a quote right and was able to make it out to install a water heater the next morning. He was quite knowledgeable and considerate and kept me informed while doing the work that he was doing and seeing. He answered them with fantastic detail and I asked a great deal of questions and never looked bothered or pestered by all of my questioning. He did a fantastic job and got us up and running with a new water heater immediately and was really considerate of keeping our house area clean after all the work was completed. His pricing was fair and he did fantastic work!

Called Bay Area Plumbing to substitute my kitchen faucet broke . Josh and carlos came on time, were friendly, and made quick work of it. Until they left they were in and out in 45 minutes, and even fixed a problem with my toilet. Professional.

I have had leaking in my shower the last couple of months and I finally had enough. I gave BAP a call and they were able to come by the following day I was away and fix it! Pricing was very reasonable and I had them take a look at who to talk to and Ron gave me some advice regarding where to go to buy faucets and while they were here. I am glad I found them, it is tough finding.

Ron out of BAP was awesome!!! @. . .not just was. . .Ron fit in me responded and charged me a fair rate. I will utilize BAP for all solutions that are future and I highly recommend this company. .

He fixed although he had been told by me but charged me the cost. I've used him a few more times since then and he is easy to get a hold of, communicates what he is doing that I can pay the telephone over and before he does it. I will continue to call for any pipes or handyman requirements!
I called Ron using a sink that was leaking. After calling multiple places, I called Ron and his cost was very fair. Before I have struck and don't seem like you know how much it must cost.

We have utilized BAP many times and have discovered him accommodating, contentious, cheap and completely capable. He is and will stay my go to plumber for all jobs large and small.

Located on craigslist. Desired sewer video for house purchase. Had HD video gear and high quality tools. Described everything (such as"interesting" objects ) as camera ran thru the sewer line. Was honest in their own pricing for new work required. Also spelled out exactly what the prices were for the camera function on phone call. Will be using as I buy and sell homes.

Ron is methodical, talks you through step goes the extra mile to notify you of other things he sees that may need or focus or share observations of work and should not require attention. His prices were honest -- especially for the quality/time spent of work. Ron was extremely pleasant to use, while being direct but also favorable.
I will be using Ron for any plumbing repairs in my house and salon, as well as speaking BAP to my clients/friends/family.
He came back to fix some issues with the main plumbing line and came that evening to install the seat. He also let me fix a toilet that was running -- and it all has been perfect thus far!

Ron is a great find! He didn't speak down to me like most repair guys, knows what he's doing and is flexible in his program. He arrived to do a shower occupation and ended up doing the drywall work also. He came back to check on something at no cost!
