Very respectful Team. Paul along with the dispatcher (Jose)
I received a toilet problem so I phoned about 7 pm and they gave me a window period approximately 8:00 pm to I could not think they work really late why don't come at that time, so I said if you would like. . .They called me about but my spouse and me decided to reschedule the dispatcher Jose said after 6 pm. Paul came to my house and professional handle the situation in a document time!!

The dispatch is terrible. Out of the state.
Surely won't put myself through this strain again.
To sum it up they have gone corporate.
After multiple
The technician was fine rather than his fault. I found out they had
50%. What was I to do; but have him perform the service.
At 915'm on Saturday, I was told they would be here in one hour.
Calls and waiting all day, they showed up at 3pm.
Gone the price and corporate has gone up more than

I would, if I could give them a zero. I phoned them. They said they would be there by 9:30 p.m. they then phoned me and explained midnight. At 1a. M. I called and inquired where they were and they stated they scheduled me to the following moment. I'd told them because my street went to be shut for the day due to paving that wasn't possible. They said too bad, since each of their technicians were occupied. They didn't have some courtesy they were not coming. I might have called somebody else if they told me they couldn't do this when I called them.

Have been using these folks for 6 years. They are always friendly, easy to get with, no fuss, on time and our sewer line problems that are horrible are fixed by them . Adam (#6113) just came out for our annual clean out and had us up and running at 15 mins.

Roto-Rooter is my on call plumber from now on.
Roto-Rooter was called by me and was sent into your voicemail got tried one more time to achieve Roto-Rooter and turned down from another plumbers and they replied.
Two plumbers denyed me before I predicted Roto-Rooter. One was too busy to service a business location and one didn't take Amex.
They were able unclog our bathroom and to appear and accept Amex.
They showed up on time at the start of the 3 hour window. He worked hard on the clog. Guess what? Do not flush wipes down the bathroom. It was my fault the whole time since I used a Lysol wash to clean the edges and cleaned the bathroom then flushed it. Oops my bad!

As we had an issue with a drain in the back of our home, called in. I was told that somebody would be in my house within 2hrs to look after the problem. They shared I would get telephone call when technician was 30 minutes out. I obtained as telephone call promised an technician arrived. Tech came introduced himself and provide a honest quote and finished work to our satisfaction in a couple of hours. After he left he area was clean and shared finished work. Brian the technician was excellent as was the entire experience. Thank operators, you , dispatcher and Brian. You have our business and recommendations.

When I called the office on Monday to speak to a manager about this I had been told by April somebody would call me. I predict again, speak to April that aplogizes and informs me somebody will call back right away. . .nothing. I call back a third time, speak to April yet again that tells me that the two supervisors but have been advised of my request, among which can call me back right after their meeting finishes. . .nothing.
I described the toilet was backed up and the clean-out for mainline was situated under the home, which was available. He did not wish to use this place, but choose to look for a cleanout beyond the home. After spending close to 45 minutes and not finding it, where he was assisted by me , he chose to use the one.
After setting up his snake beyond the home, with me assisting again, Jude moved to start the machine and also a part fell from it rendered it worthless. He had to call and wait to bring another device over to complete the job. I had been charged $655.00 for the support call.
We had a backed up toilet to the day following Thanksgiving. I called and was advised that somebody would arrive in 1-2 hours. At 2:00pm I had been told the exact same thing, another 1-2 hours. Then I had been known yet was advised it would be 1-2 hours. Around 6:00pm that the service technician showed up.
I've been a homeowner for over 20 years and the lack of follow up from a company to an customer is astounding. Not only was overcharged, but Roto-Rooter made no attempt to respond to my calls or concerns. I won't ever use them again.

For standard services before the arrival of a contractor is the ideal method I've found receiving a verbal charge on the phone. I requested two times why they provide the flat fees - another for weekend and evening support and one charge for routine business hours - and was told their coverage changed. The cost is set by the tech who shows up! That alarmed me and I moved elsewhere and told the clerk I wouldn't trust them anymore. It is suspicious they would change their fee structure. The company I called gave me a flat hourly rate over the telephone without my sewage problem was solved at the cost which was more economical than what I paid to Concord Roto-Rooter without incident. I am happy I held to my coverage before making an appointment that I MUST have a verbal fee. It turned out to be a win-win-win as I found a plumbing business that is brand new to fulfilled my needs and saved money, time.

Rude tech, whined about the price. They won't be used by us .

Frigin useless. Made an appointment for 12-4, confirmed and called at 3pm, was guaranteed that they'd be here. Not and 8pm a fkin call. Hope you go from business, you are useless.

I phoned them to check a clogged toilet. The individual stated that to fix it was between 3 to 5 thousand dollars, discovered that there were roots in the pipe and used a tool that you could get to unclog the toiled at any store. Stayed for 10 minutes and cost over $200. Never said a solution as a root killer.

Gouge PricingI whined and the manager who did not confirm the minimum but offered to perform another drain for free,
They have. This was not disclosed when we put the appointment up nor was it disclosed until the work has been done. The employee worked for one hour.
We were gouged and won't ever use them again. .
SCAM SCAM SCAM
Make sure to inquire what the minimum is and also just how much each drain. The rate is too high. Others charge less.

The employee was very defensive.

Was efficient and quite professional.
We had a plumbing emergency (could not use bathrooms or showers) and also our home warranty was not able to send out anyone in 2 days!
Their pricing was fair and the people answering the telephones were so pleasant and comprehension.
They could squeeze me as an emergency call that day.
They came out quickly, cleaned the principal line and we are back up and running.
It was a fantastic experience from a terrible plumbing emergency.

Fast forward a month I call and say that I want the job done. They said he'd be there sometime between 10-noon. I set my alarm to be ready for the guy. I awaken at into a knock in the door, I'm in my boxers that I run and get dressed so answer the door at 9:45 and it is a guy. I ask him to explain that it will be the 700 maximum cost I'd agreed to with the guy and I'm half asleep, he says oh I need to call the office then. He speaks to the workplace and says we don't even know who gave you that estimate, we're hourly, do you still want the job? I say yeah I guess, hopefully it won't be far over $700.
Dealing with this Roto Rooter has been a mess. They came out and gave us a quote on replacing some piping this past year and installing a vanity. I was going out of town and needed to place the job off, although estimate was $700 including expenses. No problem said the Roto Rooter guy, I'll even guarantee $700 best for the occupation because you guys are worried about the pricing.
I tell the entire story to the guy and he has a bit of an attitude about it, but maybe not a bad guy overall. He says he can't decrease the bill to the initial $700, but he agrees on the 3 hours that I say the guy worked + roughly $30 in parts + whatever earnings, therefore like $730. He says they'll get a check back to me for $40.
He leaves at 11:20 for lunch and works for 1 hour 20 minutes. He does not return until 1 from this dinner (I suspect he was picking up parts too, but was told that I wouldn't be charged for time he spent picking up components ). He functions until 2:40 pm and states he is done. It is only $ why should not I pay nearly $ to tell his wife what he wants for supper?
Then I get another bill from them, this one stating I still owe them $95 + a late fee. I predict, say I talked to a foreman and he explained they owe me cash instead. I get another bill with more late fees. I call them at this point I have a pile of bills from them with ever increasing late penalties, but their foreman has confessed rather that they owe me money.
Now it is nearly a year since the original work, I'm still getting bills with overdue penalties and apparently I'm expected to call for the 20th time and keep trying to get them to act like a normal company and have documents of which of the foremen called me, have their workers charge correct hours in their crazy prices, etc.. I'm going to sue these morons in tiny claims court if they try to send my bill to collections. I need to get $220/hr for the 5 hours or so I've wasted trying to get them to repair their mistakes and stop sending me bills.
So anyways, he has worked from 10-11:20 and then 1-2:40, therefore 3 hours of work. The guy says it is $770. Fine, maybe not the 700 I'd agreed to, but not over, so they charged $770 . I get another bill for $95. They say the first bill hadn't included the parts he purchased (a little pipe and a few caulking), and he undercharged for some time worked (they maintained he worked nearly 4 hours). I ask to speak to whoever is in charge about how long he worked and so forth. After such as 4 calls for them, they have a foreman call me.

Not certain if he was drunk or high or just being a jerk, but the cars behind him were honking at him to either get out of the way, move or at least do the speed limit (which was 55). Finally on top of the mountain, he hits his brakes, and now cars need to swerve out of the way not to him him, (fortunately the slow guy in the other lane has pulled back now because he could envision a swarm of honking cars). Everyone are honking at him and moves this jerk.
We finally get to pass him. It was a slightly older man with red hair. He's got the other one the wheel and a cigarette in one hand and he is laughing like he's just heard the best joke in the world - which was him. I do not know for certain although I think the man is drunk.
(the man eventually turned onto Clayton)
Is beyond me but clearly he was not there or like I say someone would behave like that in a company truck. At 11:00 am on a Saturday morning. Never could I use this firm in a million years.
I do know this man was an asshole. Is this someone who you WANT IN YOUR HOME??? We require a plumber and Roto Rooter was - . I don't really need that man anywhere near where I live. I'm posivite every other person who had been supporting the jerk thought exactly the same thing and made a mental note"Don't use Roto Rooter."
7/14/18 - 11:00 AM in Pittsburg, on Kirker pass . There is A Roto Rooter truck currently about 45 in the left lane. We're the tenth car behind him, a close line of automobiles hardly moving up the mountain who can't pass this man because he is keeping pace using a vehicle in the perfect lane doing 45 (in a 55 about 20 cars).

WARNING, WARNING Do not use Roto Rooter. This firm got the job. However they are a big rip off when it comes to what they cost $$$$$. I won't ever use them. I would give them a zero if I could.
Utilize Reddi Rooter. Not only do they get the job done, they do not charge exorbitant prices. Military reductions are also given by them.

These men are publicly deceptive. You telephone and Ziggy (or whoever answers the phone) will inform you they will have a service person out to your home within fourteen days. Then you have been waiting around with no toilets running, and when two hours are up, they have whomever telephone to say it will be another two hours or longer!!!! or another person/dispatcher Henry We called Rooter Hero (who we ought to have called in the first place) who said they would come out at 1.5 hours and contacted us several times after agreeing to emerge to give us updates on their birth period that WAS in less than 1.5 hours.
NEVER USE ROTO ROOTER. Dishonest enterprise.

Well.Proceed for your requirements. Two stars coz they came on NY Day.
. .bought & installed 3 occasions it & $ 1500 + hot water heater Jan 1, 2018 has inexplicably closed off. We have been calling the Concord office in addition to National office with zero response for at least three months until this past week.
Um, NO.
No reception given at the time of support - yeah, partially my hubby's fault (who doesn't receive a reception ) & was just able to get one when they eventually responded. They are lousy to react to follow state it's a hourly fee to come & repair it & calls up!

Took another day off of work. Called this office. Promised it will. Called from the AM to affirm. Again told yes. Close to 4pm, called. The plumber that is told will be outside. Asked about 24x7 service and they promised they will be out to repair.
Sorry RotoRooter. You have lost a long time customer and neglected!
Day - 7:30 came and went. Called their office twice and got moved to their own shipment. Cancelled their support and wrote a lengthy letter to RotoRooter. RotoRooter main dispatch was professional and listened to the concern.
Do not understand what happened. RotoRooter always performed well. I had a sewage issue and initially taken care of exactly how RotoRooter has previously. We discovered that a fresh water main leak and the plumber called the office. Originally it seemed like they will arrive in the evening just to be told that it will not be till noon the following day.
Got a call from their plumber near 5pm. . I inquired 7:30am? He said yes.

Pretty much useless. Between my husband and I dealing with their customer support, they kept pushing our appointment out. I was told that because our original appointment had been pushed out and we'd been dealing with our issue for a few days, they'd send somebody out for emergency support over the next 2 hours and that I would get a call when they were on their way. Well, I got a call, but to inform me that my appointment would be pushed out YET AGAIN. Keep in mind, we initially made the call and they cannot come until Monday. No thanks Roto-Rooter.
