I got referred to this business thru AHS home warranty business. To see what has to be done a second trip was scheduled. Two guys came at the scheduled time slot and completed. Prior to sealing the faucets they did a fantastic job of assessing leaks and understood exactly what was required to replace my shower and tub faucets etc. Highly recommended!

I have used U.S. plumbing a few times (through my house warranty insurance). Joe has come to the rescue- repaired faucets water heater & toilets, and today saved my kitchen from a sink. Monday, 3:30 pm, I hadn't received word from USP concerning the consent, so that I called. The phone rep said there was no record of having to obtain authorization and she'd need to contact Javier.
Called my home warranty service on Saturday, July 1. The US Pipes (USP) technician, Javier, came out the same day and advised us that the tank was unserviceable and we would require a brand new heater. Javier said USP would need to have authorization on Monday.
US Plumbing and Rooter doesn't think without hot water. I spent 18 days heating in the kitchen for washing dishes, bathing, shaving, etc..
Called the manufacturer on July 12 to inquire about the parts ordered. They said the parts should arrive on Monday, 10 days after USP explained 5-7 days. I asked why so long. They advised the order was shipped regular ground shipping per USP.
Called USP on Wednesday and has been told"parts" had been ordered from the manufacturer and would arrive in 5-7 days. I asked as Javier said the tank was not serviceable why they ordered parts instead of a heater. No clue. They chose without rechecking the heater which the tank was nice.
1:00 pm, I called the home warranty company, tuesday and has been told the consent was issued. Called USP who'd no idea the authorization had been issued. Was placed on hold for five minutes and was told they would call back; not and USP was on the phone with the manufacturer got a call back.
Eighteen days!
Called the home warranty service and has been told the home warranty service firm who informed they had ordered a heater. Advised them that USP said parts were ordered.
The parts arrive, july 17. Call USP and they said they couldn't do the work till July 19.
July 19, burner substituted.
USP calls to inquire if they were to repair or replace the water heater july 18 ; they had no clue.

We'd Joe as our service technician and he was able to diagnose the problem in a method that is really efficient. He guaranteed that there wouldn't be any other piping/plumbing issues in our shower and was very detailed. Joe even tried to show us the way to fix the problem and was a really individual. We highly recommend US Plumbing & Rooter!

I am now questioning a company Which Has a 3 star rating is used by the house insurance company
Got my handyman while he also fixed the setup with a preceding plumber of this dishwasher air gap, all for $75, in under one hour to install the replacement device.
Requested service through our house insurer, and waited two weeks for these to come out and fix the garbage disposal. They showed nearly an hour , left saying they'd get consent and resisted the garbage disposal up as the replacement device they had was a third of the ability of the unit that was installed. I heard nothing again. Did I mention so the sink was no longer useable, they dismantled the device?

Nope. Requested service by our house insurer on Saturday, and waited till Tuesday for them to emerge and assess. Showed up to assess (3) water escapes in our crawl space and after saying they would get consent from the insurance carrier, I heard nothing. Did I mention my wife gave birth to our newborn 7 days before (our first). Finally was able to talk to someone the following day that noted"they did not have the specialization" to fix the 3 very fundamental, but physically challenging/remote drainage escapes. It is plumbing 101. . .what they believed is that the attempt was not worth the $, today I'm still without a shower and 2 sinks waiting for the next organization to show up 5 days later.

After they arrived the issue was finally fixed by them. But the company has to be organized and more professional. How they were chose by my home warranty company, I will never know!
They were late. After about 30 minutes past the appt. Time, I called their main number to learn what went on. The man who answered was very sloppy. She could not tell me why the plumbers were when they would be arriving, or where they had been. She offered the check and call me back. She did. When I called back, she was upset and kept saying they would arrived"very soon." In the end, they had been over 4 hours afterwards and had no explanation for why they were apologies about leaving me waiting.

Xavier and much more his team / dispatchers are by all means everything but specialist. He retains his customers waiting and does not appear in the designated time he promises. An plumbing problem isn't an easy one to cope with or wait for. Running working water is a basic household requirement. Do not commit to a time period which you cannot keep.

My husband and I have utilized Rooter US Plumbing & twice and also their customer support was fantastic from the beginning until the end. One of the calls was seeing our water heater. They sent someone to our home (who arrived within the time period given) and the issue has been taken care of quickly and professionally. No complaints ! I've been quite happy with their work/service.

Great customer service and prompt attention to particulars. Ceasar is awesome. He is quite courteous and did a fantastic job with upstairs bathroom and our downstairs and made sure he cleaned up once he ended. We will last use them later on and are very happy with his job.

Worst company ever...
They were selected through my home warranty company for me. I had plumbing difficulties and they eventually do exactly what do I get a man who smells like 28, waiting 2 days for them to come out! He could hardly look me in the eyes didnt know if he had been taking anything in that I had been saying. Then the final straw he said that he couldnt fix my pipes and that he needed to talk to my house warranty company (fair enough) he comes back and says that his boss talked to my firm about 7:20pm and that there coming from the following day. I'm like when,who He states that he has no clue, thing that is funny does my house warranty company cause I call and they couldnt have spoken They were complete liars!!!!! Don't use them!!!!

I'm sad because I had the encounter with US plumbing and rooter during my home warranty to see a lot of negative reviews. My water heater expired and bombarded my garage but they could send out a tech. So I knew exactly what happened, xavier and the gal at work , Julie I believe, kept in communication with me. There were some out of pocket expenses that they worked with me on. I would certainly recommend and use US plumbing and rooter again.

Joseph was spectacular! He wasn't sure how to rectify the absence of pressure, yellow dot develop and no water. He left and returned with a response. The water system has been transfering Brentwood water develop throughout the pipes and failed. He bypassed the water softener and wa la! I had a constant stream of water and water, of build up, no yellow chunks. Magnificant!

My house guarantee picked on them for me to replace my water heater. The technology. Joe came in and installed the heater. However when I arrived back from work that day to check on his job since I wasn't there when he installed it. There was a gas leaked. I mean you could go to garage, the odor was so powerful. Not a small leak but there was a leak that is massive. Not certain just how he missed it. I phoned them back but did not hear from them. I have my garage door open to let go of the odor since I do not want the smell to put in inside the house. By the way they did bill me $480 for out of pocket price.

WORST EXPERIENCE EVEROur home warranty company contracted to this company to replace our hot water heater. The technician (DerekI believe ) was rude and tried to oversell the entire job stating we would have a lot of costs that the warranty company wouldn't pay for. I have yet to affirm that although he stated he was the operator. Luckily, we were switched by our guarantee over to some other corporation.

I had been delegated U.S. Plumbing & Rooter through my home warranty company and am extremely delighted with the service provided! My water heater began afternoon that was late dripping on Thursday. Xavier contacted me and advised that Darwin managed to come afternoon. The water heater has been deemed not repairable, that I had a new one. Darwin came out on Saturday and installed a new water heater, while their program was booked solid on Friday. (They do not work on weekends, but understood that moving the whole weekend without hot water could be miserable.)

It has been the worst experience I've had up to home repair services is worried. Our Home Services provider connected us around two weeks ago and we scheduled our 1st appointment around center of November 2017. They had been inflexible in their scheduling and I needed to be absent from work to maintain the appointment. During the 1st visit, the tech (Cesar) diagnosed that the shower knobs in our two bathrooms needed to be replaced and he will be ordering components for them. He advised us to call their office if they don't call back for another appointment. So after not getting a different call within those two weeks, I phoned our home service provider back and they had been just able to find an appointment for me. So I arranged to be absent from work on this afternoon. Upon coming on repair day worked on the bathrooms, he told us he got the replacement parts! And so he told us to call his company and schedule a second appointment. Already frustrated, I phoned up our home service provider about our bad experience so far and they were able to connect us to their own home office. The home office guy promised to call us as soon as the components are readily available to schedule an appointment. We followed up again the next 3 weeks.
So other people will be careful doing business with US Plumbing and 18, I'm sharing this expertise.
So we asked our home services provider to locate us another plumbing firm, and to our satisfaction and relief, they were able to repair the 1st toilet on their 1st visit, arranged components for the 2nd toilet, and came back a week later once the components came to correct the 2nd one. Over 30 minutes complete were taken by this new plumber. This was done today before this review was written by me.
