Service was quick at a cost that is fair.
We have always had problems and wait 30 minutes our way to resolve the issue was to re-light the pilot or so and then take a shower.
Ran out to the water heater and begun clicking away. This time with no luck.
Called Pipes and Fixxit Rooter on a Sunday around 11:00 am and was amazed to get a person on the telephone. Were happy to know they could stop by within an hour.
Dave managed to receive the pilot re-lit.
I appreciate professionalism and the service supplied Dave and his staff.
Develop a plan to resolve the issue. Provided me with a quotation for the fix. Choices for the fix. We agreed on the method and scheduled a follow visit to resolve the issue.

David came to our house and tried to clear our drain out, but it had been hopeless. He said something like "Well, maybe $20." And that was after he tried for nearly an hour to snake my lines! Seriously, I had to bring up the subject of money without asking for anything, or he would have just left. He was given more than $20 by me and that he explained that he might want to try one technique though he made no warranties.
David was called in by another plumbing firm (About Time Rooter and Plumbing) because they did not possess the specific gear to do the cleaning of our drain line. Props in On Time to Alberto and Cesar for coming out and sharing company It. This kind of collaboration is precisely what we all want in service professionals. And politicians. David came the next day and hydrojetting removed my line back. Success! David was clear this was a fix and I need to replace my drain lines. I know that's correct, but no one else went to the trouble of giving hydrojetting a try. I hope I have a year or so to use my bathroom while getting ready for a remodel since David did. I am very happy with that.

I had been in a bind on a Sunday afternoon under my kitchen sink with a flow at a stop valve. A decent leak was being dealt with by me and I needed a plumber pretty seriously, it sucked and I was pissed. Luckily, I managed to find this business. Communication showed up at the house ahead of schedule via the yelp app with this company was excellent, and Dave and was extremely professional and informative. I am happy to have found this organization and I will definitely work together again.

I don't post reviews but felt pressured to do so here. Plumbing is never a fun scenario however working with David and his staff made this experience. I got 3 quotes and took a day off work. The stated they'd get the work down under 6 hoursit ended up being 3. And he had been priced nicely as well. I strongly recommend. I hope I do not need to use a plumber again for some time but when I do I'll call David/Bad Draining for sure. 5 stars

I had a leaking yard faucet, which sent water in my own bedroom. The pipe was emptied through from being under grime for goodness knows how long, so I was sure it couldn't be threaded in order to cap it. I had a feeling I was going to need to re-pipe the house just to kill the thing. David arrived and squeezed in my tiny, filthy crawl-space (truly the stuff of nightmares) discovered the pipe and restricted it, fast, at a sensible price, and on a Sunday. He really is my hero!

Great experience with David! We utilized the Yelp quoting feature with 8 unique vendors. We chose to go with David because he reacted immediately and answered all our queries, although Fixx wasn't the smallest. Inform us a time that he arrived at that time and was available.

Our gas pipe had a flow and was red tagged by the gas company. Leaks were found under an hour and fixes took a second hour. It should be in your list of technicians to call if you live in NELA, Fixx.

David came out for a garbage disposal which stopped functioning. After birth, it obtained the blades stuck and took him 5 minutes to figure out what was wrong, which was. David clarified the odor supposed it was going to need replacing soon and the blades appeared dull while the disposal began functioning. Not to mention that the motor was making some funny noises and was really noisy. No pressure whatsoever from David, however, I chose to have the device replaced since he was here. Replacement was done within one hour and he was clean and very neat. Would certainly recommend!

I had a plumber recommended by my Home Warranty insurance company who gave a quote for the work, but I had been reluctant because he did not notice that I wanted service valves to go with him. He raised his price to $200 over David's, After he discovered his mistake. When he did not hear back from me, he dropped the cost lower than David's quotation (without me asking), but it was only by a very small amount and I'd much rather go with someone like David who understood what he was doing and provided a reasonable price from the start!

David added service valves and aluminum pipes so he can flush my 2x 14 year old tankless hot water systems. He set up TPR Valves and a drip leg. David asked questions that he had to find the right information then provided a price that was reasonable. The cost was $840.

He explained the procedure, and had been clear about what he was going to perform. David moved over the specifics, and farther helped us identify the issue with our pipes. I was in a jam before today. My water heater went outside and leaked. I went to Yelp and upon doing this I discovered Fixx It Rooter. I called and immediately I got a live person. Within the hour I had a tech access my situation and come out. I needed a brand new unit. Unfortunately, I decided to go with another company (Costco, only due to getting my points and being able to use my CC). However, I needed to say I appreciate the time which has been spent. I appreciate the sense of urgency. Cost seemed reasonable. I needed to leave a review. Later on, if I have other plumbing requirements, I won't hesitate to call them back. Thanks so much!

The employee, also called David showed up right now. 60 years of gunk in galvanized pipes therefore the snake did not do the job. Turns out I had my plumbing hydro jetted. He abandoned and put up an appointment in the day.
Before they left they cleaned up. On the statement they changed what I had been quoted, no additional fees. Every one I dealt with the friendly, respectful and helpful. It was a great experience.
I had a. I requested a quote at 7pm. In under 10 minutes the owner, David put an appointment and contacted me and gave a cost.
A little before the appointment he came back to start the prep work. The new plumber came a couple of minutes later and they have started. They cleaned it out all the way and showed me a live movie of the work. Not a recording like I've heard plumbers show.

Started coming up in the tub train AND our kitchen sink drain.
David replied me so quick and he was at my door this morning ready to assist. He came out and told me he would not manage to snake it fully but he can go under the house and cut the pipe. I thought omg that this will be this expensive. He quoted me and I was shocked. It had been reasonably priced and he was polite and then he walked me through everything. In an hour, he had the problem. There it was. Our pipe and the camo bandana out cleared! He took video of the following small leak we had and told me just how much that would be to fix. Soooo I moved to yelp. Because I don't understand the first thing about plumbing 14, I was scared.
We had a bandana go down our tub drain. Yeah. I understand what it is you're thinking. Bandanas are worn by who the hell still and the way in thee hell did it go off your tub drain? I have a 73 year old father who demands on covering his bald with bandanas drain. Anyway, we managed to push down it and snaked our drain. I should also mention our residence is out of 1926 and what maintenance which was done on the house were lots of friends who did my parents favors. About a week after I had a problem with my sink and of course I phoned David. It had a leak and David came over at 6:30 am to mend it because it was so bad.

What persuaded me to use him was SAME DAY SERVICE with no charges.
He was kind enough call me him to clarify the issue and to bill my landlord.
After trying to regain it and trying we found nothing but the bathroom would flush. It was over flowing.
