I'm very pleased with the job done when my sewage line had replacement. They did an outstanding job keeping me informed at each step of the repair. JR was professional and friendly throughout the process. Gave me recommendations and wasn't pushy. Bigger was a small repair turned out than we anticipated. A lot more damage was brought by the giant town tree and the roots ruined my sewage line.

They did a fantastic job on a sewer repair. Excellent work with the new concrete patch around the driveway. Took the full amount for the job as a deposit, when the paperwork stated they'll require no more than 10% or $1k.

Speedy quick work response and we have a toilet. The gentleman who arrived explained our issue and gave recommendations for future work to us. He seemed very trustworthy/honest and did this not in a manner that is pushy. I was thankful for this...

The service was adequate. The man got the job done, and he was in and out in 30mins he fixed it fast. Why I'm giving a low rating is that I told them exactly what the issue was he gave me exactly the price every time and talked 3 times. I called individuals and someone had came across my house and could not finish the job since they forgot a bit of gear and that I could wait for them to return but it would take a while. I ended up because he said it would take a short time, calling over this business. He billed me WAY more than I was advised by him and comes. If he needed to do work I know, but he did not. He wasn't in my house for a long time, nor did he have to carry a great deal of gear out to repair the issue. Because if your unsure of the price don't quote me I would not recommend this business to anybody. Tell a client which you would have to see the issue before you provide an quote like other businesses do.

I really don't think anyone ever wants to write a review on fix they didn't think they would need but I could not help but be amazed with Drain King and notably JR.. Came in and assessed that we needed to replace the major drain but instead of having us trust his word he showed us. Very professional and friendly considerate. I'll use them again should the need arise.

Horacio is AWESOME! Very responsive, honest and fast work! Of course we had a pipe, that ran from the house. He explained exactly what we came on a HOLIDAY had and finished the job in 1 day. His was neat and respectful of the home and did rates that are acceptable and a fantastic job! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

Called Drain King today cuz my main line was clogged because of tree roots, was within one hour, cleared my mainline today I can go poop finally! Lol

After finding a leak under our house, we called Drain King. They inspected the damage for free. Reality kicked in when we saw the degree of the pipe function required to be done. And of course the wash up. Two days of hard work Jr. and his team arriving on time every day, the work was completed. No more smelly sewer order. Job well done.

Drain King did a fantastic job. They have been got the job done and professional free. Our house is a house with pipes that is very old, so we were a little worried about the cost and getting ripped off. But JR was fair and honest. I was in a bind. I switched to Yelp. I am so pleased I chose Drain King. I have used them and have been completely satisfied. Both times I have had JR for my tech and he was really friendly and efficient. Their costs bear all the others also.

My kitchen sink was clogged and water was pouring out of the dishwasher. Could not stand the mess in the kitchen. Anyhow, Justin? And Caesar cleaned out right away and had it fixed. Fast! They were super efficient and really nice to my dog and pleasant. I hadn't referred to as a Plummer in years and those guys were wonderful. I recall from years earlier. It won't hesitate to call them in the future and was a fair price. Great men and Fantastic company they sent. Was not long and they had everything working well and draining thoroughly. So happy. They told me to clean up my dishwasher. I loved them

My spouse and wife came back from a very muddy hike only to find out our bathtub got clogged. I called Drain King, he came of phoning him within 45minutes! Also, incredibly reasonable for a Sunday!

Highly recommend ! I'm currently visiting my mother and she's a home daycare. The washer was run by her and there was water everywhere. I looked up pipes on yelp and this one came up with great reviews. I phoned and they said they can emerge and offer a quote. They had been here soon afterwards and fixed the problem. Very reasonably priced and efficient. JR was very professional and educated!

Excellent customer support by Drain King, I gave them call seeing a clogged bathroom sink, I promptly received a text using a time window, drain technician JR came on time and quicky took care of the clog,he left no litter and the cost was reasonable, I will definitely utilize Drain King back again.
