I have noticed standing water in my kitchen sink draining slowly, which I believed was a clogged drain. Called Jorge and he took the time to talk with my plumbing problem with me and gave me tips on how to unclog it which I enjoy before going. I would recommend him !
In addition, he assisted my ninang (godmother) early this season with her kitchen clogged pipes. I phoned Jorge and he went in their place and mended their pipes! My ninang was satisfied with his work.

They came out quickly which was fine but quoted us $3,800 for the occupation, claiming it was a intricate job that would take over 2 hours. Since the leak wouldn't be covered by insurance, we needed our contractor come to take a look and switched them down.

The technician came by today and replaced the parts. As the labour were waived all I'm responsible to pay is the parts. I would recommend this business as they do appreciate customers' feedbacks and concerns.
But, things didn't work out as intended. I was quoted an estimate. Following the technician removed the bathroom, he stated that he was unable to repair the faulty part as exactly what I believed it had been and had been paused. And he told me the parts needed to be endorsed order therefore he can't finish the repair on daily. He put the bathroom back and sealed it back. And I had been billed for exactly what the technician claimed that he completed the job by simply removing and putting the bathroom back. He charged me extra $49 of this calm out fee. I asked him that it would only waived toward the next appointment and that should be credited but he declined. Before he left, he also explained that he'd call me the next day when the needed parts would be available to update me but it never occurred. I called the office and asked for updates, was told that the technician is on sick leave and also they have information of exactly what parts required to be arranged. I waited for another week and the office called and passed back, was told that that technician no longer employed there, and they'd investigate and call me back. I waited for an entire day and didn't receive any feedbacks. I decided to leave one Yelp is reviewed by a 1 star.

Where should I start, I reside for the past couple of months and three years there's been really poor odor smell coming from the bathroom. After talking with many neighbors undergoing the issues that were similar, I had been advised that the wax ring need to be replaced. So I decided to ask for help the situation got worse during the warm weather. I phoned a few plumber companies and Works plumbing was able so I chose it to give. They texted me with a photo of the technician. There was call out fee of $49 and I had been told that it could be credited toward the services cost. The technician came at the time.
Not certain why this company is becoming a review but my experience with them is terrible. They provide same day appointment and that is the only good thing about them. I'd like to have the wax ring of this bathroom replaced and the plumber showed up at the time. He made to get parts as he didn't have them at the truck and exams the bathroom. The rubber of this flange got faulty although he came back, opened the bathroom determined that it was not the wax ring. He told me that he will need to prefer the parts as they're not available. He sealed it then put the bathroom back, the sealing occupation was horrible. So nothing was really repaired but he requested me to pay $350, claiming that he opened the bathroom sealed it back he completed his job. I asked him why I had been billed for $49 which should be imputed. He said no. He explained he had been going to phone me the following day and tell me when he order the needed parts. I never recreate call out of him so I called the business, finding out the he no longer works . Once she told me she'd follow up and offer me a call but not call me back the receptionist sounds nice. I guess this is how they really do busines.

Angel is just an Angel! He provided me. He went to get the bathroom. He came the new bathroom was in and back the bathroom was gone! There is a reason I picked Works Plumbing & Rooter and it was Angel's 5 Star ratings and testimonials. You won't go wrong with this business!!

My water heater went outside so that I phoned Works Plumbing. They mended my own water heater and were fast to react. His prices Are Extremely great, He is fair, reasonable and educated

We had a problem with our sewer pipe. Angel asked me and came out. His rotocamera was brought out by him and placed it. As the camera moved down the pipe he thoroughly explained exactly what the camera showed. A rooter company attempted to tell me that I had a pipe that was leaking that was cracked. Angel was able to show to me that was not the case. Angel was very professional and addresssed of my concerns.

This firm came in and saw what my needs went over and beyond to meet them were. The final product was a Better Tankless Water Heater than I had before and costumer service. L would recommend them. A job well done.

I've had them Perform two Tasks I phoned them to put in a new toilet this week. They quoted me a price predicated on only the basic elimination and installation. The cast iron ring-plate was horrendously corroded as it turned out and the plumber had to do some serious improvising to install a new stainless steel plate in the place of it. There was some serious chiseling done on the client during the installation but not one.

After three other plumbers told me that a flow out of our tub/shower into a closet downstairs would require removal of the tub and also all the original tile (vintage 1950's), the works folks came by and suggested that we replace only a little section of tile around the taps. We bought a group of very nice Mexican tiles after which they came and replaced the fittings and put in the tiles round that and a day later the problem was resolved for a FRACTION of what others had estimated.

Had a broken water heater. Exceptional customer service!!! was provided by jorge From begin to finish, he assisted with the parts replacement procedure and was able to repair my water heater problem very quickly.
