Based on good reviews on Yelp, about unclogging the kitchen drain, we called Galaxy and spoke, after failing to clean it. Unfortunately the garbage disposal was corroded by my final effort with allowing Instant Power to stand for a couple hours, and we all needed to call the disposal to be replaced by Darko. We made an appointment and Darko known as 30 minutes prior to arrival. We picked a reasonably priced 1/2 he set up it and HP Evergrind accessible from Darko's van. He put paper towels beneath the sink to find out if any leaks. None was discovered. However when we started using the tap, we noticed several water marks, so we called Darko and he came back immediately to test. It was be leaks from the supply line. Darko stated if we want a new faucet or the lineup could alter, we could purchase one for him to put in. As the faucet is old, we created appointment, also decided to purchase a new one from Orchard Supply, a Kohler pullout faucet. As it wasn't urgent, we chose a regular appointment between 10 and 9 in the afternoon. The second job was also done professionally. Darko will be called by us for pipes work.

Immediate service. Darko is friendly and professional and knows what he's doing. We called him on a Sunday afternoon because all our toilets and sinks were clogged simultaneously and then he came out within 90 minutes! He found the problem was also happening in our kitchen sink, which we did not understand. Affected the entire home. He found the issue and increased the roof to use one of the vents to wash the pipes out and had it totally solved within a few hours at a reasonable price. Will certainly call again!

To purge the drain line moving to the street from the house, I phoned Darko out of Galaxy Rooter. I was not profitable and had attempted to snake it out . He power-snaked it, came out that afternoon and got it all running. He left us and was on his way. A week later it was blocked . He cleared it for free, over a hour or so of my telephone. The third time it happened, he removed it (without charge) and scheduled an appointment to extent it with his own camera as there was obviously a problem.

He identified the problem when he arrived with the camera, and we saw it was from some work a handyman had completed, attaching the fitting that collapsed. Us charged around $100 less than quoted for the extent and chose to come out and repair it properly, which necessitated substituting the fittings and digging 4 feet .

Great support! I've used Galaxy for many things over the years, including clogged disposal, toilet installation, refurbishing partial repipe, & my water shut off in the front part of the house. I referred him to my mom & sister. Extended service hours are very helpful too.

Our sewer began running on a Sunday night and I chose to phone a local business rather than among the chains. Darko from Galaxy answered the telephone (approximately 8 PM), said he could come out Sunday night for an excess charge or he might come first thing Monday morning to the typical speed. I scheduled it. He gave me a 1 hour window and came during that hour.
Approximately 30 minutes were taken by snaking the sewer line. He told me additional options for the future but didn't attempt to upsell this time to a service that was more expensive. The cleaning came with a 60 day warranty. Overall a fix.

I called Galaxy once I had a leaky valve on my toilet enjoyable, but especially a pain. The toilet wouldn't flush. Darka came a few hours. The toilet had to be replaced. He set up and purchased a better toilet compared to one I'd selected. (The toilet I'd requested was not available so he updated it in the exact same cost ) I'm quite happy with the timeliness of the service and am pleased with the new toilet.
