We called Home Depot to set up a next appointment with Fast Water Heater Company,Rey with Quick Water Heater showed on time each appointment,came in did his paperwork and wham a fresh water heater was installed.
So often we take for granted the simple things in life, such as taking a hot shower until the basic things aren't available to our life.
That being said after coping with their schemes, and phoning a couple of plumbing companies is quite frustrating, because a number of these businesses take advantage of your circumstance $ $ $ $ $.
Buy a water heater out of them and we decided to go to Home Depot,and we are thankful we did.

Great company and they're always willing to work with tight schedules (second house they've done for us). T."Sal" Saluni is an excellent installer and super knowledgeable and skillful.

I got a response in less than 10 17, after requesting a quotation. I answered a couple of questions, about the difficulties with my own water heater I got a quotation and scheduled a fix. T was quite pleasant and profesional, he fixed my own water heater in less than 2 hours.
Couldn't be more satisfied with"T" from Fast Water Heater. His customer service is first class.

Begin to complete all members of the group delivered on promises. Kaitlyn advised to satisfy my requirements and also took the order. Installer Tevuti and helper Lucas explained the installation well followed by a superb installation. All team members were courteous, professional, and great communicators. I would seek the services of this group of individuals and recommend them to others.

Outstanding service on my replacement water heater. Very appointment and service that is excellent tech. Thomas and lucus were the best- arrived on time- really polite and friendly- completed the job withn 45 minute - will highly reccomend to anyone searching for a fresh water heater- no stress or fear dealing with them- those guys new everything relating to water heaters- whenever they mean quick - they are actually FAST!!!!!! Woke around NO Hot Water this afternoon , I called the number on my water heater. I had a technician it was fixed and here he replaced my water heater! Thanks"T" it was a joy working with you, you're fast,professional and left nothing behind!

They did a fantastic job on my water heater replacement. It was not a simple job due to this setup of my old unit. Would recommend to others.

Part One: I purchased a brand new water heater and Fast Heater has been. The installer (Daniel) was clearly new at installing an electrical water heater and has been frequently on the phone obtaining guidance. No problem with that. The problems came with the many extra charges (such as an"access" fee ), and many frustrating - if the job has been"completed", Daniel left and said that the water could be hot in one hour. 90 minutes later the water was still cold. This is a Friday afternoon. I called the aid line/customer service and they counseled the Sunday was the someone check it out and could come out. That"customer support" deserves ONE star.
There are two parts to this review. Part one provides Part two and ONE star to them provides FIVE celebrities to them.
If Daniel had done his job properly (properly trained) we would not have gone all day Friday and Saturday without warm water!
Thankfully, once I routed Home Depot that a copy of the invoice that revealed the extra charges and the service notes from George (describing that we didn't have an operating water heater for two weeks ), they completely agreed that this didn't meet their criteria of customer service and they made it right. Yay Home Depot!
Part Two: Sunday morning George came out, took one look in the water heater, hit a button and advised that the electronic thermostat system had been left "locked" position (it took him 2 seconds to locate the problem). He then said that he would wait 30-45 minutes before the water started to warm up. Sure enough, we had warm water fast. Five stars such as George!
Do anything you can to get George to perform the job, Should you work with Fast Water Heater.

It's never a day as soon as your water heater goes out especially if your husband is out of town and you aren't the best at figuring out the options that are best. During Home Depot I had been scheduled with George at Fast Water Heater Co.. He spent over an hour carefully describing the gap in guarantees with each decision and each option that the costs and assessing my position. He calculated my gasoline use for water use and appliances to assure the size tank to suit my homes wants. He had been patient with all my questions and allowed my to make the decision right for me.
He supplied friendly, professional and efficient setup and also returned with the water heater. Showed me how everything worked if I had questions, and ensured he would answer them. He made me feel very comfortable and is experienced and knowledgeable.

This is a company. My water heater wasn't working and called them. The maintenance man came in, without any inspection, he said that the repair would be expensive because the repair could be done wrong the first time (and when he comes back for a second visit, he will charge for the second time, which seems absurd ) he offered to replace the furnace since it is still in warranty. He gave me a quotation of everything and the replacement labor, and scheduled the job the day to complete. He had the job is paid for by me , before he scheduled. As there isn't any other choice that was better and that I want water in this cold winter , your job was paid for by me and scheduled it. Over the day, the men for the replacement came, they gave me a second statement. Every item is the same as the invoice paid the day before but the cost is $500 less. I trusted he gave me a much quote that was reasonable, since he is your installer. But when I told him that the price I paid, he had been amazed, and he then checked the things listed and verified they are the same. But he took away the invoice that he just made.
They have fewer opponents so they simply charge whatever they want. I read a couple other reviews and observed complaints that are similar.
I will report to Homedepot and BBB for this business!!

My Sears 50 gallon gas water heater went kaput after 13 decades +. Got a well reviewed replacement in Home Depot, and had their designated (Quick Water Heater Co.) men install it. Tommy and his sidekick in training Lucas were courteous, diligent,professional, and patient in answering my questions. Due to the cramped overhead area, and additional code requirements at S.F., it was not a simple install, but they do it (appears and functions excellent!) . This firm has about 18 technicians, and of course your expertise will depend on who you're getting GREATLY. I would have no hesitation in asking for Tommy and Lucas to handle any future water heater requirements! Thanks again guys:)

I'm also likely to think of using Home Depot for almost any installment.
The water heater I wanted was about $700 was about $670 for approximately an hours work. Now the install was to be about $1100.
Two technicians arrived. One started reviewing the installation, not certain what the other was doing. Ten minutes later, I was told this installment was going to cost $1800.
Their name must be"Pull a Fast One" Water Business.
I was quoted a cost an appointment was created.
What a bunch of artists! Fast Water Heater came out when I contacted Home Depot to replace my water heater.
I was quoted $220 added for a pressure temperature relief valve, a part if it was needed by me, which comes as part of the water heater. I was quoted extra for strapping which I already had, I was quoted for other added items which did not need replacing.

I would love for someone to itemize for me how more or $2200 is reasonable to install water heaters.
Received a telephone call regarding an installation for a gas water heater.
Pricing for water heater installation. $2200 for a'bundle' and also an L & I inspection that is not required in my nation for another $250 not contained in the bundle. A certified plumber hadn't ever heard of this inspection was demanded.

We had a water heater problem in the home that's why I named the Fast Water Business. The rep. from the business, Siosaia, called to inform me he is on his way and his coming time. He showed up when he stated he would. I explained that our water heater made a loud boom and no water as. I couldn't relight the pilot that's why I called. I must say Siosaia impressed me. He is effective and extremely knowledgeable in his job. I truly appreciated his explanations as well as the fact that he took some time answering all my questions and explaining the various options we had that he said to us.I am thankful for his help with all of this. He is excellent.

Today had a great experience with Daniel. All my queries were answered by him. Got the jod done in a timely matter. Very knowledgeable. Company good men and women.

Anyone will be humbled by A couple days without water. I do work of this character for a living and I took one look at this water heater closet and stated"NOPE!" Tommy was an wonderful tech, he went over and beyond for me and my family. Tommy tromped milk weeds over simply to get to my water heater closet and across planks that were unsteady I'd set out to try to aid in his journey. The amount of work has been extensive, Tommy reconstructed the location. Super timely and amazing service.

We thought we had hit the jackpot of plumbing businesses when we hired Fast Water Heater Company. Unfortunately 16 months after spending $1346.21 on a brand new water heater we're now without warm water and they want to charge $169 just to ring our doorbell and charge labour to fix a basically brand new water heater. Spoke. Not 1 offer of a discount or waiving the support fee to ring the bell. One if the worst customer service experiences! Please don't use them. You'll be sorry.

Our city just has 2 inspectors for water heater permit, it is not difficult to discover whether this firm had ever tried to call the inspectors regarding with the issue, we gave this company many chances and time to solve the issue, unfortunately this company shows no intention to solve the issue. They should not make, When they do not know our city code. Very unsatisfactory.
We had question whether a new water heater without a platform will get because one is being installed by them with no plate form the city permit, the contractor assured us that we will not have any problem.
We left our 2nd attempt to speak to this company, their contractor called back, said he spoke with somebody. We will be updated by the contractor . It had been over 5 months before, and nobody ever call back since.
As our city requires water heater built a platform underneath we neglected our city inspection.
We made several telephone calls the team,who left the company a couple of weeks later,informed us that their manager spoke with the mind of this city inspector, the city already signed our permit off. Later on, we called our city to double check the status, the city inspector informed us NO ONE ever phoned him regarding together with our water heater, and No permit ever issued.
My family spent about $2,800 with this company for water heater setup, we followed their recommendations and spent the money required for obtaining a permit with our city. We had another contractor quoted without a permit about $ 1,500.

George abandoned the work place cleaner than he found it, arrived on time, mended our water heater and took care of our difficulty immediately. Professional and very considerate, highly recommend!
