Fantastic plumbing assistance, and fair pricing. Employed Alex was happy with the result and several times. My shower drain line that was clogged for only $129 was cleared by time that was last. Which was half of the price of different quotes that I received.

Alex promptly returned my phone, and was able to schedule an appointment for another day to evaluate the situation. The tech came within the scheduled time, and called to allow me know he had been on his way. The man was knowledgable, professional, and polite. So far so good! He had spent about 15 minutes with us and then got a telephone call, which he took, stating it had been his boss. He talked for about two minutes, explaining our situation, and then hung up and told us"My boss does not wish to do this job, because their insurance did not cover this type of work". Disappointing but I know and thanks for the prompt response!

My first Bradford White water heater continued 10yrs, which likely might have lasted more had the prior owner done maintenance on it. Alex & Sako gave me instructions on how to maintenance it myself to keep it lasting.

The price was more than far, I had some business quotes but I felt the most comfortable with them since they checked all about for possible issues and other difficulties to help protect my home so I felt they were doing the very best job they could to keep me out of other costly mistakes from occurring.
Alex & Sako were so fantastic. They scrutinized all around for outside escapes that are possible and the water lines before affirming the issue was with the tank itself. To top it off once I detected the leak under my tank I went to go shut the valve off into the water tank but was busted, so I tried the main shut off and sure enough that was not working either. When they came out they scrutinized everything and gave me their own recommendations/price with all the work such as installing new water heater, new closed off valve, new main shut off valve, new water heater as well as installing a pressure release valve close to the pressure regulator incase the operator would to ever neglect the strain would have a way out rather than damaging my plumbing inside my property.

They are also very respectful and have absolutely no difficulty explaining things more than once (and in different ways) when they could observe the blank stare on my face revealing I'm not understanding. As a girl working with several vendors on a daily basis, I will tell you this is not the norm.
We utilize Drain Master for plumbing requirements. I made Drain Master our favorite vendor at each and handle numerous offices. They've done hydro-jetting, snaking, clearing rooftop AC drains, fixing leaks, etc..
Since the hot water heater under our kitchen sink blew off the electric breaker, I really called them a few months ago. I advised Drain Master we had a new water heater. Instead of simply ordering a new one, Alex came out to figure out the issue and ended up saving us over $1000 by figuring out it was that the aerator, not the heater.
Based upon the urgency of the issue, they are usually the next day or there day. They were quite ready to go to our Ventura County package.

Just bought a house and it had. After calling pipes firms I moved with Drain Master. They not only gave the best deal to me but they did work. Everything was stress and was completed in a timely matter! I am so glad I found this firm. I had a 10 celebrity experience with this provider. A disclaimer that I am pregnant and placing a girls is just a disgusting thing. My toilets and shower have been backed up they joined us and so I called home warranty. They arrived and started giving these quotes. Total ended up being 5600.00 which I had been sick over since I just am about to go on maternity leave. Luckily my husband understands a plumber and had him ship the extent video to find out if this job was really as severe as the technician said it had been and it ended up being a bit of root intrusion. He told us that the pipe had been separated and needed to be replaced ASAP.
BE VERY VERY CAREFUL THESE GUYS WILL SCAM you! And of course if someone didn't have the money, they would get people get into credit card debt to cover something which was not necessary and stressing a girls out beyond view. That to me makes these men lower than low.
If I could give this business zero stars I would. Let me start of by stating that I don't do negative reviews however it is in people's best interest to know that these technicians are the worst on the market.
They snaked the drains, toilets and showers then they started to drain. Not once did they tell me that I was able to use my toilet or shower before my husband called them out on their B.s. eventually the tech told me it was an issue that eventually would need to get fixed. Thank god we know people in the business and didn't pay this hefty bill.
No happened. You never showed the camera footage to us. Your techs told us needed to be replaced rather than showed us anything. Nice try

Alex arrived and tub was leaking and assessed it. He gave me a quote with parts and labour. No mistakes, no hidden costs, no hassle. He obviously understood his craft and was professional. He replaced a pin and cartridge that was troublesome. Now everything's working great. Hopefully it continues indefinitely.

Hands down plumbing company I have ever worked with! We had a leak in our home. Very stressful as it is possible to imagine. Had to drill in the concrete and al that interesting stuff. They were super nice and empathetic of the situation and came promptly. They did it ! Absolutely costumer service! They brought in other partners to help and did whatever possible (beyond and above ) to help us timely and financially. Absolutely recommend them 100%! They cleaned up after the project, and that I mean cleaned up. At the conclusion, to my surprise, I has been there speaking the entire time and found the guy that was cleaning up was Alex, the company's owner! That is real costumer service! Before completing up, Hugo used a snake using a camera installed at the tip (refer to posted image ) to affirm complete clearance of the obstruction in addition to assess the status of the internal arrangement of the pipes. He provided this added service at no additional price.
Both Alex and Hugo are consummate professionals, and in service-based industries' arena, their combination of fairness, honesty, and skill is second to none. I highly suggest getting in touch with them if you find yourself you won't be let down.

I also called an patio that was made an appointment to get a quote on 4 drains which needed to be cleaned out. It had been confirmed which somebody would be at my house between 1-2 pm on Tuesday, 6/5. At 11 am I get a telephone call the individual expected to be at my house can't make it due to another job that's running over. Ok, that's fine but I expect my own time to be rescheduled right then and there. I was suppose to have a call back from someone in the office to reschedule - no one actually called me back to reschedule. This company doesn't have any system and doesn't respect the time of anyone. Do not waste your time.

Important Sewer Line Work Another firm was actual vague about how they would use trenchless"pipebursting" into repair/replace the lines, so I thought I needed a second opinion. Alex and his man had much superior gear, such as a sonar-type apparatus they had to map out just where the pipes were all the way from the center of the street (the other men had been way off in their figure!) . It was not great news: the plumbing could fall at any time, but Alex still moved to an elongated effort (including checking with the town ) to provide me a selection of cost-saving options to performing a complete pipeburst all of the way out to the city sewer main. I appreciated that but ultimately opted to go for broke and had him do everything. When they came to perform the job, he brought a massive team, a great deal of gear, and they wasted no time, basically doing the whole job in 1 day (except for filling in the access holes, which had to stay open for the review ). Once the job eliminated inspection, they had the holes filled in along with my front lawn cleaned up in only a few more hours. It was an amazingly effective and professional operation. And today, I've got the only real sewers on the whole cube (a real selling point when I decide to put my house out there ). And I will not be losing any sleep about my sewers potentially collapsing or going bad for many decades (they may well even outlast me!) .

Alex arrived with Sam and Hugo to solve the issue, the following day. Alex supplied projections and didn't attempt to improve himself by performing work. The strategy was to cut on only the essential portion of my drive to fix the entire pipe to get a open mainline and also in order to conserve my driveway. The job was completed within 5 hours and was scheduled. I couldn't believe how quick, effective, and organized the work was processed. After the work was finished, Alex came back to do a high quality review and last overview of the work. Of the sewage had been cleaned inside and out my house, and all the garbage has been lost in the work with no indication of residuals.
After discussing the possible resolutions not to just fix the issue, but to get my plumbing lines corrected once and for all (well at least provided the new substance would last), Hugo cleared the lines to get the sewage drain correctly. At this time, they advocated a reduction company for the sewage clean-up and made an appointment for the next day.
I do not write such extensive reviews; nonetheless, Alex and attentive his staff deserve the recognition of being fair, and committed plumbing professionals. My family is grateful for the detailed and fast reaction. This is. Drain Master will provide the resolution and will not disappoint.

I can not Thank this team for what they've done to locate the escape which was almost impossible to find as the water pipe was beneath my driveway enough. Alex is truly a master in his job because he is so knowledgable and uses his intelegence to solve issues with ease. He's taught me the whole process and the reason for my pipe that was cracked. They performed a seamless method to track down and correct the pipe that was dripping. They were clean, thorough and fast. I recommend them. I have called them a few times and they took good care of everything perfectly. Those excursions helped me hire them for my escape detection and I could not have made a choice. I only called to get a quote for hydro jetting. He offered. I called about 5 pipes and their rates were between 250-300. Drain Master wanted nearly 700! Not certain why he got such high reviews. The rest of the plumbers I predicted additionally had 5 star reviews on yelp.

Their work was excellent. Very courteous and professional. The price was less than the estimate, to top it off.

Setup an appointment, and they had to reschedule 3-4 times. But when they did encounter, the work was friendly and quick and our sink was fixed by them immediately. We are going to be using them .

Alex is so magnificent. Good customer service is really appreciated by me. My friend Josh phoned in for me leaking - we tried to fix it several times and saw a leak so I called. Alex was walked by my friend through the steps he took and instead of just hoping to send somebody out Alex told me we do the right things missing a few steps but we have it handled. He walked us through what we must have done instead and gave advice to us.
