Courteous, Prompt, and Reliable.I am a new resident in Napa. Contacted Don Nichols Plumbing and received day srevice at a very reasonable price. Plumber (Corey) was quite pleasan with a quick diagnosis and solution at a very affordable price. So far as I am concerned Don Nichols is my go to for pipes needs!!!

I had when I first called I was told that they would not have the ability to assist me today due to getting so many calls but they would return to me and a bathroom unclogged and the garbage disposal changed. They called and stated not only can they fit me in they were already on their way! He was understanding that pick my kids up and prepared to work while I was gone and I needed to run. I walked out the door at 2:30 and at 3:06 I got the call he was completed - before I made it back!
I absolutely would not be afraid to phone again -hopefully I will not need to- but that is where I am calling if I do need a plumber.

Yelp to get a quote from Don and three technicians is the first to response and went back and forth with my inquiries and answers. Schedule to check the issue and accomplished the tank is leaking from inside and more than 14 years old. Don is also the lowest among the three and gave me a quote for replacement. He then went grab the supplies along with the replacement tank and installed it in about 90 mins. He and his crew are nice and polite and helped mend another issue. Can not be more happy than the experience. Definitely recommended.

Cory Nichols installed our kitchen sink. Very nice guy that did work! Fairly priced. He explained everything that he did, introduced parts I should save, and put a decal on the rear wall under the sink differentiating the sink faucet which was installed (great if my memory fades and we want parts or repair). We are going to utilize Don Nichols Plumbing again for sure!

I called on a Sunday, got a return phone call that day along with also a service call the next day. Don was really professional and knowledgeable and has been in and out in less than an hour, for a reasonable charge. He's currently my"go to" for pipes in Napa.

I had numerous pipes issues which were repaired quickly and fairly. We also had a problem with our water heater yelling late at night. We were fearful it might blow up and had. It sure seemed like it was about to! We put a call and walked and Don phoned us. I strongly recommend him.

Septic emergency naturally, on a Friday afternoon! Don Nichols Plumbing understood the problem with caregiver and my 93yo mother, tried to snake an answer, but decided that the tank has been the issue. Several septic services were called but none available until the next week. I started calling everybody early Monday morning after needing to move nurse and Mother into a hotel for the weekend. DN Plumbing was understanding and patient and promised to come as soon as service that is septic pumped the tank so that they can assess the cause. And they did. Alternatives were offered and a strategy for repairs has been agreed upon.

They provide the best plumbing services I have ever used. They're effective, knowledgeable, and good in every way. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

But most of all was adjusted as conditions and very intelligently planned.
So we had to go'overhead' with new copper plumbing, replacing all water distribution plumbing.
Kudos to Cory and his staff for getting everything right, including the details.

Then Cory was discovered by me. Reasonable pricing. Speedy work. Copper soldered. And also a sheetrock sub with ability. Handling of cautious and occupants cleanup.
I have several bids that were high but with poor stuff to'save money and time.' (Pex or Propress fittings)

Don simply left and did a great job clearing clogged drains in a house we moved to in Napa. --And he squeezed my emergency occupation in between two other jobs he had. He was working around an hour. Oh yeah, he aso did an superb job cleaning up after the job was completed!

Not sure why I had to give this company one star. Called the company after hours on a Friday and left a message about the need for a quote for an upper replacement on the sewer line. That was no response. Called another contractor as I needed three estimates. That contractor obtained a comprehensive message from me the same day. They have not called me .
Advance Trenchless was called by me . They returned my call the next business day, came out to scope the sewer line and sent me a quote that day. They came out as promised day, and completed the job in less than 1. Complete professionals in all respects. Our property was abandoned by professional job and . Can not recommend Advanced Trenchless enough.

A business that did my gas line recommended to me don. They stated he's the very best for water heaters - that is what I had been calling for.
His price was fair. He showed up on time did the job in time and took off the water heater. Can not ask for more than that!!! I wouldn't hesitate to call him.

Don arrived exactly once scheduled, which I appreciate. He was friendly, friendly and totally professional. Changed two sink faucet sets and one bath fixture quickly and cleanly. Price was reasonable. What more could you ask from any builder? Will be using this company again and again recommending to other people. May have to wait to have on their schedule, but worth it.
