Once more - fast and reliable service. Our line clogs up about twice a year that is when you reside in a 60 year-old house which has tree roots to be expected.
Thanks again!
We continue to get the best service from Reddi Rooter and thanks to Derek and his trainee, our bathrooms are flushing ordinary.

Had a backed up main lateral, called them they were able snake my lineup and to come out within a few hours. Very fast, polite, and professional. And also very reasonably priced. For all my plumbing needs from now on, will be calling them.

Buh bye!
Reddi Rooter, you have lost a customer, who will now warn people against using using you, via Nextdoor. Derek always did a great job of cleaning out the sewer line for me. Chuck, not so much. Plus the attitude you displayed when I called you belongs into a sewer line.
Two gents came out of another company, which has almost 400 5-star Yelp reviews. They were right on time (in the beginning of my appointment window) Obtained the sewer line gave me a photograph of a sewer clean-out issue, washed out, and gave me some great care advice. And explained that they could not snake out the bathtub (which now drains at a better post-clean-out 80%), because the mechanism at the overflow (forget the title ) had been bent backwards and broken. That was the work of Chuck from Reddi Rooter. The mechanism will have to be substituted, which cost me $500-700 and will take 2-3 hours. Chuck's a pleasant man, but he's plumbing.
Are dealing with this company for 20 years or more. When I called on Saturday 12/29 stating I was a long term customer, along with my sewer line seemed to be backing up, bathtub was not draining, and bathroom was leaking, the response I had was a cavalier and totally-unapologetic"We won't have anyone available until Tuesday."

So glad I finally found a Plumber who is honest and dependable. Following some sketchy experiences with other local plumbers who had been under competent and overpriced, I predicted Reddi Rooter. Derek came out and fixed a myriad of plumbing issues around the house. He was prompt, polite and professional. He knows what he's currently doing. The rates are reasonable and overall a great price. Reddi Rooter is my new visit to Plumber!

Our kitchen sink was clogged and the water has been coming up. I phoned Reddi Rooter this afternoon and the woman booked an appointment this afternoon. Today is Sunday! The plumbers came out on time, repaired the problem, were quite efficient, professional and gave us advice. The rate was reasonable and we are very delighted! We'll surely use them again.

When I noticed a sewage leak I called Reddi Rooter based on a recommendation by a friend. Within minutes of my call, I got a return call from Derek, who referred me to a remediation firm to clean up the sewer, ARC Water Damage (they were great too!) , before he can check out the problem. I phoned Reddi Rooter back to let them know that ARC would be performed before 2. They immediately scheduled Derek to come back to my house the next day. Derek arrived and worked economically and fast, describing to me how he planned to repair it and what he saw.
He was courteous friendly and a joy to use. I would advise calling Reddi Rooter to your plumbing requirements.

Great call back service on Friday. It was a holiday weekend guy came out on Sat. Got the job done. Prices $173 for off hrs. Unlike some technicians that call themselves"advanced" & control over $375, those guys are real workers.

I had to possess the storm drain in my atrium cleaned and a neighbor urged Reddi Rooter. Dan came out this afternoon and not only did the drain cleanup but also shifted a 47-year-old lawn valve (he had a brand new one in his van) and dealt with other minor plumbing issues around the house. In my request, I was educated by him on issues related to house pipes and maintenance. Fair price, honest, courteous and professional service, available on evenings and weekends. I will definitely call them again.

They showed up over an hour of calling at the evening and the technician was really friendly and educated.
Very friendly and professional from the office to the technician that came out. They made short work of our clogged waste line and were by far the business out of the top companies in the area.
I would recommend this family company that is small.

My in-laws lately moved into a remodeled home and master bath toilet would not flush. Plunger did not do the job. So I called Reddi Rooter based off of their Yelp reviews and they were shut. They figured out the problem right away and came out over an hour. The person they sent out was quite professional and courteous through the whole process. In an hour he had the issue resolved and we flushed ! Would recommend these guys.

I found them, they could come out the same day, answered the telephone, and were available Sunday. Plumber considerate and got the job done and gave suggestions for future maintenance. Definitely will be hiring for regular maintenance of cleaning out the lines(damn roots) to prevent weekend hectic calls. Recommend.

This is the second time that I called Reddi Rooter. I called around and their prices were fair. They Could come out within a couple of hours and Derek did a great job

Well Done!
I've an old home that has its share of defects and issues. I have old terracotta sewer pipes, which the tree roots that are neighborhood adore. I want the lines cleared - but more frequently, twice a year. I've used Reddi Rooter for more than a decade to perform this work. While their prices are fair, their response times are generally same day.
Thanks Guys!
It turns out my pipe is not all plastic out of the home to the street. But vinyl, together with the last short length up from the meter box composed of a nastily cobbled splice to pipe that is newer.
The neighbors began knocking on the door last week I'd water emanating up from the curb. Not a good thing, as this escape was approximately 200' from home. The leak was my side , a few feet, by the meter box. So, I understood when I asked them who I would be heartily laughed as by EBMUD. I understood the answer. My side of the meter, my difficulty.
Within hours of my phone call to Reddi-Rooter, Derek came out Sunday afternoon to look over things. He told me it would be best to bring out Dan to get Dan's opinion. Derek said,"Water's on. Let's not mess with this to make it worse making it essential to turn it off. That would be a big inconvenience for you."
So, Derek and Dan came out now, a holiday, to look over things. Dan and I spoke, he gave me a worse case situation, and I liked his numbers.
Dan and team obtained the pressure reducer installed alongside a gate valve. Does my shower cause as it's been transformed from electricity washer power, to gentle shower power bleeding. My family is quite happy today.
Two decades back, we chose to have a pressure reducer put in-line at which the water enters the home. After regularly replacing clothing washer machines by the pressure ruined due to burst gaskets in the strain and plumbing fixtures, I hired Reddi-Rooter to perform the job.
See you this spring to have the sewer clearing! ;)
However, I digress...
We suspected in the pressure reducer setup my water pipe might be a combination of different lengths of pipe spliced to plastic pipe.
Derek and Dan eliminated the last 3' section of galvanized and old rusted, replacing it with fittings and plastic, repairing the leak. Work done in about two weeks under Dan's estimate. I didn't even get hammered for a crisis service fee for the holiday!
My wife is happy, I am very happy, and I am pleased to suggest Reddi-Rooter to friends members and my family.
I know Reddi-Rooter employs exactly the business model that I do, as a small business owner myself. Take care of your customer and they will call you back. Take care of them every time, and you have a customer for life.
Dan came out on this job to assist his man. As it happens, the plumbing in my home is a conglomeration of galvanized, aluminum and aluminum pipe, cobbled together with anything in bailing wire, Testor's model adhesive, or duct-tape to carry it all together. I am of the view that the older guy who built this place from'53-'57 probably imbibed a bit, from the looks of his work which I inherited when I purchased this place years back.

We had a drain and looked for somebody to come out and clear it at the range of $125-$150, that's the rate that is moving. Derek came out and ursula lent me $146 for its work and took care of it. We had been charged $163. Not a huge deal but I thought I'd call to let them understand. Ursula stated she seemed like she wanted to get out of the dialog didn't understand what she would do for us, when I did. Not cool. We will not use this provider again.

Unfortunately it happened again this week and Chuck came out, fixed it immediately, explained why it may have happened again(the way the pipes run throughout the home ) and explained how to help prevent it. And since it happened so soon after the first time they came out, it had been free of charge.
Fantastic Service.
I called Reddi Rooter for the boss a couple of weeks ago for a line back up and they came that night to fix at a price that was completely reasonable.

They billed me $150.00 to assess the circumstance. It was determined that the piece inside the wall that the diverter sits into was ruined and the unit inside the wall needed to be substituted.
On the initial trip, it was determined that the stem would need to be substituted to resolve the drip. The diverter was never a problem, but it was determined that they all would be replaced with new pieces, since there are 3 grips from the shower. From the moment that the grips were substituted, the diverter quit functioning properly.
I had requested they consider sending somebody other to resolve the ongoing diverter issue, and had made repeated requests to the ladies to talk with the proprietor / manager.
Chuck ruined this company and my shower had several chances. I made a couple of requests for a refund of my $500.00. I've yet to hear a response...
NO LUCK!!!!
I paid $1100 to have the diverter issue and then schedule the work.
What began as a small drip turned into a diverter that was busted and a shower wall.
This was causing an inconvenience on myself, and homeowners with this issue go on for so long as it did. Finally, after the 6th trip, and diverter I predicted at a plumbing company.

You get exactly what you pay for. Dan did what we asked him more. Like it's his very own, he treats your home. I will never use another company for your own plumbing needs. Thank you Dan.

Price was reasonable compared to the other competitor. Timing was good. The service solved my point problem. I was counseled as a homeowner what to do and when to do it in respect to my sewer line in line. One minus is the evening is that I had to leave my number so that I might find a call back. Happened twice.

I believe the single quicker or cheaper alternative would be for me clear it myself and to have the snake, and now I'm not that easy.
Reddi Rooter gave me an hour window. When he said he would, and showed up 15 minutes afterwards he called right. Cleared my difficulty up in just a couple minutes. It cost right around $140 to purge my kitchen sink, which will be right where I was expecting (actually, it was a bit less expensive than I was expecting).
I phoned 13 plumbers on here Friday. Only one other got back to me, but wanted to charge $59 to appear, through a 4 hour window.

The secretary was good and the technician came out hence the two star rating. Nevertheless the were unable to repair a problem that reoccurred shortly after they"fixed it".
Reddi Rooter came by to clean a clogged bathtub. The technician came out, spent 5 minutes cleaning the catcher from the shower drain out. He refused to snake the problem reoccurred and a couple of weeks later the shower . I would suggest using anybody else or another firm like Drain and CC Sewer.
