Lou and called Gary was dispatched. He found that the source of the leak (rusted out sewer tube ) and eliminated and replaced. He did a cleanup job that was fantastic and protected our furniture and carpeting. He was so professional and proficient we had him replace toilet components and replace our bathroom faucet. We highly suggest calling Gary for any plumbing problem. They guarantee that their work.

Didnt get work. But he provided the lowest priced high quality equiptment in the price. Seemed to be personable, many are if attempting to get company. Gonna go with another service with products I purchase( not home depot quality cheap stuff)
After studying all of the 1 star reviews. I needed to find other bids.

I had my bathroom remodel by this company last year and I'm waiting for them to finish I have a big hole in the walls that they said had to wash it out of a leaking pipe 6 weeks ago after they had repiped everything 2 months prior. Now is rotting away. Rather than placing the baseboard back behind the bathroom door the painted it white. Every time ask him to resolve the issue he sends and I call Gary. I have images of one of his guys asleep in my bathroom when he was supposed to be functioning.
I simply needed my bathroom.

He had trainee knockout 18 X 18 inch.
We told him, he did to leave and enough damage.
Gary came to unit.
I attempted to explain problem, and he wouldn't listen.
$320 charges, never discovered left with 18X18 & leak inch hole in living area. Afterwards we discovered the flow ourselves. It had been the dishwasher. Save yourself do not ask for his aid & frustration.
He said we had flow in unit C, and he would have knock holes in living area wall.
He wanted to knock out more hole for another $600.
Bottom line their was no escape there.

Have used Gary three occasions for pipes issues. In each circumstance either he or one of his workers came within 30 minutes of time guaranteed, explained the very best solution and gave a fair quote and remained inside the price. He arranged to have the job done in one day so we had warm water that 24, when our water heater had replacement. Please call Gary for some of your plumbing needs.

I had plumbing problems at my home and at my daughter's home. Got an ad for this business in mail, did some research, seemed like a fantastic plumber that was honest. So I called, professional immediate response, on time, clarified everything first, revealed expert repair, & demonstrated. Quality repair, Acceptable price. He'll be my plumber for brothers & mine .

I called Gary to correct my bathroom but got a lot more! He was very knowledgable about what exactly was causing my blockage in the bathroom and how to repair it. He gave me a quotation on the telephone that came and was fair. He explained every step and did it. I appreciated he came to repair our bathroom but gave us a price that was reasonable to repair the bath spout. To help us out, he altered the shower head, and unclogged a sink drain! He didn't get frustrated with me (along with my husband) if we're deciding between getting the bath spout repaired or not. He had been friendly and participating to my children as well (my kids like to speak to individuals ) He should be #1 here on yelp. Telephone Gary! You will be SO glad you did!

I had and they never worked well. . The holidays were coming up and I got a flyer on my door for Gary's read several reviews and thought I'd offer them a call..My Plummer showed up on time super professional and obtained both issues resolved at a good price. .

Gary came and ran a camera pipes to see if we had a significant problem. We didn't. He is very honest and a true pro. Can say that it was. I will call in the future and strongly recommend this organization.

Because of a flyer left on our front gate I called them to have a slow draining bathtub suspended. Louis showed the day up in great time, but after taking a look at the 2 inch drain, he said he would have to return another time with a rooter. In addition, he said when the publicized $99 rooting deal would apply to our second floor shower, he would have to check with his boss. Now I've yet to hear from them.

Set up an appointment on yelp. This dude does not even show. He is straight up a bit of shit. Waste of my day to set up anything on help. This leads me to believe that his yelp testimonials are fake. Not professional in any respect.

Gary arrived well within the time window and came over on short notice he said over the phone. I had a slab leak that revealed up as a pool of water beside my door. His helper and he quickly diagnosed the problem using their years of expertise and high tech leak detection gear. I was provided a couple of alternatives by gary and the lower cost choice was picked by me. He worked around 12 hours re-piped and pretty much nonstop the water line running from the main line into one of my baths. He wouldn't leave until the water has been turned back on and no more leaks! Give him a try and be happy because he got it right the very first time you did.
P.S. Gary also has a great sense of humor and can keep you giggling (makes paying the invoice fun..almost) LOL

Get in touch with and tried to get an appt. Waited to get back a call for confirmation. No call back. Rescheduled to accommodate the established appointment, though unconfirmed. I though he would have the courtesy to phone me. But nah....that didnt occur. He wished to reschedule me to friday, After I called. 4 day from today. This is not a man of integrity punctually. Though he gave me a maybe I can show up this afternoon, I declined. Can't work with people too busy I guess business is too great nowadays. However, this is one man I wont be calling . We all have the money to invest, it for and there aint not here.

Cyrus & raul were knowledgable and so very courteous. My slab leak was identified for a price that was very fair and quickly. I think that the price from Gary was reasonable, although the repair was costly. I appreciated the dignified and very clean demeanor of these two guys who came into our house to do this task, and they did it well with attention to creating damage and minimal cuts to the house. I am very delighted!

I highly recommend Gary's Plumbing. I called, left a detailed message and within 10 minutes Gary got back to me and scheduled a window of time to the same moment. Afterward, Lou called me and gave me a, arrived on schedule, diagnosed and fixed the problem. He had one in his inventory although it turned out to be a replacement of a faucet and it was handled neatly and professionally. When I do I have a reputable and reliable plumber although I hope not to have any plumbing issues.

Issue was resolved in under one hour. Tech was extremely nice, clean and educated.
I understand my issue was not that complex but it was fine to have a plumbing company come out and repair the toilet at a reasonable price without any upselling or stress.
These guys are wonderful.
I discovered my plumber for life.
Toilet making and was leaking a sound. I called them. They answered right away and scheduled a call for that day. They came on-time.

I called the next time, the message said"Sorry, I can not talk right now". . It is after 6 without a call-back. His pipes service must be a"one man band".
I called at 4; 00 and two; 20. The message said they'd call in 10 minutes.

Called Gary's about a leak in my aluminum pipe. Didn't get a hold of him and didn't leave a VM since I needed someone straight away. When he saw the call he called me back and he consented to have someone. Greg showed up within the hour, and has been really wonderful to work with. He discovered the issue and recommended the regulator and shut-off be substituted on the main pipe to the house and they were quite old so it's an unbiased recommendation. We agreed on a price that seemed reasonable when he got the parts needed, and he had been done fairly fast. Great experience.

Had an issue with the valves. Lou was quick and courteous and arrived on time. Would definitely call for any upcoming plumbing problems!
