Heflin & Son Plumbing & Heating

On Labor Day later hours I recognized our toilets and bath tub backed up. Called Heflin and boy who dispatched a technician with 40 minutes. They informed roots were a problem and snaked the principal line. Was surprised to find out I would get a bill in the email (and no payment due upon support ). I got a bill. I'm uncertain just how much this service costs but provided it was a vacation and later six, No complaints from me! I'll be calling them each sept from here on out!
I guess I must have read that house inspection report five years ago that recommended snaking on a yearly basis to avoid difficulties...

1. It worked out that Todd attracted the most aggressive rate.
3. The crews have been great. Our project required significant work tearing up our lawn. I left and there were deep holes to the pipes. In the conclusion of the project, you would never know they were there as our front lawn was calibrated.
2. In terms of trust- We've had they've been great and David and Todd come to evaluate issues. They've been real and honest .
We are big fans of Todd and his group. There were several significant plumbing addresses that had to be addressed when we moved into our house. We talked to a few things and three plumbers:
Overall- they've been good to work together on everything from responding quick to some calls, to getting the real work accomplished in a way that is professional, to working together with us on the rear end for billing. I have known their services .

Although Heflin may have been in business it time has eroded their awareness of consumer service.
Todd can lose his cool and has a mindset -- as other's have pointed out. When following-up on things promised that he failed to deliver this happened repeatedly.
Todd frequently ghosted via all communication channels and became extremely defensive vs trying to reach a resolution (check out the hidden one-star reviews under ).
Regardless of our HOA using Heflin for the past 15 decades, we will not be working with the business moving forward.
Before work started we requested the quote to add a breakout of materials, work, and tax. Todd was pushy to rush the job, insisting on a project fee -- that resulted in being significantly overcharged.
Look elsewhere. Terrible customer experience.

I am super grateful to Todd and his guys for their job, but sincerely hope this is the last call we have to make to them for awhile! :)
Now (!) I called Heflin again because a termite vendor (like I said, it has been a long time ) had seen that which he suspected was a leaking pipe beneath our house. I wasn't certain when the leak was related to this job we had done earlier this year with Heflin, but Todd obtained a crew out to my house in a couple of brief hours (and timed it around a work telephone I told him around too!) . The leak was a separate issue caused by the very same, old original pipes, but the guys had it fixed in a couple of hours.
Earlier this year, we called Heflin on recommendations from a Facebook group for PDR mamas and Westchester. We thought we had a simple issue of a pipe, but it was we're days/weeks away from old pipes disintegrating under us leaving us to live over a pool of sewer water. The Heflin guys came in and replaced our horizontal outgoing pipes all over the course of a couple of days, and gave us a competitive cost to its labor and parts needed.
My husband and I are having quite a year as homeowners - plus it's a year like this that I'm so grateful for good, solid vendors I can trust to help ensure that all of the cash we slipped into purchasing our home does not wind up in a literal pile of poo.

Todd worked with our insurer (really went the excess mile) to be sure we obtained maximum insurance coverage on this mess.
Highly recommend. . .have utilized him for water heater replacement and minor plumbing problems.
. .major emergency. Called Todd Heflin and his team was within 30 minutes even though he was outside of town. We needed to redo our sewer line and replace plumbing under home. They needed to dig our yard and did a great job putting the thing.

Terrible driver. Switching lanes on active 405, without using blinker. Very risky practices.

Do not trust this organization. I really don't want anyone to experience what we went through, not worth it.
The inspector stated that a plumber couldn't have done this kind of work. I was amazed.
The installation of the new kitchen line was not up to code once the inspector arrived by. This caused to our undertaking. I'm from the country and our contractors sent photos of the work done by Todd's team. After viewing the photos that I contacted Todd to let him know we might have a difficulty. So we waited to come by who did not pass the plumbing.
They did a wonderful job and I've called upon this business in the last to redo my primary tube , I've never had difficulties with them in the past so I am highly disappointed in the change within their professionalism. What happened, men??
His staff and todd are incapable of work.
The inspector asked to report him into the city, that's how job has been done.
Todd has been preventing my text messages, I can not call him.
If I could give 0 stars I would.

We've been dealing with Heflin Plumbing for years and they have always done a fantastic job for us. Been in business since 1950. How long have the guys existed? Go with the Pro's!

WITH THEM, you receive just the opposite. Since I was not pleased with just two of my previous ones, I had been in need of a plumber. I asked about a half a dozen people in Westchester - and was Son & Heflin, and always with a happy look on their face once they indicated to use them.
Personally, I feel to give a five star rating is an insult to this particular business. My rating would be 500+ plus,plus etc..
As soon as I left a message with my issue and called Son & Heflin, within minutes I was phoned by Todd back. We made arrangements for him to send a team. I was so distressed I didn't even inquire the price tag. The next thing I knew pipes for breaking all over the place, and Todd kept Fixing them.

I will forever be grateful to Todd, and to Heflin & Son Plumbing. They are more than just plumbers.
I overheard him say - we need to achieve this challenge as reasonable as we can for the proprietor and yet still do it right. You'd expect you to hear the opposite - let us get what we can from these men. Not with Todd and his firm.
When I received the invoice I was quite delighted with what I had been billed for everything. Honest billing is exactly what you get with this particular company.
If you are going to be paying the greatest rates for the weekend of course my difficulty began on a Saturday. But I had no option. Water gushed from my garage.
Was peace of mind. When you trust someone, it may take a great deal of anxiety. And that's what Todd did for me personally.
And what I heard him tell his subordinate will forever stick in my thoughts concerning this plumbing firm.
And had to replace almost all the plumbing.
If you are looking for work that is poor, absurd pricing and poor customer support - THEN I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND Heflin & Son plumbing!

I have two appliances that are working that are wonderful and likely an increase in the value of my condo! Heflin and Son Plumbing and Heating -- you're the best!
I then called Heflin and Son Plumbing and Heating. The owner/manager (Todd), picked up the phone immediately and scheduled the trip for another week (I might have had it done the following day, but was still too tentative). Me reassured as did the plumber routed out, who was enormous. The cost was ALL the pipes I had contacted. The job was finished in almost no time. I didn't even have to clean under the sink (the plumber pulled things out and replaced them in order, when the installation was finished and revealed to me). When it was over -- it was a massive monkey off my back, and a massive relief to know I have a wonderful plumber so neighboring -- for everything and anything . A plumber I can rely on!
I've become a massive fan of Heflin and Son Plumbing and Heating since I needed to have a brand new water heater and garbage disposal installed. The owner/manager (Todd) is superb.
I was directly referred to him from a list by a client that has been working with him for years (in this and past condo complexes).
Originally, when studying for a plumber, I didn't see his company and had a mile long list. So I called two additional places with Yelp reviews that were mixed. I am a really new home owner and was nervous because I had no clue what this involved and am on the floor. The first place I called was rough around the edges, but nice when I said where I lived (condo complex). Once the garbage disposal was inserted his offer was low, but hiked up. The next plumber I contacted was kind and fantastic -- but extremely costly. Including checking with friends I then contacted as I would like to get estimates. Everything was over my budget. So I held off for a year more than I need to have (since the water heater still worked fine).

Professional and quality work at a great price.
The job was done within the time frame quoted, in the price they quoted.
They repaired the sewer line, added a pressure regulator, also added a main line.
Fantastic work at a great price. I would certainly use them again.
I noticed that the hose faucet they installed had a drip, they were to repair it.

I had to contact Heflin & Son due to a toilet toilet obstruction issue in our guest bedroom which caused a copy of fluid into the bathtub and sink (this residence has inferior pipes on the 3rd floor). I was incorrect, I got a call back from Todd over a couple of minutes and there was a plumber out over the hour. He tried to fix but then had to return to deliver a service guy that was 2nd to assist on the roof to snake the plumbing form over and then dislodge the obstruction out of the bathroom pipes. Thankfully they avoided having to remove the bathroom to get to the matter and nothing got broke (bathroom or sink). They finished up snaking all 3 regions (bathroom, bathtub and sink) and resolved everything. They were prompt using their job professional and cleaned the area up. The pricing was acceptable for the time and labour for both men involved. So that I was thankful for this, afterwards the bathroom flushed prior to the episode. I would suggest them to act, being on fair/competitive pricing and time, professionalism character. They invoiced it and me too was very professional from the specifics. Very impressed and I will not hesitate to use them.

Like lots of the superior vendors I use a customer of mine that owns an investment property in Westchester area of Los Angeles introduced to the business me. Have been very satisfied. Always answers the telephone or returns messages within a brief time. Are always there when they say they are going to be. Does. Do not try to dime and nickel anything else to the job when not needed. Has setup repayment plans for customers that had a significant job didn't have the full amount and come up from the blue. I'd suggest them.

Absolutely amazing. Our floor heater needed serious work and we had a few places tell us it take several weeks to repair and might cost over $ 4,000. These guys came out the same day to test it, fixed it the next day for only $1150. Everybody was nice and professional. I cannot recommend them enough.

Todd was very responsive and his crew did a great job replacing an old clay drain pipe using new root-proof ABS pipe.

Completely unprofessional and also the typical"you don't know what you're referring to" arrogant attitude when confronted with a issue with their service...
I won't ever use this company again!

I was raised in Westchester and today in my year only utilize Heflin. They do the job right and Todd is good at coming fitting and calls me in for emergency calls.
