Eldridge & Sons Plumbing

A week ago I called Sons and Eldridge to come and rescue us. It was Saturday and we had lots of children in the Academy of Fencing Pros. I was pleased to know that not just the phone was answered by them immediately, but they sent a group to assist us within just about an hour!
The difficulty was solved over 2.5 hours in my telephone, though it was Saturday.
The plumber that they delivered was quite friendly and professional.

I appreciate that they're never pushy. Since our house is a little older recommendations are made by them for what we should do so we can be more proactive in the future that's fine.
We had Arturo come out, today. He called to let me know that he was on the road, Though we had a consultation time slot. When he arrived he had been ready and friendly to explain to me was happening with our plumbing.

I had a up shower/tub drain and opted to go with Eldridge and Sons Plumbing because they were so close to my home and so are family owned and run, which I like. Over 30 minutes Keith came and I called and professionally and quickly unclogged my main sewer line.

THANK YOU SO VERY MUCH ELDRIDGE AND SONS PLUMBING!!!! What a day. . .After having 2 contractors come to provide our water heater that flooded my garage to be replaced by estimates. Their Tech arrived the walk just took about 10 minutes approximately. He assisted me continue the doorway around and mop up most of the water, it had been a mess and I had been supposed to be by this stage at work, I was stressing myself out, he had been happy to aid, what a relief. When I got off work that day the quote was in my inbox!! They hooked me up and had it all fixed that Thursday afternoon and at a MUCH, MUCH speed. I dont know how they did it. Obviously that my Wife was happy we had our hot water again

Recommended to not use chemical drain cleaners to avoid pipe damage & try vinegar. Since I had a couple of other plumbing problems within my support call fee, Keith replaced troubleshooted & bathtub faucet cartridge. I had been quite impressed with the honesty/knowledge/professionalism / choices of Keith to save cash. Very detailed & comprehensive. Listened to my worries gave good hints.
Keith examined & no snaking required (really honest - didn't try to bill me for unnecessary support ).
My buddy highly recommended Eldridge was used by & for her properties for many years.
Owner Wade returned my voicemail to schedule appt on Sunday nite. Monday AM, & Keith came early. However, after having drano a couple of times, drain cleared up.

Los Gatos Storage Services are managed by me, and back in July that the San Jose Water Company decided that we needed to repair our backflow prevention assembly. Wade came outside to try repairs and quickly discovered that a complete replacement of the meeting was required. He took the time to reveal and explain why we needed a replacement.
It took for the meeting to be ordered, replaced along with a retest to be performed. They were quick, professional and the customer service was exceptional. Correspondence from the call to if the work was performed was a bit slow, but that I would highly suggest Eldridge & Sons Plumbing for any plumbing needs!

I recommend Eldridge & Sons Plumbing. Wade Eldridge, the owner, is an superb plumber, both in customer service and technical proficiency. Ihave been happy on each occasion and've called on him twice. In the first, which involved a house drainage dilemma, Wade & his employee Alan conducted a detailed and exhaustive evaluation of the difficulty (which turned out to be a great deal more complex than expected) and removed the drain . At the second, he replaced my nearly stuck controller knob in no time flat.
As a small locally owned business, Eldridge is far more responsive than my previous plumber, which has a much larger customer base and can not always provide same-day support (at least that's been my experience). Another bonus -- Eldridge's hourly rate is considerably more affordable than my plumber's.

I called the plumbing firm on Thursday afternoon (02/22) and they sent Tom over around 8:30am the morning after. The dispatcher, Nicole, had asked for some photos of the toilet tub/shower faucet (old Delta faucet, over 40 years old) that was causing the difficulty (very little hot water dispensed; chilly water had lots of water pressure). Tom knows his stuff, and tried to use a trick to induce water pressure to try and clear the clog from the faucet worth. It did not solve it. Tom reported that it seemed a bit more hot water was coming through, but still not acceptable (according to him). The only solution was to have worth, an entire faucet, spout and shower head in addition to replacing a copper piping that manages up the water pressure into the shower head. I gave my OK for the task to be performed, and he promptly left (gone less than 1/2 hour) to go to his supplier at Campbell, who had all of the needed parts to repair my faucet. He had quoted me 5-6 hours to fix this, but he spent about 3:15 to do this particular job. A new Delta faucet system today has powerful cold AND water. Through his boss, Tom was also able to get me a courtesy discount. Tom is a great plumber (he explained he has been doing this for more than 30 years), also has the very best demeanor and client service focus that is rarely found in many service trades.

I am very impressed by this company. I had an emergency, was freaking out, and ended up using this particular company at my house. I am almost, nearly, happy my plumbing exploded. In the lady who answered the telephone into the crew at my house, I had been happy with the service. Nick and Adam came out over a 2 day project, and made sure I understood what that was happening in addition to reassuring me that they'd fix it find the problem. They were professional, personable, and very respectful. They cleaned up after themselves well, no evidence left behind. I wouldn't be afraid to call this business and again or recommend them.

Very professional and on time. I had a project that is small but it was completed in a really short amount of time on a Sunday morning. I'd recommend them to anybody looking for dependable, professional service.

My hot water heater bled out on a Tuesday afternoon... I called Eldridge and by the time I came home from on Tuesday evening, my brand new hot water heater has been installed and working great. The owner, Wade, was quite thorough about describing why they do it and what they do.
This is a local business that understands the importance of customer satisfaction in every element of conducting business.
Having to take care of something like this is never fun, but I am pleased to have a go.

This place sucks! We had an appointment scheduled for this morning and no one showed up. No phone call, no nothin'. We tried calling their shop and the line didn't go through . What horrible a waste of the time, and customer service.

I enjoy dealing with family-owned businesses and, depending on the recommendation of a friend, known as Eldridge Plumbing at roughly 2:00 on a Friday regarding a drain. My phone was answered promptly and courteously, a plumber (AllanI believe ) was in the home by 3:45 and the problem solved by 4:30. He travelled above-and-beyond by hosing off the terrace at which the clean-out gunk ended up and doing a fast maintenance on an annoying bathroom noise we had been putting up with (at no additional charge). Nice!
