Thank you, Manny, for fixing the leaky bathtub pipe. Manny fixed it for us although we had a challenging job since the pipe installation was old. Really like the fact he shows up on time and has a sense of humor. And he drew a diagram out on paper to describe what he needed to do to get the pipe fixed. Thanks!

This is actually the time Manny saved me and the household. Water heater stopped working, parts were being produced. Manny got me a brand new water heater in one hour later and hooked me up. Thank you so much, I love how you take care of your customers who call out where to ask for help now. .

I am quite conflicted about Manny. His work is good. I think for a problem like a clog he'd be great. But we hired to do a job that was major, replacing our pipes all into aluminum, and I think that it was too large a project for him. June 30, we began and it was concluded August 12. His quote was 15-20 grand and it ended up 28 PLUS additional 2500 for water heater that he said we needed. We knew if he was going to be done, or when he was going to appear. It was a long, painful, and costly adventure for us.

I Arranged installation through Amazon Home Services and Got a Bathroom. He showed up at the appointed moment. And he had been done in less than a half hour. We chatted about his army support while he cleaned up. He's small business owner and a veteran. I will call Manny for my plumbing job. Recommended!
A few days later I got a message stating they could not perform the install. I had to find someone to do the setup.
I got bids and Manny had the low bid. I think you'll find he is incredibly reasonable and fair in what he charges...I can't say that for other pipes services I've used.

I highly recommend him and will use him in the future.
He's knowledgeable, personable and productive.
I phoned Manny about a water heater that had it from the day and had a water heater, also needed replacing to a Friday morning.

Very poor service! Do NOT use these assholes. Lousy support! Go somewhere else with better client service!

Manny did an outstanding job with my physical fitness facility. Not merely did he perform all of the pipes he is a general contractor and did all of electrical, tiling, floors, sheet rock, paint, etc. you name it. Educated and project managed the entire buildout from begin to finish. I would recommend to
Anyone with projects that are massive or small. 5 stars!

Working Together with Manny was a breeze. It had been a relief to talk to Manny directly on the phone, not a dispatcher or answering machine, after dealing to fix our water heater. He's responsive, friendly, and clearly what he does. He looked after until he left, to clean his workspace, also managed to easily drain the water heater and then replace the thermostat. Manny managed to asses another repair needs round the home, and also does work. We are going to be calling him!

My children took to him right away and loved seeing Uncle Manny. He's very personable when you have someone in your home a few 18, which is nice.
My husband and I had been so impressed that we decided to hire him. Water heaters needed replacements. We opted to go with tankless water heaters. So he managed to run the electrical which was required in additon Fortunately Manny is a general contractor.
We had an issue with a clogged sink drain which backed up. I tried calling plumbers but none might come out or just didn't reply. Manny was . He managed to repair it and clarify how to redue the buildup that trigger the clog.

Five Stars!!!
We known as Manny at 9:30 a.m. about a water heater that needed replacing. He asked for some specifics, picked up a brand new water heater, also needed it in by 1:30 p.m.. Because that day, we'd planned to leave on vacation, it was helpful to us.
This was the time Manny helped us from a situation - when another plumbing service caused a significant leak in a 32, the first was Thanksgiving weekend.

After a horrible experience with a firm that was larger, I discovered Manny's on Yelp. The ceremony stops there although contrary to speaking with someone who's good at creating appointments, I phoned Manny's and was speaking with Manny. He said that he'd be at my home in 30 to 60 minutes and he had been at my door in 45 minutes. The job was done promptly and as far as I'm concerned, the cost was fair. After cleaning up the mess (my pipes crisis ), Manny followed with offering a number of suggestions to avert the same issue in the future. I will call Manny for any heater issues in the future and I recommend him to family and friends.

DO NOT hire his company and Manny! They charged my household $3,000 to come look in the own water heater's routing back in October 2017. He told us that he would return he'd look into it for free and if there are any problems. Fast forward 2 months and we're having. We phoned him and he won't come look at the issue till we pay him money. His mindset is terrible. He was condescending and talked to me like I am dumb. Trust me, your money will be spent elsewhere. Customer support is super important choose a guy you can ACTUALLY trust.

I found a major leak underground. After the water shuts off, I had been confronted with the fun task of having to get water flowing again and to obtain a fantastic plumber on short note on Saturday afternoon so that we can get it repaired prior to dusk. Manny squeezed me getting around within about an hour to our home and was fine on the phone. He managed soder at a brand new slice, to cut the copper pipe that is old and have everything. Very professional and did a knock to get us back up and running. I have attached a photograph of this pipe that leaked and the quality repair occupation Manny did.

Extremely rude and arrogant like he is the sole person capable of understanding the business. I'm a licensed engineer and have repaired thousands of water heaters I was relying on him willing to pay for his services and using the portion in a fast timely fashion.
As he resorts to insults as you can see by his own response below this Give you a sample of his character

Manny was quite receptive --tonight our Takagi tankless water heater ceased functioning and we were very distressed to find. Manny managed to successfully troubleshoot the problem over the phone for me and and responded to our call on a Sunday evening. I am not convenient, and he managed to walk me through everything, step by step and help me to resolve the problem. I became the hero of their family--for at least one evening. Thank you Manny--you are first on my list for any Takagi water heater issues.

Manny did a great job fairly labor intensive plumbing. He did the work he was called by us and was professional! We call him again for repairs!

I scheduled a time to get a quotation and discovered the plumbing thru Google search of Manny. He arrived looked at it and decided a problem with the drain that was first. He arrived a fixed it on 1213/16. I'd running dishwasher, water and garbage disposal functioning. He fixed the original pipe, that apparently the contractor had it.
My kitchen needed a brand new faucet and garbage disposal. I'd called another firm, according to their site 24/7. It took them to phone back and this was just to get a quote.
He is extremely knowledgeable in his craft.

So in conclusion I'd recommend the Plumbing of Manny. Fast, aggressive and professional pricing
Allow me to start of by saying my water heater requires a ditch on Friday (of days) at approximately 2pm. I phoned Sears and a local plumbers who right off the bat said they would want to schedule an appt. To evaluate the situation schedule another appt to come back for the repair/installation. Then I come to the Plumbing of Manny.
Manny shows up at the time. He was professional, personable, knowledgeable and took away all of the debris and the water heater onto it. I replaced water heater in 2015, and also what no hot water for 5 days, a hassle, YIKES.
1. The telephone was answered by him not a center.
3. Asked for two easy measurements (which could be challenging)
He gave me a quote which was comparable to the others that I had predicted that day AND wait for it.... Stated he would be to my home with water heater in tow DAY!!!!! .
2. He asked. ( I've had prior experience with water heaters so that I guessed it needed to be replaced.)

Manny was very knowledgeable and helpful. Monday, I called him Wednesday, and he came . The same day, he gave me a quote and completed the job! He replaced the bend line and extended a gas line. It just took him 30 mins. In addition, he advised me to vacuum of the lint from the dryer vent tubing how to flush my water heater and to avoid a fire. Can call him again.
I should mention he billed me $550 to get a job that required him about 30 mins.

* Desperate, I called RotoRooters. Waste of time.
I had one plumber tell me it'd cost $1,500. Without looking at it, yes, that was his quote that is hard.
Decision I"had" a leaky shower.
Closer: don't waste your time getting estimates. Telephone Manny. Get it done. Proceed to another Issue. Life is too short.
* took just an hour's worth of work
+++ hook, line, and sinker
* Finally - discovered Manny's on Yelp.
* affordable- I won't say how much. I won't spoil it.
Please trust me when I say I know exactly how you're feeling if you're looking for a plumber. It. Is. Not. Easy. Let me provide you with the low-down in reading through reviews, to save you:
* spoke the next day he came
* I'd one plumber tell me he was heading to get the components, but never came backagain. This is via Thumbtack.
