Service at a fair price! We predicted in the early hours, tech came and job was completed after two hours!
If you are having water heater issues, dont look any further. Woke up this morning to find my own water heater leaking. I called Water Heaters Only at. I got a call @ 10:50 that the man coming to set up a water heater is here in 10 minutes. A couple of moments before 11 he was here. By 1:00 the heater has been set up. I phoned at 10:00 and from 1:00 my water heater has been installed. Cant get much better than that ! Thank you

A water heater was bought by me out of them. After the gas has been switched off the pilot light went out. I attempted relighting without success. I explained exactly what occurred and called them. An appointment was left by him. They came out lit the pilot and charged $159 for 3 minutes. The man on the telephone should have talked me via relighting the pilot, he assumed that it had been something or a pilot switch requiring repair. I called the office to complain about the fees to get a repeat customer, they would not make an alteration. I really don't think this is customer services. I will look elsewhere to get a new one While I want to replace the furnace. They lost a customer.
My water heater decided that this morning, it was likely to crack down. Being a Saturday, was worried I might not have the ability to find someone to come and replace it. Called Water Heaters Only plus they provided a window of service, gave me an estimate over the telephone. He replaced the water heater in under 2 hours, although toa called and said he would be at my home in an hour, not only did he appear in that 1 hour time frame. He was very professional, patient in answering my questions, cleaned up, could not ask for better service. Highly recommend Water Heaters Only and Toa if you're searching for great service.
I was able to answer my questions and schedule a date to get a quote and called the office and someone. Steve B. arrived by two weeks later and took a look at my water heater and determined I needed a new one. He was very professional and answered all my questions. It took a bit 2 hours or so and I had a brand-new water heater. I was very impressed with this company and it's employees. I would certainly recommend them.
I'd give a C on pricing though. . .these men are pricey, ($300 for the fix, I had been quoted $200 by another provider but they couldn't come as soon). So, in the event that you really want water and are ready to wake up, call these guys! You are likely to find somebody, if you can live without it for a few days.

It was as good as it gets! A water heater is not an enjoyable experience but Water Heaters Only produced is painless. I phoned and was able to schedule an appointment at a time convenient for me. They predicted when the technician was on his way and that he showed up in time. Steve B was a joy. He was helpful, courteous and most informative . His work area was left impeccable and he finished the work quickly and with fantastic professionalism. He went above and beyond, in my view. I had a great experience with this company. I had a component sent from Rheem that needed to be set up. The technology was punctual, professional, and personable (3 major P's for anybody working in a service industry). He took the time to show me how to replace the component (if it happens again), reassembled everything, and cleaned up the work area. Given the range of the work, he stayed to confirm that the pilot had been lighting though he did not have to and the proper purpose of the burner assembly. This provider is highly recommended by me!
