Service and that I would recommend this company for any matter. Once I bought home have delt with another leak detection company about my shower. They did a good job but it is going to be this organization, if I have to call anyone and I'll be requesting Ivan.
Ivan explained everything so I could understand it and was precise. It was 100 plus but it did not slow him down one bit.
Pool leak that could not find. The recommended American Leak. They came outside and decided by which leak was and that I had company who resurfaced pool repair the leak.... Well I thought they did. Long story short, have this company contact them if you've got problems and also do a check of programs. This company had to come out following pool company failed repairs and Ivan was superb!

Enough said.
After 3 visits from people, Steve had my mysterious leak identified in approximately ten minutes.

Paul came out into our Camino house and managed to identify our difficulty immediately and managed to rectify it quickly. He was also inclined to lose light and solve some unanswered questions for regarding my irrigation system that I have had.
Paul is exceptionally knowledgeable and did a great job and willing to dive in and figure out things. Thank you Paul.

Thoroughness and the professionalism of this company, and all of their staff members whom I've had the pleasure of interacting with, is topnotch! We have used them and for various items, and they've always been wonderful to work with!

At the end he was able to fix my pool when my pool company wasn't! We suspect the detection service might have dislodged a clump of leaves which impeded water flow.
American Leak Detection is totally recommended by me. I won't be afraid to call them, if the service is needed by me again. (However, I honestly hope I do not need to call them . I mean, no one WANTS a flow ).
I was told the cost of the service in the time that is the payment which was required and that I chose.
He took the time to explain what he believed the problem may 20, when he found there was no leak.
I was referred by my pool company to ALD. ALD came out (about 90 miles from their offices) in under a week. The service was performed by zach and could not have been more polite and helpful! So professional.
I would like to address the scheduling, after reading other reviews. I live 90 miles away. They told me involving 8-10. Cool. At 8:15 the tech called to let me know he'd arrive approximately 9:15-9:20. And that he did. In phoning with a time on the appointment day zach not only came during the cube that was supported, but was considerate of my time. I appreciate that.

The team at ALD and monte are great. They really have a good understanding of how to find very good recommendations and a leak for repairs. Between the super nice people that answered the telephone and the neat, clean and professional technician (who actually show up when they said he wouldl) I was super happy I phoned them. It was super simple, although I was so fearful that we'd have a nightmare job with miles of pipe zig zagging all over our lot! I'll always rely on them and I suggest them if a leak needs to be found. Thank for creating our problem, You Monte, look like not such a big a issue!

We had two plumbers at our home. We called American Leak Detection of Sacramento separately who managed fix it and then to locate the flow under our foundation. My experience with American Leak Detection of Sacramento was as good as it has in the plumbing service industry.

Neal Grosz was excellent 5 stars. We'd leak under our kitchen floor. He discovered leak came out fast and repaired it. We've got water.

We discovered mold and had been dealing with a flow in our window. Paul was known to take a look. He was not the first man so we expected that he'd tell us the identical thing the other 3 people did. . Boy was I wrong! Not only did Paul find out that we had a pipe IN OUR WALL, we were subsequently saved by him out of what could have been a mold issue and wild goose chase. He obviously knows what he's doing and is a true professional!

Allow me to start off by saying that I truly don't know a lot about detecting leaks, but contemplating the causes in our situation, I was impressed with Paul's work!

I had yet another experience using American Leak Detection Roseville. Ivan Romero is also an expert in sleuthing leaks out. He found the leak in my swimming pool fountain in record time. I thought I'd figured out approximately where the escape was. I was completely wrong. I am glad I did not start digging!
As time to research another possible escape which Ivan confirmed was not a problem the rapid diagnosis of ivan gave. He eliminated that worry in my brain.
Ivan is quite a craftsman and very knowledgeable. I will be asking him especially the next time that I have a flow problem. I also love client orientation and Ivan demeanor. He answered my questions.

Very Happy, I stuffed the pool and checked the water level the next day (day after the fix ) and it was in the exact same amount as the night before, zero draining! I was shedding 4-5" of water every day around 12-15" until it would stop. Due to American Leak Detection (Ivan and Greg) we'll be enjoying our pool . Yesterday, already took a dip!

Spent less than 45 minutes. Waste of money and time.
Hired another company for less cash who spent 3 hours checking everything such as the solar along with the pool out. Turns out, no more flow near just the skimmer the inlet and they repaired immediately.
$350 and the technician didn't even get in the water without the testing of drains, light, etc.. . Said they do not test pool plumbing!? Tech also had trouble.
Can't recommend this company since they overcharge and under perform.

I had a terrific encounter with American Leak Detection, specifically Neal, with the technician! I had a leak close to my natural-rock designed pool which was proving hard to find. I have multiple waterfalls, and the rock heads above pressure test the pipes and the waterfalls could have needed to be broken up in order to get into the pipes to seal. Instead of merely showing up and taking my own cash, he suggested we attempt a evaluation of the human body of this pool (notifying me pool structures themselves can not be pressure tested). He set me up gave instructions about the best way to me to flip on, & supplied his cell number so that I can provide evaluation results over the phone to him. He came back out to fix. For me, Neal tried his best to rescue me from spending money unless completely required to check the pipes and went beyond and above. The office lady who would telephone to get me in their schedule, Elena (I think ), was also quite friendly and accommodating. When I needed both Neal and she made me! I suggest Neal and this company.

The team did a great job of locating and repairing our pipes leak. They kept us informed about every step along the way and provided excellent service. I would strongly recommend them! Definitely give them a call!

I call them 15 minutes following my appointment window period that was 11:30 to 2:30 on a Friday and get the voicemail. Someone calls back around 5:00 to state they can not locate my appointment, they setup.
I contacted them via their site and they called me back to set up an appointment. The day of the appointment I take half a day off work to meet up with them and they are a no show. No person, no phone call.
I lost cash from the time I took off work and also if I reschedule (that I will not ) I'll miss another 4 hours of effort.

It took them 2 telephone calls to make them call me back, when I called the first time this season. Now after the last fix a week, I have two voicemails and a single email in to them about the"fix that didn't work" and NO CALL BACK yet. Inadequate RESPONSE TIME
I inform the company and they ship Eric out and he says that the leak is via one of the drains on the bottom of my pool. They say $500 to fix. Do not have the money to fix last year this season so I call out them.
I contacted them 1st time last year - they sent a child named Tanner to come outside to perform testing. He said the leak in my own pool was behind the light. He convinces me to cover him ~$400 in contrast to the company because he will do it cheaper. I cover Tanner and he allegedly"fixed" the leak and then he quits the company. Tanner replies or never comes back - . Pool still leaks.
Service: flakes, insufficient leak detection, response time that is poor.
They say"Eric is one of their best so that must be where the leak is." I pay $650 and the guy"fixes" the leak around one of the main drains. 2 days after, my pool is down about 4 inches (in June, maybe not sexy ) so it's still leaking. INADEQUATE LEAK DETECTION
