Water Quality Plumbing has an outstanding reputation in the field - they are a company that is honest and will leave you satisfied.
We had a faucet drain giving problems to us. Remembering superior service and their professionalism years back in a home and having utilized Water Quality, we gave them a try. Jason was great to work with and they were able to schedule us in fast. The technician was efficient and organized, as well as easy to talk to and specialist.

Negatives:
1. Never pay the contractor in full until you get all of the work done (interval ). They agreed to care for the damage so I paid in full and sorrow ever since.
3. Business office staff is respectful and trendy. Trina or Christina: you guys are amazing!!!
I'd have given 5 stars to this business. But they screwed up themselves .
4. Took two weeks to complete the repipe work. That means that you cannot wash your house till all of the work is done and think about it declared by the pipes or clean your house everyday.
4. Sheet rock patching and was feel was performed. A proficient chap whomever did this.
2. On whereas the city inspector wore the shoe covers the entire time my entire house walked with sneakers. Extremely unprofessional.
1. Great quote for repipe work that is full. They weren't the cheapest. No issue with the repiping or water softener so far.

Hired this business to do a full repipe of the house and install fresh water heaters that I purchased from them. While replacing the shower head place a patch and then denying it since then, the bath tub was damaged by one of those plumbers. After a long discussion on 2 months they consented to bear 50% of the cost of repair and tub repair.
Lesson learnt:
2. Release of Payment following the city inspection was the important element for choosing them.
1. Broke the tub and put a filthy patch and denied having done it.
Positives:
3. We were not able to wash the tub coz of this patch and the plumbers declared the patch as old. Plumber who arrived to inspect the tub requires it"filthy".

Worst customer service ever! Today the woman who answered the phone was so rude, hanging up on a call while I asked a question. I believe her name was Trina. Second, now, the technicians that came out suggested because according to them my carpets weren't clean once I asked them, they did not need to wear booties. They told me, this wasn't there home. Just how do they suggest and say . . .Rude! From what I can hear out here altering the gas line and the plumbers are, they do not appear to be aware of what they're doing. I heard him sayhe was perplexed as to the proper gas line that he needs to work on. Oh my! Will make sure I've until they leave to ensure all has been done, PG&E come out.
This is not the first time we've had this company out here. Not by choice as we are living in an apartment complex. All experiences with this company are unfavorable.

I can not say enough about this company A+! The plumbers who were here for 5 days re piping our house to the guys were friendly and professional! I felt comfortable leaving them . Great service all around.

Little tip about recirculating pump sockets (needed to get a tankless just ), in case pump doesn't have water running through it state due to a flow or closed off from water primary and you do not know to turn your pump off, it will burn out even in a span of 15min! Pump is approx $450-$500 the component. I hope this helps those who believe paying extra to get a timer to get the luxury of getting hot water, not worth it. Wish I had known this.
The owner connected with me to help solve our long term issue. He says he will honor refund. He believes prob may be with water heater installed by builder. He go to person for my brand tankless heater and provided a number. I appreciated his focus resolved our hot water issues.

I had a fresh water softener today these men set up. They did a professional job. From getting a quote to setup there wasn't any b.s., no up-selling, and they kept every promise they made, big and little. Jason was professional rather than tried to"sell" me. . Can you state twice as pricey and up-sell galore?) Stevie did a job that is pro in installing the softener. He and I consulted with periodically about my preferences just to be sure that I had been 100% satisfied. Thanks guys. I just discovered my new plumber for leasing property and my house.

After reading many reviews about Water Quality Plumbing, I called them to support my GE water heater. Jason showed up at the appointed time and inspected it. He explained that the current softener isn't worth servicing because it is more than 15 years old and supplied me with a quote for a new water purifier. The quote was on level or less. Jason didn't bill for this visit! I called them to fix the setup appointment up. Jason showed up on time, did the'picture perfect' setup and went over the details of the new softener. He took about 90 minutes to finish the setup and clean the region up.
He did a fantastic job! I would call them if there be some plumbing need in the future.

The staff at water quality is exceptional with a pricing! Additionally they have emergency services and weekends. You need to call the Water Quality Plumbing next time you require help with any plumbing, they have pricing ! !

Called Water Quality Plumbing this morning about a leaking hot water heater and they were able to send someone outside to the home moment.
Iasked them back and 'm quite pleased with these guys.
Repairman spotted issues with the installation which he repaired to me personally free of cost.

The diverter for the spout of my bathtub had to be replaced and began leaking water. I originally had a 5-star plumber using 400+ reviews come out who only ended up making my shower unusable and gave up. This plumber managed to fix a tricky problem that removed the spout but made it so that I could use the shower, yesterday. From scheduling a consultation into the work service was professional. He was clean & neat, did quality work, showed up on time and got my shower working . The only reason for 4 (instead of 5) stars is the tiny plate used to cover the gap left by removing the spout has been charged at $22 - this kind of item retails for less than $10 at Lowe's. I expected to pay a premium to get parts but a markup over retail cost is excessive.

Located water on the floor behind the machine and assumed the line was filthy. Was able to have a service person come out right away who found the pipe behind the wall was still leaking. He replaced the leaking pipe and recommended that I've got the floor checked as well for water damage. Very delighted with the superb customer service, fast response to my petition, knowledgeable and professional service person. Highly recommend.

I also needed a whole home water filter and water system that was soft. Jason checked the job out and came out. He sent me a quote and I put the order. A week Jason came by and installed it. We started discussing other things I needed to do like an under the sink R.O. drinking water system and changing out my water heater. The identical thing , I received a quote and arranged both. Phil set up our water heater and arrived and our drinking water system was installed by Jason. I put up the home with everything I needed in a matter of two months! Both guys are knowledgeable and very professional. I discovered a plumbing partner for life! I will definitely recommend them to everybody!

We are frequent customers of Water Quality Plumbing given we own several investment properties. Water Quality supplies the best service although we've worked with plumbing companies previously. Phil is always requested by us. He's professional, polite and knowledgeable. Nobody does a better job!

We couldn't determine where the water has been created from and had a water leak under our kitchen sink. The leak was found by stevie inside a few minutes and suggested that we replace the faucet. We were fortunate that he had a faucet . He was super professional and answered all of our questions. Would definitely recommend!
