ProMax Tankless Water Heaters & Plumbing

Thank you so much ProMax and more especially Daniel for creating this"event" to a positive experience.
I'll start off by saying by stating prior to moving forward with my project that I received bids from 4 sellers. Daniel and ProMax, were very fair. But what won them my company has been professionalism, Daniel's responsiveness and openness clarify the procedure and to listen to my thoughts.
I had water heater and a new principal water line. Daniel and turned out a great resolution and his team worked through 94 degree weather.

One-time charge and they went beyond the service call!!
Great company, versatility, and pricing. I work an hour away so that I couldn't be home, but I discussed a way to allow them to get my tankless water heater which wanted flushing as well as to diagnose a few other troubles. I was comforted by the fact that he asked to get a picture of our unit, so he could observe the installation before he provided the quote.
After trading emails a couple of days (which he responded to very promptly), The morning after, I compared his quote to others and he came in with the best cost for the entire job (like the water heater, drip pan, new water supply lines, ball valve if necessary, gasoline sediment trap, gas valve, flex gas line, and also an expansion tank.
He arrived at work as promised and did work. What was cleaner than it was discovered by him.

Daniel saved me $2700. I have a 15-year older Takagi tankless water heater which hadn't been serviced before this season. It was starting to cut during showers, and making a loud kaboom noise when it opened up each time (yes, frightening ). I used Yelp and known as someone (not ProMax) with countless 5-star evaluations. They worked on the telephone on the device, together with Takagi service folks and came out. They did not fix either problem, but did send me an estimate on replacing the device. I called a second Yelp listing with countless 5-star evaluations, and they stated it'd be a waste of time to repair it with a"band-aid solution", and gave me an additional $3000 estimate on replacement.
So, as a last attempt, I predicted ProMax and quickly fixed the kaboom issue and Daniel came outside. He said that doing a descaling might be in order. Therefore, after giving a couple of weeks to find out if the kaboom ignitions were solved, I called Daniel and then set the descaling appt up. It was difficult, with descaling in your mind because my device hadn't been plumbed. However, $300 later, my device works just like new. It has been a week, and that I have to flip the hot water in the sink to be certain my hot water continues to stay on in the showers. And, he did not need to own Takagi on the telephone to walk him through either of these procedures. This guy knows what he's doing!

Daniel responded quickly to my request and shipped Vladimir out to replace my mother in laws leaky toilet. Great job, and we really appreciated services to the state!

The installation was clean and professional. I would not hesitate to utilize Daniel/Pro Max again.
Our 10 year-old tankless water heater had been leaking and was out of guarantee. We called several businesses for quotations to replace our apparatus. We found Pro Max (Daniel) and his response was speedy and he offered to come and look at the unit, no charge. His bid to get a new tankless was very aggressive and he managed to remove our unit and install the new one quickly. After meeting with him I had been confident he could carry out the job. He provided me different options I needed to choose from including trying to discover yet another direct vent water heater to replace the one with together with a non-condensing tankless water heater and a tankless water heater. I chose the Navien NPE-210S water heater according to Daniel's recommendation of my current gas line installation and durability of the device, after going on the advantages and disadvantages of each. He was able following the quote was provided to execute the work exactly the week and the job took approximately 6 hours. Through the install that was simple we realized my stress regulator for the entire condo was not functioning correctly and he was also able to install a brand new one in the middle of the water heater job. Overall I am extremely satisfied with the job that Daniel provided and could use him. Daniel went over and beyond to get us a bidding and complete the task of replacing a leaking water heater with a tankless water heater that was new. The price was reasonable and the job was great. Daniel did a great job of making the unit fit well.

For any plumbing needs anyone has, I would suggest ProMax. They have the best speed in contrast to plumbers I have used before and they keep in touch before and after the service was completed. The explanations are genuinely appreciated by me and trying out the fix to the problem before going to the solutions.
Daniel helped me along with my hot water problem. He managed to troubleshoot and correct the problem for me. He ruled out a few of the them dependent on the tests that he conducted and quickly explained the various scenarios of what the issue might be. I talked with the owner on Saturday, he came out to look at the water heater Sunday and his crew installed the Navien tankless system on Monday!
We have 4 quotes to replace our busted hot water heater. Not merely did ProMax have the very best cost, they gave me the most assurance that I'd receive an excellent installation.

FAST. Had. I called around to a few areas, and nobody could come out. 1 place said that to come, it would be a minimum of $150. I called he and ProMax got out somebody within one hour to me. His name was Vladimir. He was kind and considerate. He took his shoes off without inquiring and pet my sweet puppy who had been freaking out (she always does when strangers encounter ). 45 minutes later, the leak was fixed. $90.
