Did everything essential to remove the drywall and carpet. Out everything, had mold inspectors outside companies and to confirm to fix everything.

Billy and Water Mitigation Specialists did an exceptional job managing mitigation of our water damage checking back to assist with aspects of their work over and beyond their responsibilities. They took exceptional care while their staff was walking throughout the remainder of the home to secure our hardwood flooring from damage.

The process was began by them and so were upfront about what we needed to do. (We had called an initial company and they seemed shady in the beginning with all these additional charges so I sent them on their way and known as Billy) Water Mitigation dried out the area and began work on removing the damaged parts of the wall, their staff came out on a regular basis to make sure that the work was being done right and we were happy with everything, it is like nothing happened in the first location. (We're all the way in Temecula) We're super happy with their work, they definitely go the excess mile with quality of work and client services! I would recommend this company 1000%!

This company is great! The day, billy came out to inspect a water heater that was I discovered that the leak. They responded and fixed the issue. They were honest about the amount of the harm. These guys use the computer software so that no info is lost in the translation, that the insurance businesses use, which makes filing a promise easy. They are reasonable professional, honest, and fast, what more could you request? Billy offered to help encourage us when we were having problems with our insurance provider. They left a situation easy to navigate. Do not read other reviews use this organization.

After spending $1800 about getting the smell out of our home from a busted water flow did not solve the issue. The odor is still there. The person who referred me to Water Mitigation Specialists stated they solved their problem. I think after spending this amount of money and the issue wasn't solved, a part of this money spent needs to be reimbursed to the customer.

Very satisfied with the service that they provided, we had to replace a section of the ceiling along with a cupboard, they did an amazing job. Would definitely recommend them.
