I called by the time and sprinklers, on an emergency gas leak. Perfect timing, a salesman came by while Steve was working on our sprinkler pipe and told a story about a plumber that gouged him! Steve would have done the job for alot. I will call Steve back. And he had been here before the time that is expected. Thanks Steve!

Stephen was the operator and Robert did most of the work on my own water main (supply line to the house). They were both fantastic. My main leaked pretty awful, and Stephen came out right away. His quote was very reasonable (I have numbers from some other neighbors in the area with the identical work done so I knew what was fair ). Water was back for my tenants and they must work immediately with a temporary repair, started the work to spend the lineup. They even put a slieve on the line that will help the line survive longer--that has been a surprise. Passed city review with no issues. They mended my sprinkler pipes that had to be cut to get the trench. I had been impressed with Actual Tech I asked Stephen about complete re-plumming of my duplex to replace the aging galvanized steel pipes with all copper pipes. Based on their work I decided to have them do the job. I'm glad to make a fast dollar and not just out to locate a contractor that is competent, who's who is interested in developing a long term relationship, and prices are fair. I couldn't be happier with Pure Tech and highly recommend them to other homeowners!

Stay away! Steve will rip you off. He will overcharge you for the simplest jobs. Don't begin any job with him and call plumbing contractors for the same quote, you will be surprised.
