I had a slow leak in my water main (a few gallons per day). Frank in the Morgan Hill\Gilroy office was in my lawn in less than 2 hours. He worked HARD from the hot sunshine digging through the roots and old irrigation pipes until he got to the main about 2.5 feet . We worked together a bit and he repaired the pipe with the RIGHT repair parts (150 PSI piping). As a Realtor, I want to have folks like Frank in my brief list of tradesmen whom I know can do a job, do it right and do it. Thank you Ted's and Frank.

Fundamentally:
Ted's Plumbing was able to see me the exact same day that I called, came out over 2 hours. I had a broken (hot) water heater cable ($10 at Home Depot), I was at Home Depot (yesterday), they replaced equally (cold & hot ). The entire bill was $300 for 45 moment of work.
I could have fixed myself, $20 (components ), 15 moment of labor, easy work/job. I feel I was taken advantage of, really unsatisfactory. :(
I moved in my house . Except that I was told by my colleagues never know much about its own upkeep or water heater , it needs to be flushed once annually.

He arrived and gave me information I need to learn about my own water heater and record I need to pay attention to going.
I delivered Ted and a yelp message picked my distressed call within 24 hrs. We scheduled a visit.
Within 1 hourhe flushed the tank and completely inspected the tank.
Terrible support. I was scheduled by ted for Saturday at 1 PM. I drove out for an hour to meet with him and 10 minutes prior to our appointment reschedule and he calls to cancel. I text him to confirm our appointment an hour before - No response. Push for more than one hour in rush-hour traffic to maintain the appointment. Again requires 10 minutes prior to our appointment.
We've had three line copies in only a few months. Two plumbers could not recognize the reason, so I called Ted's Plumbing. In only a few minutes on the phone he managed to recognize the likely causes of the issue. Extremely helpful. Would recommend.
Ted was amazing. He's very patient. He let me take pictures of my water heater and forward them to him. Then he went into Home Depot and that I paid on the phone for the purchase. He came by and two hours after my water heater that was brand new was running fine and up. I truly appreciate what a nice person he is and his service is. I consider him my plumber, also he'll be my first option when I have any issues with my condominium. I have recommended him to my loved ones members and friends.
The city came to my home to let me know that in the last ten days I have used eight times my average of water and that I might have a leak. Talked to Ted's plumbing and they have been outside the next morning and they substituted the busted water main. Very friendly and professional. Thank you
When my water broke and no one else would touch it. I discovered Ted's Plumbing on yelp. I sent a photo. Ted fixed everything and came after sending the picture. Ted's folks came over polite, very professional and the following day. Fixed the water heater in less than 20 minutes. You cant get better than that!! Thank you Ted!!!
