First it was hard to find anyone but the answering service. They have very short working hours. I was told one plumber came and then somebody else showed up. They had been late. A pipe leak was underneath the bathroom sink. I should have stayed home to supervise the work. The insulation and wall that he ripped out was thrown in my kitchen garbage can!!! There was the open cabinet doors, no note or telephone call describing the gap in the wall, that they would need to come back, or dirty rug in my bathroom floor. I called them , told everything was subsequently fixed and them off then sent the plumber out who was suppose to come the first time and he was tidy and neat. This happened over a year ago and that I was too mad to write a calm review. So here it is - very calm - no thank you.
These men just left my apartment a few mins ago. They were great! They came in very respectful and professional. They told me what they would do, just how much it might cost and they did that. They fixed the issue and I would call them . Thank you guys for coming so fast:)
Had some pipes leaking under my home and known as Boss. It was a major job but they worked long and hard to replace the pipes that are leaking. The guys kept me up to date about the progress every day and were professional. While I need plumbing repairs I always call Boss, I know they will repair it right the first time.

Provided to come out for FREE. He performed a inspection at no cost. (Boss Plumbing billed $250 to the same video inspection). The other high end quote for the job was 4,000.
they charge money just to show up. They then attempted to pile on additional charges for me to get an estimate ($150 to find the issue, $100 to write up the accounts and submit a quote ). That After all their quote came in at more than 17,000.
I had them come out to perform a inspection of my sewar lineup and also to give me an estimate on the repairs.
About one year ago, I had 4 different plumbers come and tell me that my bathtub was unfixable. Boss was predicted in by me and they fixed the problem to us at a savings, however they needed to open the wall up.
I used Boss plumbing twice. When they said they'd, they were very courteous on the phone and came. The men that came cleaned up after themselves and were clean and they fixed both problems. I find they know pipes and understand what they can and cannot do. They are highly recommended by me.
Unless you are prepared to overpay, don't use these guys! I called this plumber because they were at the region and was amazed to learn that they charge $89 just to appear and give an estimate (to move some plumbing in my kitchen). The quote was absurd... about 3 times the other quote! I had been left with the impression that their business model relies on those $89 fees that they collect for giving estimates.
