This place is Our plumbing issue started at 7am and Aqualine had a man here in 30 min to help solve the issue. Just took him an hour to get us up and running again! Such a great company! Such effective and quick work and they even provided a couple of tips to prevent any difficulties. The employees are kind and we could not be more grateful!
Professional and reasonableWe needed to replace a water heater, and I'm glad we went with Aqualine - timely, professional and reasonable . They had great models offered and I really could have special ordered with a days notice.
I contacted Josh at Aqualine Piping to solve a sewer line blockage and I'm quite glad I did! His technicians came and proceeded to diagnose and fix the problem. They were experienced and proficient in the repair procedure. Another plumbing company told us we'd need excavation using a bathroom remodel and tens of thousands of dollars to complete the fix that Aqualine achieved in a single trip. I will contract with Aqualine to my upcoming plumbing needs and highly recommend Josh and his team to the repairs.
Aqualine Piping are honest, efficient, professional and quick. I do the other supervisors at the other locations and today to my high recommendation use them. I haves. 2 weeks ago I called a plumber that he went there billed me $127 said they mended the clog but I truly want them to place a camera down there and find out what's the situation, if it happens again. They were back there with the camera billed me $250 for that and informed me that I have a broken pipe, yesterday. The said it would be $3800 to mend and they'd be jack hammering the floor and tile but that didn't include putting back the tiles that would be an additional charge and I had to get someone else to do that work. I nearly said go ahead and do it but they said they couldn't start the job for 6 days and it would take 3-4 days to perform the job. The renter is due to have her baby so I couldn't have her uprooted from her house for 10 days. I predicted Aqualine to determine if they did occupations and took a shot. I spoke to Sarah and explained my situation and with a camera she had a technician at my property within 90 minutes. He pulled both bathrooms (which another plumber did not do) mended the clog, conducted the camera and said there was not a broken pipe in any way! Talk about amazing, quick and honest customer service they saved me$3800 and the reduction of lease from my pregnant renter for ten days. I am speechless just how shady the other plumber has been and they are. I will never use anyone else to get some of my plumbing requirements. Thank you so much Aqualine
I've had three encounters with Aquiline. This is not your national series"name recognition" business, but a quality local business. I've had contact Sarah, Jim, Bob and Josh on the telephone. Solid people, providing quality support at a price that is sensible. It's nice to deal.
Should you will need a good plumber with a fantastic personality and at quite fair pricing.... Use these guys. I coped with Josh, he arrived on the time gave a estimate that is very aggressive, and was courteous to perform the job. Cleaned up afterwards, was mindful of my personal property, and did not waste any time. I clean out more or services or will use him for any pipes. We need a replacement pipe under the house, and services that are extra. Be careful of those so called rooter agency builders, they generally overcharge and frighten you into thinking the job is worth it.... However they aren't. Utilize Aqualine Piping, I can not recommend them that above.
I've used aqualine piping in my past 3 homes for everything from emergency waterline repairs, installation of water heaters, into full blown remodels. His crew and josh are professional, courteous, and pay attention to the smallest details. I don't normally write reviews, but aqualine piping does an outstanding job in an industry which has lost sight of customer support and moving to make sure even the smallest job is done.
