Fantastic service! I worked to set up the appointment, useful and very professional, and Charles was the one to come out to replace my water heater. I was impressed I was able to get an appointment 1/2 a hour later and within a few hours needed a brand new water heater and all my questions answered. Do your self a favor, before you choose to go for this particular plumber and ask for a different opinion. Charles will try to sell you services and parts that you don't need, at unreasonable prices. He is quick to charge $128 to assess the water pressure once the water section will do it at no cost.
