I needed to replace up my water heater in the attic and put in a brand new one. I contacted Frank's quote and technicians was the best! He showed up right on time and installed it in about 2 hours. I asked him to put in a remote control so that we do not have to climb the attic up and he did that at the same cost. He brought in an electrician to ensure that everything is code compliance. Frank is a professional and can be trusted 100%! Thank you Frank!

The burner of my water heater had problem, so AO Smith's customer support requested me to get in touch with this service supplier that is accepted to replace my burner with the brand new one and sent me a brand new one.
The owner of Alpha Omega Plumbing, Frank, came to my home on exactly the day that I called, and finished replacing within 15 minutes. Frank was specialist and provided good support. His work is appreciated by me.

I can understand being buried on account of the recall. But if put on the voice mail that"if one is calling due to the current remember, we can't accept the work as we're backed up..." It might have saved me weeks of waiting.
Like others here, I was given Alpha Omega Plumbing as the service provider to fix a water heater under an A.O. Smith recall. I called them 4 times over a couple of weeks, made my contact info each time and I never got a call back.

Due to AO Smith water heater remember. Message was called on by me, I send Text Chat on 5/13/2019 1:39pm to followed and followed up on 6/16/2019. Frank return my telephone call or never respond either text message. How can a business busy can not respond to anything. Simply say it if you're too busy. You are not the only one plumber at Bay area.

I have a poor A.O smith water heater burner that I had to get changed out. A.O smith sent me a replacement burner and I had been told to contact Alpha Omega Plumbing. I Have been calling for the 3 times that were passed moving on no and 4th response. Every time I called I was just forwarded to voice mail and I left a message every time. Is answer the phone a let folks know so we can start looking for a service provider that is different that your booked.

I'd, if I could give a zero star. After being known to them by the A.O. Smith remember client support group, I called multiple times and left messages. There was no call back. I know that they are overwhelmed by the quantity of support calls. However, what they could do would be to let people know that they aren't capable to take the call. Just a simple"We are sorry but we can not assist you" will be nice so that I don't have to continue waiting. I could only proceed to call the next plumber. It's a common courtesy!

Thanks so much for getting the hot water heater and coming out! It was all painless and insured by the manufacturer. I had been worried about fire potential, I feel secure.

Frank and Mike specialist work impresss us. I made a message around 1pm to Frank, next morning thinking might need to call him , next day, yet he reached out about 9pm to me and sorted everything out and come. When he and Mike came today, they immediately fix broken water heater in 15 minutes. Very economically, and responsive. Highly recommend. We call them next time.

Like the other Yelper, I don't advise AOSmith (hot water heaters should last 10+ years), however I was happy with my experience with Alpha Omega.
Frank and Amy came on time over the time frame which gave me (9-10AM) and corrected my hot water heater over half an hour. They showed me the way to drain my hot water heater, which you're assumed to every year (however my prior plumber didn't let me!) . I am so grateful to have hot water again and I shampooed my hair!
I called around noon morning to schedule an appointment for Thursday. Frank was able to confirm my appointment right away, unlike other plumbing firms who asked for 24 hours to respond (!?) .

The Jet sound was mended by frank in no time from water heater! We're so pleased with his service.
He is the guy you need to phone when the water heater have to be fixed. THANK YOU AGAIN Frank!

For serious jobs for example water heater for homes, I highly recommend Frank and his staff. Trust me. They know what they're doing, what is most, and compliant of all what is secure and also to city code. He is respectable and friendly.
Flood accidents are devastating - . Please trust just the best for tasks such as this in your home. I can't thank to course-correcting my water heater problems, Frank and his staff enough. I feel like I am slowly returning back to a normal life.
As soon as I called Frank, he scrutinized, analyzed and decided (with his engineer) that the reason could be the pan. The pan has been sealed during venting, not letting combustion airflow. The previous plumber didn't set up the drain pipe in the pan that made the pan'useless.'
Frank and his staff are all professional, extremely knowledgeable and does work. I should have called Frank and Alpha Omega plumbing from the very start. Why? As a previous plumber who attempted to put in a water heater for me, bombarded my condo when it had been completed incorrectly. I suffered 3 long months of pain and headache. It was very overwhelming. I subsequently had another firm put in my water heater nevertheless I found out that it was just completed 90 because error message lights would keep coming on the control panel of my brand new water heater. This is not normal and for a while following lot and an extremely unsettled head of phone calls, no one could tell me why.

Frank came to our house to have a look at our water heater. Within minutes he found out exactly what the issue was and knew exactly how to fix it! It was a wonderful experience This was among the very best customer services experiences I have had with a company!!! Appointment was for today to fix water heater. It is pm. No one has shown up or called to reschedule. Frank is quite unreliable. Don't recommend this company because they will waste your time.

Update:
This is that they did in early 2015. First, unlike the previous plumber, they correctly diagnosed the issue for the water heater. Although I didn't have to replace the old unit, I decided to find a brand new one that my renters and I are going to have peace of mind going forward. They correct the old pipe arrangement to allow better circulation of water that is hot. I do feel they are experienced and knowledgeable.
I took two stars away since my first inspection. They replaced a leaking garbage disposal. However, to do the replacement fast, they substituted the unit but not the bracket. It's leaking because of the bracket that is old and caused additional damage.

We have been water for 12 days waiting to diagnose the problem and supply the component. They finally diagnosed the problem and got the water heater functioning in a quarter hour and Frank arrived and put the part that was new in.
I would highly recommend Frank. He was competent and prompt. AO Smith gave me his name since they knew we had been having a problem with First American Warranty.
Frank was fantastic.

Frank said he would appear at 10am and he came at about 10:15. Such as any other companies make you perform although he had been a little late, this was much better than having to wait at home for a 2/3/4-hour window. He explained that he's seen this problem several times before and described what made the sounds. Within 20 minutes he fixed the issue and was outside the door. He asked for was my Whirlpool warranty reference number. No charge, no touch, no work sequence. Apparently he's familiar with doing Whirlpool warranty work.
I've got once the burner came on, a water heater that made an obnoxiously loud sound like a foghorn. Whirlpool gave me a list of technicians who were licensed to do warranty work, Because it had been brand new under warranty. Frank was the obvious choice because he seemed to understand what the issue was and how to fix it, after calling the plumbers on the list. The other plumbers on the record didn't look like they knew how to fix the issue and one even said they would bill me for his time if he went into my home along with my water heater didn't make the sound (because it was an intermittent problem), without even trying to fix it.
I am extremely happy with the support in repairing my water heater, that Frank supplied.
My water heater has been quiet. I have confidence in Frank and would urge him to fix any water heater issue, either under warranty or not.
