Agreeing with pretty much everybody else here, amazing experience. What originally took me two weeks worth of hunting, calling, negotiating with different parties to get my electric tankless water heater replaced (I was supplying the replacement), Joseph not only provided the most reasonable estimate, but revealed he was convinced of his estimate and capacity to perform the job! Other areas were estimating exorbitant costs, requests for electricians, claiming inability to function with this type of"complicated" setup feigning lack of understand how to disconnect and reconnect some pipes and wires, to some completely wasting my time producing quotes for completely redoing the plumbing to put in a whole different system outside the home for a ton more money. Joseph didn't even try to up sell me do more than what I had been asking for, he made the offer of exactly how long he estimated it would take, his hourly rate, parts/material outlays, and that he is consistently offering what he believes is"fair" for the time and effort being put to a project. We scheduled the install a few days after since the demand for hot water wasn't absolutely dire (we've got a solar water heater, being in sunny Southern California, water is sexy by 10am).
The afternoon came to perform the"swap" of their water heaters, and I can't say enough how easy it was to do it. He'd the re-install almost exactly as he had said he would, the time was into the second accurate of his estimate, and parts used was minimal. I can't be happier it was tidy, effective, and cost effective. I consider him for future plumbing tasks, and I believe that he knows that today haha. I'm ever so grateful for making something that was irritating me to no end being solved so painlessly I am now able to take a nice hot shower in the morning.

It is always a tough decision to make if you need to have something. You want to be certain to receive competent dependable and honest work done. I always like it when I have worked with previously or could get a recommendation from someone that I know. This time was no different. Joseph was fast to respond text messages and also follow up with the tenant per my request. Following a few text messages back and on Joseph managed to supply me a quote for replacing the water heater together with a installation cost that is fair. The day they went and replaced the water heater over the time frame they said they would and the issue was fixed.

Absolutely amazing experience. Came out on short notice and installed this new faucet, sink and plumbing job. Since the cut in the countertop was too tiny the sink wouldn't fit at first. They were able produce the sink fit and to fix the cut in the granite counter. Thanks so much Meg and Joe!!

My water pressure hasn't been improved and no longer escapes to tidy up! Josef was fantastic, I'd recommend him to anybody who wants new plumbing or plumbing help!

This team answered my call immediately, came later that day to test the toilet not flushing AND shower not draining. They had just had enough and found the original cast iron sewage had been thrown out but below that was clogged and pipe was cracked thoroughly. That's in my layman's terms. They arrived next and altered the pipe without so much as ripping the exterior wall. (They're very slim)! Ethical, great care that is personal pricing and superb communication! Hire them!

We arranged a time to quote the Job his cost was good. He turned up on the day. I have high expectations from any builder I utilize and he definitely fulfilled and exceeded my expectations.

A very nice man visited our place and also fixed a plumbing problems. We had a shower drain along with a leaky kitchen sink. Josef was in and out of there in less then an hour. Reasonably priced. Honest & specialist! Ruiz Plumbing did an wonderful job remodeling my bathroom. The workers were fast, efficient and respectful. They left the bathroom in sparkling condition along with the cost of it did not break my bank accounts. A year after and the pipes works great... good excellent pipes! Ruiz Plumbing is on speed dial for any upcoming plumbing needs!!

Ruiz Plumbing assisted me transferred my washer and dryer from inside the house to out in my own garage and even repipe my home! Request Josef, he answered all of my questions and even came back to get fixes. I'm thinking about switching to a tankless water heater and ill be calling this company back to get more work.
