This provider can be expensive and is NOT RAPID. They promised to show up to turn landscaping water line which was running and arrived 48 hrs later and billed $800 to simply turn off the water that required less than 1 hour without replacing any components off. This company should be called Ripoff Plumbing.
I hired another firm. They took care of it @ $90, although the quotation from Rapid Plumbing was $375.
Quick and inexpensive service. Professional. Ozzy was really polite and friendly! We had a clog that is mainline. The initial plumber we called came to the home and was about to charge $350. Ozzy from Rapid Plumbing did the job and came to the home shortly afterwards. And he borrowed our hose to rinse the cement when he was finished. From now on Rapid Plumbing is going to be our FIRST phone call our plumbing related repairs for all.
Since they had them do a drain replacement at my mothers in San Pedro. Same outstanding customer service and hard work!
They worked their asses off digging out the drain and replacing it. They were clean, did the job in the time that was agreed upon for the cost that is quoted? They provided customer service and were very professional!

BEWARE!!!!! DO NOT USE THIS PLUMBING CONTRACTOR. We'll BE FILING A FORMAL COMPLAINT AND NOTIFYING THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU. ALONG WITH THE CONTRACTOR STATE LICENSE BOARD (CSLB License 933848) A Tech called Jose came out into our condo since our water heater pilot wouldn't stay on and we ran from hot water. He jumped to inspect the water heater, attempts to light the pilot inside the water heater. According to Jose the"pilot burner" lit but wouldn't remain on. His analysis was the water heater was outdated and had to be replaced. He offered to replace our 40 gal. Water heater for $1,900! We held off thinking we had a warranty. Finally the fee because of his"service call" was an astonishing amount of $125. He refused to have test a card and CASH ONLY was insisted on by him. This left an unsettling atmosphere and we contacted a different plumbing contractor who recognized the gas line had been closed off. No replacement was required, thermostat or the pilot was not broken. Dodge a bullet and don't utilize this business. They are Please believe I contacting the owners and will report this business.
