Not sure why the reviews are so good as their pricing is large from the little I have been told by them. Don't diagnose my issue and billed me for this. Do not provide a guarantee like other plumbers. And don't provide honest disclosure on their prices, hourly, snaking on the telephone etc..
I had a kitchen sink drain that is plugged and requested for a plumber to come out. His evaluation was that the septic tank was complete creating the issue and that the sink wasn't plugged. He charged me abandoned and $49. Septic firm said"that is how a septic tank is assumed to look like, complete", there are no issues.
Earth Pipes was called by me and the issue was fixed by them in 30 minutes, charge up $180 to an hour of snaking, offer. I'll work in the future together!
They refused to provide me any pricing on the telephone though all technicians do. Leading me to feel uncertain of prices. (Note the plumber did state in person who water snaking is about $360 an hour). As in the past I had a drain clog 15, I asked about a guarantee but the plug moved down and it got stuck. Can they come back out and fix it if that happened? They stated they wouldn't refund my $49 even though the mistake was made by them.

I simply hired Dr. drain to the very first time to replace a bathroom faucet faucet and had a wonderful experience. This business is run like a naval ship. They accepts credit/debit cards, creates invoices that are digital, and use a software system that updates the customer as to the condition of the way.

I was a bit wary of hiring somebody I did not understand based on Yelp testimonials, but everything seemed legit so I was impressed and gave it a try. I left a voicemail for Jordan on a Sunday night and he returned my call. I needed to replace two hot water heaters and a house humidifier. His men and jordan were professional, courteous and competent. Nice job at getting everything completed as promised. Called on Sunday night and from Wednesday evening everything was done. I will certainly reach out to them next time that I want plumbing work.

Had water coming out of my washer and into our basement and panicked, so called Dr. Drain--later reaching out to a different company that never revealed. Customer service was awesome (got a live person!) And then our tech showed up early. Super considerate and amusing; took the opportunity to walk me through the issues; and then fixed the basement problem for what I believed was a reasonable price.

This company is great. We called the main number of Dr Drain, also had a kitchen drain on a Saturday morning. We were telephoned by the owner Jordan back immediately -- even though he was in Calif! His Colo crew reacted quickly, and the problem was solved by early day. Personal attention to a reasonable price, and our problem. Thank you Jordan!

Had a Excellent experience with Dr. Drain. (A running toilet along with a supply valve had to be substituted at a rental unit - which required coordination with the construction manager to shut the water off and notify the rest of the tenants, etc). From my first call to them to the finished project, they charged a very reasonable price and were very professional, super friendly, fast. I am thankful and relieved that what could have been a significant hassle, wasn't. Dr. Drain will probably be my go-to plumbing firm from now on!

Reasonable price.
I had been quite satisfied with the work. Clean up might have been marginally better but I'm not sure any other firm would do. I will call them again and would recommend to friends.

I called with my sump pump to get a issue and Hoyt showed the day up at my door to provide me a free quote. He identified the problems and fixed them with a grin for a price that was reasonable. I strongly recommend this company and will call them for all of my plumbing requirements.

We received fantastic support from Dr. Drain. We thought we had a water heater escape. The Dr. Drain plumber decided we had a backup from the floor drain beneath the hot water heater. He ran a camera down the drain and decided that the line was clear. The part - no charge. I have never before had this level of support.

I am appreciative to find somebody despite me being out of state I can trust to focus on my house. The prices were also very fair. I can't recommend Dr. Drain enough!
As an out-of-state landlord, I have to depend on the honesty and integrity of the people I employ to do job Jordan surpassed my expectations.
I predicted, Jordan was up front. Jordan met my tenant at the home on time and kept me abreast of the job being performing with telephone calls and picture updates.

Highly proficient, fast , fairly priced service. They were outside Monday morning, I contacted them Sunday evening about a issue and knocked out 3 drains along with a disposal drain install in 75 minutes. Will be my move to.

Very impressed. I got a quote from a number of unique plumbers in the area for a task. I had to set a kitchen in a place with concrete floors with floor heating that had never had a kitchen before.
I believe I might not have had the opportunity to complete this project. Jordan and duncan are a winning team.
He went beyond and above, helping the electrician to prevent puncturing some of the radiant floor tubing.
The quotation of jordan was reasonable considering that the work that has been put into the occupation, but I am quite pleased I chose him for the project.
He also was able to pull off a project in a quick time frame I am quite lucky to have discovered a legitimate Master Plumber with all the abilities to do everything.
Jordan and Duncan with Dr. Drain would be the only ones up for the task, the other plumbers were scared of scope and/or the liability of the project given the accuracy needed, Jordan was enthused, and his expertise was apparent with how easy he made the job look.
