The Water Firm

I've never had to hire a plumber fortunately the house we purchased hasn't had any water issues. But when my spigot cracked and froze, I realized that I couldn't shut my water supply off because the gate valve had corroded to the point that it no longer functioned. Rick from the Water Firm phoned me back immediately, made it on ASAP, fixed everything quickly and efficiently while at the same time teaching me on things relating to the plumbing of my house.
I used Yelp to find the Water Firm and I am glad I picked them over anybody else. They got my business for life, I can't imagine a more affordable or nicer plumber who is genuinely interested in helping people, not only turning a profit.

Rick is a wonderful plumber. My business has used him several times ! He is generally available the following day and calls back fast. I highly recommend The Water Firm!

His home is less than mile from mine. He returned my phone.
I called two weeks (a month ago) to his amount and left messages.
I saw his truck in front of the home once when I called, but no response.

In the start, Rick was fantastic. He took care of my issue. I asked if he was available for also to please send me an invoice and also more work around my location. Not only do I have an invoice, but he does not return my calls or texts. This puts me in a bind that is real because the fee is from a squarespace address that lists an store. That is not likely to fly with the IRS because this is a property. Bummer because he seemed great at first.

Rick is a superb guy, and a terrific plumber. I bought my home per year ago and have had a few plumbing problems. He's always quick to react and come over good at describing how he is fixing it and what is wrong, does work, and has prices that are reasonable. I can't recommend him enough.

If it comes to getting a plumber, I don't know where to start. We called another firm, but (because they have such fantastic Yelp testimonials ) they were too busy to visit our home within a couple weeks. We called another firm that had some good reviews and were referred to The Water Firm (because the prior firm didn't actually do the kind of job which we had ). The following moment A man showed up. He went to work and also did a great job. He also offered maintenance guidance, and billed a fee that was fair.

Centennial: We are Delighted with the quality of the work and the Worthiness from The Water Firm--recommend them highly. When our hot water heater went out, we called Rick. While he was here, we discovered an aged extended warranty (which we did not even remember buying ) and Rick helped us maneuver the warranty problems, although he did not make a penny on it. Wonderfully expert, and honest work--no openings. Don't use another plumber.

Rick is the shiznit. He quickly and efficiently fixed my bathroom, and showed me exactly what had happened. I also had him replace my water heater. I believe he has an wonderful work ethic and treats plumbing for a craft. We had a fantastic discussion about what it takes to run a great company (I am a business owner myself). I believe Rick is on the ball and that I shall always use him.

We had a water heater for heating that needed to be cared for and upon referral, we called Rick. He was able to match us right away ( due to a scheduling conflict from a different customer.) He arrived as promised and did the repair and charged us a fair amount; it had been the fast and easy experience. We've dealt with a lot of plumbers in the past, but this time we know that Rick is the one we'll keep. Expect that we'll work again with that project and we are going to replace our broiler. Very glad we finally found a trustworthy professional whose integrity you can rely on. Highly recommend this company!
