We had a drop in water pressure in the rear of our home. We have a turn of the century bungalow and plumbing. Nathan is just a super friendly man and fixed our difficulty professionally and came out. He also explained everything that he was doing in a way that was simple to understand. It was a significant project and he functioned efficiently and PAYS ATTENTION TO DETAIL!! We are delighted with his work and can not recommend him enough. We are definitely keeping his number on hand for our rentals and home.

I was having an issue with my water heater and I called to see about getting it serviced. Well, calling this location was a error. The guy that answered the phone was haughty, rude, and rather than answer questions, had the attitude he not to bother him with questions and was the professional .

Kind and very knowledgeable. Look no further for your plumbing and HVAC requirements! I can clearly understand the gap with Nathan, after having some dreadful care experiences with other companies and I trust him. I highly recommend him!!!

He has helped us with swamp cooler, our heater, and kitchen faucet replacement. We had a leak that he arrived and repaired by replacing the shower enclosure.

For any lot of different jobs is our 100 + year old home We've used Nathan and Blue Mountain.

We predicted Nathan a couple of years ago for a fix on our AC unit, he came quickly and fixed our issue. He came to take a look at our apparatus after another firm tell us we needed to replace part through a review, today, and the fix was over $1200. Nathan assessed and found we just had a drain that has been clogged. He promptly fixed it saved over $1000 for a fix that didn't have to get carried out. I trust that Blue Mountain will be about what's needed, honest rather than try and gouge their customers. They've been able to come back both times they were called by us. We would certainly suggest calling them, and will definitely be calling them in the future!

My wife and I can't suggest the owner of Blue Mountain, Nathan, enough. He is honest, thorough, dependable and provides prices than the giant plumbing/heating/air conditioning firms with the same skill set and focus on detail. In fact, we sought him out after 2 plumbing firms have been at a loss as to how to repair our water heater. We handed them large sums of money and nothing ever was fixed for long. We haven't had any problems after Nate came to inspect our system. He is a pleasure to work together and we're pleased to provide for his business.

Oh heck. Nevermind about my rave review. I found my basement and went down to change the furnace filter. He had been absolutely certain * it was that the AC had suspended causing water to run throughout the furnace. He offered to come fix it to get an estimate of $139. I had just paid him to mend both the furnace and the AC. There was no feeling of possibility that he had made any errors in July that was causing the problem. He had been so convinced about this extra problem that $900 did not cover. Thank god I called my friends to take a peek at it to get me. After doing his job in July nathan had not hooked up the pvc pipe. I guess I'm still Looking for a Plumbing Heating and Cooling individual for your future. Bummer.

I Will Certainly use Blue and Nathan Mountain in the future. Highly suggested.

He got out to me an hour, and called first. When he arrived, he diagnosed the problem put on shoe covers, and advocated a solution.
Prices: Just $39 for the identification and excursion fee. The replacement part cost seemed on-par for a Heat N Glo fireplace.
Nathan's great. After temperatures dropped below zero, we realized our main floor fireplace wasn't igniting. Other opponents had projected out two weeks, for a visit.

Nate is a true problem solver and has solved some doozies in my 1890 home - Heating, plumping, and cooling! The best solutions have been from Nate. Simple things from a toilet replacement, to a loft based AC to my cleaning and maintenances. Plus, a draining call is always needed by the bathtub .
When Nate went to his own I was so excited and I've had the opportunity to use him most recently for an AC system check. He came out and his new company is as effective, professional as any big company- nice invoices, service telephone windows, communications... and obviously the top quality work to get a fantastic price.
You cannot go wrong with Nate and also this firm for cooling, your home heating system, or pipes problems!

Nate ready to fix whatever was wrong with my gas fireplace and arrived at my house on time. Nate can although a plumbing/heating man can not do this kind of job. He cleared a clog had it going within one hour and cleaned out the whole darn thing. It looks better when new and it works terrific that I recall. I'd hire him again.

I can not give enough celebrities to Nate and Blue Mountain. He has helped us out with emergency repairs on our hot water heater and furnace. Every time we predicted when he said he would he showed up, and prices are reasonable. Wonderful to find someone reliable!

I had. He sent me and showed up promptly at the beginning of his window. He's extremely reliable and knowledgeable. He patiently explained to me the issues which my cooler has. I would use his services again and recommend him.

Not sure why this company has high reviews my experience was dreadful. The website says they've 24/7 emergency support. Called at 9:20 pm left a message. Called again no response. Called at 9 this morning and someone answered. I explained the problem we are having with our water heater. The man on the telephone said he wouldn't come out because of their 39 evaluation fee to tell me what's wrong with our water heater just so I could fix it myself. When I questioned his price on the part required for the fix (as I had done some research myself) he responded that the part might cost $10 but I have to generate a profit and will end up charging you $100 for your part plus labor and the appraisal fee. When I attempted to question why he wouldn't let me pay for the test like he offered without having him perform the actual repair yet as I would need to discuss with my spouse the price and he sleeps during the day because he works the night shift the guy on the phone said he is not a non-profit organization. I informed him I never asked for support that was free I just need to get pointed in the ideal direction so I can make an informed decision. I also stated that telling me that he wouldn't waste his time on a 40 evaluation phone when I might not utilize him to get the fix doesn't give me reason to want to work with them for any future problems we might have and what about just general excellent customer support? Then he proceeded to tell me for what is a little job, he has to charge a large amount. He explained that what might require a few mins and components costing 10-50 that in the end it will cost me upwards of $300 and the price is a problem for me so he can not help. I advised him their customer support is horrible and wrapped up.

F I could give this business a 10 I would. Approx. 2 weeks back my sink backed up in my kitchen. Nate came snaked the line out. Both Nate and I believed this would be fix. Oh no Nate was here for 4 hours. He went down from the basement and noticed the line had a belly in it that not allowed things to pass. We believed all was clear, after becoming that loose. A week later the sink backed up. Nate went down to the crawl space and the lineup was again plugged. Following a inspection of the lineup and smells of sewage coming in the crawl area he now found that the pipe had split in two places since his last visit. Nate advised the pipe was going to need to be replaced. It's currently getting late and Nate remained and place in 25 feet of new pipe. Nate I can not thank you both times that you put in hundreds of hours trying to find that pipe to drain. Now to get that smell out of my house. I came a across a product named Bio Cides and for the nastiest smells this stuff. So for anybody with bad smells or the puppy has been skunked this substance works, at least for me it did. Not harmful to pets or humans.

Appointment was set up another day after I predicted. Was solved and efficient the pipes problem straight away. Nate did a few small things to help avoid and hold off any trouble in the future. Will definitely use this company again.

My water heater began leaking on a snowy Sunday. I didn't know who to phone so that I trusted. Nate drove from Thornton to Littleton, explained my options, picked up a new water heater from Home Depot and installed it fast and efficiently. I will call him again, and have recommended him to my friends! I am pleased with his work!

We had one being plumbing, two problems and the other being a furnace care. We were very impressed and please with the understanding of the two issues and solutions of BlueMountain. There was not any upward selling. Another time will be called by us for any plumbing and issues. Thank you !!
