Roto-Rooter Plumbing & Water Cleanup

From today on Rotor Bob and Rooter are our go to plumbers!
Following a a granite firm royally screwed over us, Rotor Rooter saved us. After the granite business left. They took a lot of sink parts and did not give parts to us. They left us with a flow.
Rotor Rooter answered my desperate call on a Friday night. We decided to wait although emergency services were provided by them and they were able to schedule us for. I am taking off a superstar we needed to cancel and as they had been an hour or day appointments because of the tardiness. Our support guy was Bob Griffon, that he was beautiful to use and extremely helpful. He gave us several option and ended up teaching us a lot also.

Never showed up, three times in a row and never showed up. Abso bs- telephone number lies to you

I called to request service in the morning and they said that they might have someone in my home by noon. They called each 2 hours to say they will dispatch a plumber once they completed the work that was current and that it was delayed. That was the story I had been told the whole afternoon until 6:30 PM when they call to cancel. They are NOT a"local" firm so don't waste your time with this corporation. CALL A REAL LOCAL PLUMBER in your area.
A waste of my time. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY.

I Submitted this to the List of Angie:I explained the problem, predicted on 21 January and was advised a plumber could be out to my home anywhere from 4:00 pm to 10:00 pm. I then got a call at 8:00 pm saying they would have to reschedule and that the plumber that was only around had their truck break down. So I waited 22 January with a window from 10 am to 2:00 pm. I got a call saying that I wasn't forgotten. This company is a joke that is total. You have one plumber? 1 truck? You never reveal and put people. This was a job that might have netted your company and you could have cared less.

Called on a Sunday and had someone out to my home that the service and day completed within two hours of me placing my call.

Tech was out to my house within one hour on a Saturday and was quite friendly. Once he got the line cleared he ordered to have the sewer line scoped to find out what the difficulty was. Camera scope has been done at no cost. Both the first tech and the camera tech where friendly and educated.

I gave Roto-Rooter two attempts and both were awful. The very first time that I used Roto-Rooter was for a very terrible leak in my shower. I had a time slot. I received a call at 9:15pm saying no one was coming. Rescheduled for the night. He'd send someone more knowledgeable right away although A tech came and said he could not do the service. No one came. Two days after I had a tech at my house who could finish the service.
My experience was just as bad. My sprinklers were not blown out properly and water was gushing from a valve (not achieved by roto rooter) Had an appointment period again got a call no one was coming. The following day, I got a call a tech had been 30 min away when we didn't book any appointment and had been in the office. No thanks.
Electric and Pipes Heating. Great experience!! After I phoned them for a slot 8:00 15, got an appointment for the afternoon. He had been here at 8:15. He was very knowledgeable and fixed the matter right away.

The team that came out to rejoin my sewer pipe and put in a liner did a fantastic job. But I was worried when a two foot hole opened up in my front yard a few weeks later I had to purchase dirt to fill in about the amount of dirt that was removed in the close of the job. My concern remains that I was told I had to sign the invoice that the work was done for my satisfaction BEFORE it was finished. The agent of Roto Rooter and I contended when I told him I shouldn't need to sign it until the work was done but since I was in a pickle with my sewer scenario , I signed against my better judgment. It remains the largest flag in the ordeal.

I predicted now at 245 and from 315 Doug was at my doorway smiling and ready to assist. Doug was professional and snaked my bathroom in under 30 mins! He got the job done and was kind and helpful. I am quite grateful for this organization and their employee Doug that is superb. I will use them again if needed and I would recommend them. Don't waste your time just call these guys and hopefully you receive an plumber or Doug! Thanks!

After I get the support I requested 17, I am pleased to change this review. Nobody should have to go through this.
I predicted yesterday, 11/30 and made an appointment for now. (A repeat customer because I had a fantastic experience last time) I ended up devoting my encounters in the office as I didn't need to abruptly have to depart to make it home to my appointment. Around 12:45 I obtained my upgrade, notifying me that things are taking more due to the holiday weekend. I proceeded to wait until my TWO update calls. On the previous one, I was told that no one was available now to assist me and I would have to reschedule for a later date. - I called in and spoke with a dispatch supervisor situated in Chicago (his title is Rafel) who was useful -He allowed me know they're trying to get somebody that's off now to get around to my home and told me that I should expect a call from a supervisor at the regional Roto-Rooter. - I'm still waiting.

Fred out of Roto-Rooter did a great job at repairing our clogged drain. Since I wasn't sure when anybody was going to show up, I called one and Roto-Rooter company and was planning to cancel based on who got here since both needed 3-4 hour windows before confirming. I called to cancel the other business, when it had been verified that Roto-Rooter would arrive . They talked me into allowing a free quote is given by their guy, so that I did. Both companies spent a fair amount of time searching through the situation and the house. The company will charge money but pull and reseat a upstairs bathroom and snake the line. This would have taken a very long time. The Roto-Rooter guy proposed going into the laundry area drain (where the back up was), snake that and it should be fixed. The guy was money that is but I know that it would have taken a very long time and it wasn't clear that this would correct the matter. Roto-Rooter was a little more money, however, the solution sounded more feasible in resolving the clog and it would not require quite a while. We went with Roto-Rooter. The proposed solution would not have solved this dilemma. Fred did a great job, cleared it cleaned up the area and gave us plenty of tips about what to do to keep our drains clean in the future. He had been professional, did not speak down to us and he was really helpful.

Very accurate and professional service at a reasonable price. My drains were stopped up and I thought I desire a snake but they came out and recognized the problem as differently. It was sludge in my plumbing and I was told by the man when I used drain product that they could supply, or that I could buy at walmart, it'd take care of it. It did just what he said it would and there is a long standing problem finally gone!

The service telephone got delayed a couple times and also the pricing seemed high, but the technician they shipped out, Jim J., was outstanding. He explained everything that he did and why and was knowledgeable and very professional. Satisfied with the fix and also the support.

I have been working on trying to unclog my drain. A couple of gallons of Draino, many different size drain, Liquid Heat snakes and simply could not make it unclogged. I had been unable to do dishes for these three times and things were getting pretty awful in the kitchen. Virgil from Arvada Roto-Rooter showed up and had it cleared in 20 minutes. Doesn't get any better than that!!!
