I've used this company for my home multiple occasions, and for my business. Nick and Rachel are courteous, prompt, and do quality work. Unlike contractors and south Florida service suppliers, they do what they say they are going to perform, and treat their customers. I strongly advise using coral rock plumbing.
This firm provided us to install a storm drain system, involving the digging of a trench throughout our property. The existence of buried lawn irrigation system water pipes and dock lights supply cables were pointed out and marked by them appropriately, before any work began. The company promised to fix any damage to those which might be caused and the area around the pier lights, to as to expose the electric supply cable, in advance.
Thus, caveat emptor...!!!
We had been told that an additional $ 1,500 will be billed to fix these and to complete the job when we whined over the damage to the irrigation pipes and power cables. Due to their earlier promise, we refused to pay this charge and insisted they complete the occupation, as initially promised and for the sum. Until this bill was met the company only abandoned the job and declined to carry out any additional work.
We are in the process of submitting a formal complaint against this company with the county and are considering court action.
They had not obtained the necessary building permit, as it was, or to have informed us that this was demanded, so we were fined $350 for this. We offered to off-set this fine against their charges, but this was refused.
So we're left with an uncompleted drain system, which does not operate properly, dock lights that do not do the job and a irrigation system, and a lawn that resembles a battle-field!
The trench was dug by the excavator driver, but in the process ripped up the irrigation pipes and cables, in addition to destroying several decorative flower-beds and many plants. Drain openings and the connections were not completed, although the new drain was buried in the trench.
