Herrell Plumbing

A huge thanks to Herrell Plumbing, namely Tech Tim and Tom (drain cleaner expert). Same-day service (I did not request or expect) to have my disposal replaced and vent snaked. Tom took extra time to alter the plumbing under the sink to raise the traps to secure gravity flow. They do business the perfect way. Quoted price over telephone. Company I called desired $39 to check out it and wouldn't give me a price. When they showed up the price was outrageous. Herrell did great job at a price that is fair. When I need repairs or install, I'll call them.

We called in 9 am to have a toilet repaired. The manager called back by 930 to advise us that our support window was between 10 am and 12 pm.
Our plumber resolved our issue by 1030 and came.
I will be calling Herrell for all of our upcoming plumbing requirements.
I know sometimes it's luck of the draw, but the fact that the receptionist was courteous, was able to give us an estimate ($150-$250) and the manager called us back in 30 minutes made all the difference. We even got a call back from Westbrook.

Speedy response to my inquiry for a quote. Professional and knowledgeable employees. Worked me in for an appointment on the exact same day! On professional, polite and time.

I've used Herrell Plumbing many times within the previous 20 years. They have provided excellent support. This time I had a leak in my toilet. The tech, sebastian, quickly determined the problem and repaired it. He was efficient and very personable.

The service was locate and the work was completed fine. My big problem is the initial hour minimum charge $125.00 but actually for additional 20 minutes I had been changed $75.00 thats a rip off. My other question to this company the 2 values which were replaced I purchased two @ $75.00 each or a nice mark up. As these two Moen worth can be obtained at Lowe's for $39.00 dollars each. If you consider the cost which would be 78.00 and Herrell charged $150 for the two almost a 100% markup. I know you want to make a profit but I truly feel I got ripped on this service. Just my two pennies on your company. I would look for another plumbing firm that is on fixing senior a bit more honest. I am certain if they see my posting, they can careless.

Needed to replace my main line from the meter to the house-- I said I wanted it in copper-- they said they do not do copper-- I stated I really don't perform PVC--"plumber" got back in his truck and left. You know why? Because a 5 year old child can paste pvc collectively but just a true plumber can sweat copper-- I guess they are not real plumbers...

What an honest and legitimate business! We had an emergency pipe repair on the pipe. They arrived day and fixed it. I requested him to look at our bathrooms (because we were experiencing high water bills )when he had time and he discovered that all the seals were bad, replaced them and mended some other work that was done by the preceding pipes. I is going to be a customer for life and strongly recommend Herrell. Appreciate the honesty of the Plumber.

I really like them!! The very first time that I used Herrell was once I chased the van down in my area because I was left by another company for 3 times without water, and I advised TNT scenario and he helped me out of the kindness of his heart!! T

His time, my water heater burst (literally). I was going to test in my own, (and believed better), decided to get quotations, and they were the very best! Same day from the amazing reception of their telephone employees to their techs; Lowest quote AND! Will showed up within 40 minutes of my phone, prompt, polite and professional. He fixed and substituted my disposal that has been nonexistent for 7 months, while here. And all for under the cost of this water heater estimate from businesses that could not bother the day, to sho.

When I named the first dozen pipes companies in the yellow pages all I got was an answering machine. As soon as I phoned Herrell Plumbing they actually had a person answer the telephone that listened, gave me a quote over the telephone, told me they would be there in one hour and showed up within moments. The job was actually more extensive I had believed they explained what showed me what the underlying causes were, had to be achieved and were done together with the repairs within two hours.
I cracked the water main and then had been digging in the lawn to plant lemon tree and an orange. Herrell plumbing was out there with the gear, removed the newly laid sod, excavated a considerably deeper trench, also increased the water main dimension I would get pressure. They cleaned up and put the sod back and I couldn't tell that they had been there. They used their backhoe to help me put in my Lemon tree from utilities or any pipes. could not think he had paid a few hundred dollars more to replace his water main with another plumbing firm six months 28, when I informed my neighbor.
I took their services that a total of 7 days to get properties that were various. They did a fantastic job and were prompt, always contacted and scheduled the appointments in the renter's convenience. Occasionally I must remind them to charge me for the job they have done with not getting a bill, but who would have a issue?
When I purchased my first house in Orlando in 1987 several problems arose with the pipes... Clogged drains, leaky faucets, had new shower bodies and also the hot water heater wasn't supplying enough hot water to three showers.

I am extremely happy with Herrell Plumbing! The plumber who came to my home was personable and very professional. This issue was identified by him, repaired it, and did not leave a mess. It was two hours from the time that I called Herrell Plumbing to time that they arrived for the job at my home. Highly recommended!

I would probably advocate them I heard him wrong about the camera bargain. (doubt it )
The operator has been extemely fine, the plumber came out within 2 hours of phoning. Unclogged my plumbing, but I swear that he said he was not going to charge me to use the camera to confirm the blockage, but then of course it was about the invoice and also when I asked he circled around the question. He also found a busted pvc pipe that would cost an extra $450 to mend, little(lot) steep. Sucks I'm out $325 and still have to do things on my own though...

Fantastic service all the way around. From telephone to installation of new water heater. Bobby was an excellent technician. Second time I've used Herrell and certainly will continue to utilize if necessary.

This is a review. I've used Herrell Plumbing twice over a two month period for separate issues. To spare you the specifics I'll sum this up by saying the techs they send out are fantastic and diagnose issues quickly. The expense of the service is something people but playing snakes and saving me a day of wasting time is well worth the $200 to solve a clogged main drain. You can never expect a plumber to repair a hole which they will more than likely make to find a leak ( hope to call a handyman or repair the drywall yourself ).
5 Stars for the tech
I showed up with their offices as maintained and dropped off a test to a girl working the office who did not seem to know what property I talked about. 3 weeks later and after noticing multiple efforts to collect the fee in my credit card I called their offices but was told I had to make payment. Now I'm worried because ( who did I give my check to? ) . Figuring out when I show up to their offices and speak to whoever I was able to find in one of the cubicles she's told that"oh it is in the document, we JUST received it".
My advice, if you have specific payment requirements make sure to be specific and clear . Should you need to request information aside from your appointment time/date directly, the workplace has no clue and will likely not get you back. So I will not be bothering them anymore, maybe my $200-800 occupations are small potatoes for these people. I'll risk it and call the next firm up.
But the leg I've discovered to be with dealing with Herrell Plumbing is the women in the offices. Besides scheduling a technician anything is beyond their capacities. Within my very first call ( after finding them on yelp ) and not wanting to take care of Emerald Plumbing from seeing them work on many projects, I phoned them up and scheduled a trip due to a clogged drainage system. Specifying that I would give a Credit Card number to confirm the appointment but that I would be in the same day to drop off payment in the shape of a check to have it drafted straight from my bank accounts for these kinds of issues. The technician showed up and handled the clog of arriving over half an hour and was cool enough to call me giving me a heads up about what had gone on.
2 Stars for the office staff.
After managing the technician they shipped this time I had been happy the problem was being diagnosed efficiently, happy with their support in the house and with a leakage difficulty with some pipes I phoned up them. Regrettably during a couple of call backs from myself asking more info regarding a repair quote, current charges, and much more information regarding the issue I had been told to hold and wait for a call" I'll call you back shortly". Well each day and a half call, so I called the technician directly and coped with him such as I should have in the beginning.

Have had two in a house after hours pipes incidents we bought within a brief period of time. The two times Herrell Plumbing called us back. One emergency ( broken toilet pipe at 9pm) we were able to solve ourselves. The other ( a back up) was cared for fast and for the sum estimated on the phone. Here's what you will enjoy: they answer their phone, when they say they will come, they come , they call when they are in their way, they are professional, they do a fantastic job. The hours staff checked back in with all the morning after our burst bathroom pipe to make sure all was well. Seriously, I'm a fan.
