Same day jeff came out. Only took about 30 minutes to perform our fix. Quick, professional, friendly and very reasonable! I'd definitely recommend!

After fixing a kitchen escape JAMES simply left and we feel blessed with this service. Also, Five decades ago (2014), JEFFS BATH AND BEYOND re-piped our whole house and did a really great job. I am so pleased we found this company and recommend them to everybody. Due to James and the rest. I am posting this in my Next Door too.

My appointment was ignored and they even didn't call me . This firm has no sense of customer services. I feel very disappointed.

Last year jeff's did a repipe for us. They were the lowest bid and now I understand why. They told us that the job would require. Makes sense. It's a big undertaking. When they got here, they said it was likely to take half a day, since they brought a team. Fine. I immediately understood that they had scheduled a second repipe in the region. No problem, except that the entire group of young men seemed"rushed" the whole time, however had sufficient time for cigarette breaks through the course of the install. Leaving their butts from the road in front of my house, in the yard, and even an empty pack in my grass. Using my yard can. Overall impression was that the repipe team was unprofessional youthful, and impolite. Wearing headphones in my home and singing(loudly and badly), leaving it difficult to approach them with questions which arose. They stated the handyman they've been using for years would be out in a couple of days to finish the repair and broke a fridge fitting. After the sub-contractor got here, I learned this was the very first time they were utilizing this"trusted" tradesman(in my house ). Needless to say, it devolved from there. I can't recommend Jeff's to anybody. Look elsewhere for your plumbing needs.

Responded quickly to my request. However, my renters said was really impolite. Didn't call me ( the homeowner) before cutting a hole in my wall and then charging me to get a home call where nothing has been repaired. Said it was a leak in the bathtub and that it was not a pipes issue.There's no means water came from a leak in the bathtub. I wound up hiring a different company who remained until they discovered the leak (which was not the bathtub btw).

Fantastic experience!! I had the joy of working on this company through a house remodel that included re-plum the home, transfer the kitchen sink & dishwasher as well as move plumbing in my master bathroom. Gene & Jay managed to put in my new sink dishwasher on a Friday afternoon! The customer service from everyone at this company was amazing. This firm is strongly recommended by me. Chris and gene took great care of us. They were well priced and they did a wonderful job fixing our toilet flange and re-seating it. We had a terrible experience with a previous plumber WAY over charging us and essentially forcing us to file an insurance claim. I wish we had predicted Jeff's Kitchen and Bath from the beginning!!!

Once the house we moved into flooded anthony came to assist at a plumbing repair. He gave a quote on a new water heater and a home re-plumb and provided excellent service.
Dustin and his team came to perform the re-plumbing and were through. Each cut, pipe positioning was explained by them, and answered any questions. The drywall team which Jeff partnered with - Kenny's Drywall were quite professional and patched the trimming areas seemlessly up.
I have had multi services done by the professionals in Jeff's Kitchen Toilet and have been pleased every time.

I had a repipe to replace some old plumbing, and that I went with this company because the least expensive was come back by their quotation. Robert and his team were very professional and considerate. They were quite responsive with their communication via telephone and email. I had a number of questions, and Robert always responded immediately. There were a couple hiccups- the washer hoses were not reconnected and that I had some piping rearranged in one part of my house, but they immediately came back to solve the matter at no excess cost, of course. I would highly recommend Jeff's Kitchen Bath & Beyond if you're considering a repipe.

I strongly recommend Jeff's Kitchen Bath & Beyond for entire home re-pipes! I was satisfied in the scheduling, to the re-pipe itself, to the drywall repair. The quote included that the drywall repair.
From covering the floors with tarps to restrict drywall holes, the re-pipe was done. Their team took the opportunity to explain the process and answer. They removed the hose bibs and patched the holes with concrete.
What sold me is their 10-year labor guarantee, their A++ Rating on Angie's List, and their expertise on the marketplace.

I called Jeff to see if he can help us fix our kitchen sink, he explained he can probably assist me. I called him when I got home and he gave me instructions on how to do it. It was repaired in just under five minutes and he was so friendly and helpful. He helped me without charging me a penny even though any plumber would have tried to take advantage. I would recommend him to everyone and anyone and am so grateful! Thanks Jeff :)

His team & jeff are excellent! Our house had a plumbing issue and flooded out house. Jeff dropped everything to come over and handle the situation. His firm does work and he is the man I refer people to if they are in need of a plumber.

Our property manager known as 12"emergency" pipes and no one could come. We called our local water company to come so the damage can prevent and shut off water into the home. I found Jeff's Kitchen Bath & Beyond number through a Google search and they replied right away. He let me know his on-call plumber has been an hour off, and he reminded me that there was a Sunday telephone time-and-a-half. I consented, and Chris was sent by him. Chris called to let me know he was prompt, and had been on his way, considering the traveling time. He cared for this circumstance, and was friendly, professional. I requested him to have a look at the pipes, and he showed me places where we suggested a fix, and could have problems in the future. The pipes look great! The charge was $250, which seemed reasonable to mepersonally, but I didn't put a price"grade" on my review because I have no experience with pipes prices here in the Orlando area. This was a very professional company and I would call them again. Way to go, Chris, and Jeff's!

Do your self a favor. End your search and hire Jeff. You won't regret it.

My water heater failed on the weekend and I came out to a pool kind garage. I bought a water heater from Home Depot and they wanted to install it. To top that off has terrible reviews anyplace. I called Lowes and it was the same story.
I have hot water in my home and Jeff's is to thank you for that.
I called several firms and emailed and Jeff was the only one that returned my phone on a Sunday. Jeff was a professional fellow with a fantastic character. He knows what he is talking about and only uses the best. The tech had the water heater up and running in less than 60 minutes and showed up over 2 hours of the telephone call. He didn't mind that I hung over his shoulder at the entire time. The ceremony on a weekend just cost me $375, to top it off. It would have been $250 from the week.
I moved onto Google to being my search for a feasible option for the setup and Angie's List.

I have used Jeff's Kitchen Bath and Beyond for years and highly recommend them. The technicians that come to my home are courteous, professional, personable, and get the work done correctly and quickly. They've always arrived the exact same day that I called, and that I appreciate their timeliness.

Wow! I had no emergency, but they treated me like I did. I had some. No big deal, but I called them at 7:45 AM so that I would not forget and they answered the phone (they don't open till 9) by 8:15, Jeff called me back and explained Pedro will be over within the hour. Apparently, Pedro lives fairly near and could stop by on his way to the workplace. Pedro showed up on time and solved the problem knew exactly what he was doing and was very jovial, polite and friendly. The invoice? All. There should be more small companies like you guys. I'm glad I avoided getting ripped off from the big guys.

The plumber that they sent me to determine when I had a slab leak (free test ) attempted to bill me $175 for the free check and left me with a flow in my kitchen sink faucet (only 6 weeks old) since he took this apart and did not re-assemble it correctly. In addition, he began taking apart the toilets even though I made it very clear my leak was outside of the house. (It was that the spigot on the house was half - on, I discovered later). He was rude and mad . When I had the same plumber back to fix the flow he left he basically said"it's your problem". Jeff himself is had a balance due. He never called me back, when I asked him to phone me back and explain why I owed him money.

They exchanged my pipe into my residence from the meter. Showed up on time and also did a occupation that was rear. Fair price. Would recommend.

Had them come give estimate which was high in my opinion and was told by them they. I don't have any time to counter between haggle costs and bids.
