My bathroom is currently functioning flawlessly and loyalty and my hope would always be for. This gentleman deserves to be promoted because of their capability. He was concerned very friendly, and kept super professional. If it was not for the camera Mr. Burke placed within the pipes, then nothing was going to be solved. The other technicians never used a camera they charged me and simply guessed. Unless you have a camera, consumer tip: don't employ a PLUMBER. Do not waste your money. Roto-Rooter was the BEST.
I can't express how THANKFUL we are to Mr. Tom Burke. My dilemma began I hired three technicians and wasted tens of thousands of dollars attempting to fix my daughter's bathroom and every time was a different story. As a single mother, I felt hopeless and that everyone was benefiting from me. Until one day, I prayed to God to send me someone honest. I was waiting to come but he canceled the appointment stating that the next day he'll come to fix it. I had enough of the abuse and decided to take control and hire somebody out of Google search. The company I found was Roto-Rooter. I phoned and a woman name Candy answered the phone, funny, super sweet and very helpful. She understood my problem and assured me that it will be fixed by them. In under 35 minutes, I vow to you, Mr. Tom Burke showed up in my door.
He took the call and stated he was around the area. Mr. Burke was our guardian Angel sent from heaven. My problem wasn't simple and very complex. My difficulty was that while the employees changed the tile of my residence, two of them fell within the opening and caused for the pipe to plug the pipe that connected the drain out of the bathroom and the shower . Mr. Burke was very honest from the start and promised me that he'll do his very best to solve it. After 45 min of pushing the tile out of the primary drain,'' Mr. Burke said to continue praying. I start crying because I understood he was sent to my home for a reason!
Roto-Rooter was delivered to our house by the landlord, that did not affirm much information on the firm. This technology came to our house and and composed in the invoice

As soon as I called other plumbers in the region, everybody was amazed to hear just how much he charged us for this 5 minute labor he had to install without bringing anything new. This is outrages and never call them again. I will be sure to put it in of the websites that is social.

A dominican guy named Pedro came to my home at November 2018 as"free estimated" service and what he did was to close off the water and see a hole from my under insulation to observe the water was coming out. He then said if you guys decide to work with us, I will compose a bill for the insurance for $299 I will deduct that sum. We decide to not take action since the"criminal" price and now after nearly a year we're getting calls from them and email attempting to collect the $299.
I found somebody who was able to work with them and describe them to charge people as abusive and illegal tactics.

Please consult with a plumber. A man that showed up was sent by this location. Said have to go get a part. The man never showed up or called. Use a professional firm. Not this 1!!!
I'd, if I could give them zero. They are fast to come out and fast to get you sign quotes, pay deposits, etc. but once we were able to get extra quotes that came in at half of their quote, obtaining a refund from these"deposit" was a nightmare. Excuses when they run out of excuses, they just start ignoring you. . .all while. Horrible company especially the Orlando branch. The division manager does not return calls or emails. Needed to get corporate involved. Proceed ANYWHERE else, but don't call Roto Rooter!
The way that they operate, employees, and everything should be shut down. I am currently filing a complaint. DO NOT rely on them. They tear you off!! and will take advantage of you
I called with a problem that following weeks of"work" and $7,000 was not even addressed. They have"sales" guys that prey on people. It is disgusting.
This month used this service for the first time. The first plumber they sent out wasn't sure of the issue and that I could barely understand him. I called Roto Rooter back after he left and they shipped another man out. I could barely understand the man. He constantly asked for my help and cut at himself dripping blood around my shower. After 10 minutes he went out and out a rubber glove . It took him over an hour to determine the issue and fixed it. He took his bloody, wet tools and walked them out of the house dripping all over my carpets, tile and hardwoods. It took my wife and me to bleach and disinfect everything he touched. I complained and phoned. The supervisor phoned me back and stated he would just talk to the employees. Not a term of decreasing the bill for our time cleaning and assisting. Never using this service .
I don't recommend. Too pricey. They billed $391 that I paid 188 for support. Price for support.
Called for advertised 24 hour service and talked to"call center". I was told that some one would return to me. No one handed me the courtesy of a return phone call. After my third attempt, 3 hours later, I called a different business. He inquired if I just called to whine and was unapologetic, when I phoned to speak to a manager. I was satisfied and've used this company before, but I will never call them.
First of all I can snake the toilet ! Secondly what he did only showed me how this company is, quoting an inflated price to see how clients react to it as they see it fit, then down it.
They were able to have it done for $160 and I hired another company Frank Gay pipes and did more than simply snaking the restroom, they flushed the whole system out.
Creating an appointment was super easy with their owner, their technician showed up one hour late which was no big deal, Danny the technician called me to explain what was going on at the house, something is clogged and he wishes to put a snake in the restroom. So first of all I am not inexperienced when it comes is a solution that might or might not get the job done, and he offered me $450 for repainting the toilet and placing a camera down there! When I expressed disbelief he offered vouchers and brought it down.
There's no estimate that is free, they roll it up . And when I asked him if it's still the same price if I want it done next day, he said different people can have different costs....is this company outsourcing everything to separate subcontractors? Anyhow, I am not here to figure that out. The main point is!
Mike was both personable and professional. He was in and out quickly and was respectful. He gave us hints for when we have the exact same issue in the future. Would definitely recommend going through this business, and ask for Mike!
Extremely high rates! By snaking it, clearing my bathroom bathtub drain they stated their price is $355. Literally two times as much as others; Do not be fooled by the voucher even with that it's still more than other businesses. The serviceman did a fantastic job snaking it for 15 minutes but the cost is outrageous.
All I could say is why they ship him. He was professional knowledgeable, and comprehension. He remained a bit later to make sure it would hold and got the task done and fixed right. They want more Ricardos. This guy should just go start his own business cause his abilities and knowledge surpassed the others.
Simply the worst experience ever. This time has been a nightmare, although I have used them 3 times before. I had a managable leak on a copper pipe which I called to have serviced. A brand new guy that is barely on the work shows up and after four hours cant get the leak stopped. Yes they need to be altered although yes the copper pipes are old, but if you can't fix the dripping leak please say so. He leaves it today is currently leaking in my drywall, Which it wasent before. So I call. A group of 2 come out spend about 4 hours breaking perspiration, holes, soldering, and dirtying the entire area. In the conclusion can't do it. Say cant finish it need another plumber to come out and finish it in the daytime. I ask can I have water if not hot water, They say yes I will have access to water that is cold. But then tell me that the guy tomorrow will repair it, but it and no guarantee will be as is. If it escapes again they make sure to tell me over and above it's not their fault. They leave and I try and salavge off of work, I went to go shower and begin a load of laundry with cold water. By chance I happened to go throw a garbage bag in the garage Thats when I opened the door and discovered a garage that was flooded. The pipe they had left open, just poured water and melts all over the floor. All of my items on the bottom are soaked in general. I had to run out and turn off the water main. I swamped in my garage with clothing in my wash and didn't get to shower. And that I have a hole.
I called in the day and obtained an appointment period.
In the afternoon I received a telephone call on the afternoon of my appointment to verify the time and discuss the issue. And then obtained another call 30 minutes to let me know he was on his way.
We were happy with our experience utilizing this service. In the first phone call till the conclusion of our appointment....everything was superb.
When he arrived he gave us a quote immediately found the leak within minutes. He mended the leak quicker than he expected so he reduced our quote by &100. Roto Rooter would be recommended by me.
The worst follow up of almost any company in the service sector. Launched on Friday - person on Friday showed up at 10:30 pm. Told someone would contact us for Saturday. Never heard anything. We called Sunday and now are in a game for Monday. Never wasted time for service.
After posting the above I obtained gratification. It was the one and only problem I ever had because of nights dispatcher. As usual the technician they fixed the problem and delivered was friendly and hard working professional and apologized about the dispatcher. Tech #4500 Jayden completed great service recovery and needs to be rewarded.
Roto Rooter lied to me I called 930 1030 1130 and 1230 they replied at 1230 said they called the next number to reach me at 1030 didn't get a response therefore pushed us off between 8 and 10am tomorrow said they didn't have my number in their system yet at 930 1030 and 1130 understood my number. They been to the address 4. As it rain I set up tent to them and stored them offered food. Tonight they out lied to me as if I didn't exist. Having lied to me was not worse down and by first time they allow me.
I never write reviews. Never. But I came to them for help with a bathroom. Agreed to schedule days outside. A few hours before they were likely to come they cancelled out. Said their plumber has been too busy. I get that exceptions occur however, there wasn't so much as an apology. I felt I was an inconvenience. Huh? I low care. All I need from anybody is the fundamentals. But truth be told that these guys. I hope your experience is much better should these guys are chosen by you

It was easy to create a service appointment and the tech was on time and courteous. He carried that the unclogging of my drain out .
Very honest and trustworthy! Carl was right on time and found the problem and fixed it quick
