Down the honest, kindest, professional service I received!!! While my husband was out of town my main water valve to water and my home was leaking down the road. Shaka plumbing face timed me to help receive the flow to slow down. I was still leaking pretty bad so they got it to slowdown until they can fix it and came. That is not the best part, I initially started calling plumbers on yelp....Do It Right Plumbing explained it was going to charge me $5,000 and to not call other plumbers since they would just over me. They said it was still a $ 5K job, although I text them pictures and was like it's just a valve leaking. Let's simply say Shaka didnt not even charged me $1K....actually it had been under $500, and they came out to the weekend and Monday morning. I am so grateful for people that are honest in this wold. Thank you so much, leaks dont need to be a nightmare I will never call another plumber!!!!

On a positive note!
I didnt like I got quoted one price of 120 for drainage but 150 when they arrived to repair. This was a marker for me. Grateful yall honored the price that has been stated.

I gave 3 stars cause the price changed due to larger equipment utilized to purge main water drain, I truly don't understand why I was quoted a price, than it jumped $30 more, the equipment was portable.

Called around 4pm on Friday and Neil said he'd come about 7pm. He showed up looked in the issue and advised the following day, to return. Neil came back and fixed the issue. I will definitely call Shaka Plumbing again. Thanks for the great support!

Called Shaka Plumbing for an emergency at 3pm yesterday. But I wanted it done the next day. Neil came to my house within 20 minutes later I called. After I secured water came. He did a great job. He made sure he cleaned up after himself.

The phone was answered by shanna and discharged a technician. The hot water heater had fittings, so it was fixed by Shaka .

It is 7 o'clock on a Sunday, regular sh*t drifting in.... The 24 HOUR claim of and Shaka only aint so. Sadly, they're in good company as NONE of those 24 hour plumbers seem to work on Sunday evenings.
Shaka Plumbing may claim to become a 24/7 plumbing service but they're not. Our plumbing backed up in our home. Google assisted us to figure out that we should launch the main drain at the exterior. Once we published the drain, all of the sewage in the home emptied out (It was gross; use your own imagination here). Our builder came out to inquire if his plumber was the cause. Nope. Turns out it's the major sewer line and a professional having an auger is going to do.
Shaka DID call back and said that he would attempt to find"one of his men" who could help us. His 20 minutes has become one hour and 20 minutes and no response once I called him back. I am guessing no one could be found by him. And the hunt continues...

Bad customer support. I predicted last week to schedule for a plumber to come out as water has been pooling around the foundation, and have a look at my toilet. The soonest appointment they can get me was Friday. I agreed. On Thursday I receive a call and they needed to reschedule because of an emergency. I rescheduled for today, Monday and said that was nice. No one showed although they were assumed to be here between 10-11am. Then they told me they needed to reschedule for Wednesday and called. These individuals don't realize how precious our time is. After a date and time are agreed upon, they ought to appear! I work and made the time to become home for your appointment. What a waste of time. I really don't understand how they can call themselves a trustworthy and professional business. Go elsewhere for your plumbing requirements.

I wound up using another company and only ended up spending $175 and I did not have a cleanout.
Since their quote was double compared to other quotations I never used the services of Shaka. I gave two stars because they were receptive and I was going to work with them based on that but when I got a quote for $300 to clean my primary line and a possible additional $150 if I had no blank out, I had to get a second quote.

Cap some pipes off and we had to replace a shower enclosure and our scheduled plumber canceled however, the water was for this issue and he was the very best! Neil was professional, reactive, and fair!

I called them understanding its 24/7 since our water heater broke and servicing and looked up this business. I also called and it kept on ringing. I left the following day and a voicemail called again thinking they were occupied, last night. However, I kept calling and calling during the afternoon and no one would reply. I thought this was a 24/7 business. Guess not.

Perhaps my job was too small for this provider?
Called Allen's pipes after a rep and hours called me. The same day the problem was repaired.
I tried to utilize drano but that merely was a band aid. The problem came back and that is my sink where the AC condensate drain empties into close to the P trap. It backed up my AC unit which wouldn't turn back on and triggered off.
Called a week ago seeing a clogged sink. I never got a call back.

Fast service and reasonable rates. My water main ruptured the next day, and they came. I was expecting to pay and they went the additional mile to be sure everything was great and we were cared for.

At first I scheduled an appointment and the plumber didn't appear or call to say he couldn't make it. But when I called back the gentleman that answered the phone was very polite and that he cried for yesterday's mishap. The plumber that came to my houses name is Neil and Neil not only did a fantastic job but he was a wonderful guy also. He even had the courtesy to remove his boots before coming to the house.
When Neil was finished he cried to the no call no show and he explained that I would be charged by him he did now. I would call Shaka plumbing if I have plumbing problems. I can see why they have 5 star Yelp reviews, it's because they're honest plumbers who conduct themselves in a professional manner. They truck Neil drove was tidy and nicely organized and the clothing he wore was tidy and that he had his shirt and they take it seriously.

I got no response by email after another email was sent by me. I did receive an appointment. They phoned me a hour past the appointment time to tell me that they were going to be overdue. She had no response As soon as I told the dispatcher that they were an hour late. Don't use this support, they clearly think that their time is more precious than the customers.
Horrible support! I discovered this"support" online. Made contact with a dispatcher (Elizabeth); she advised me to shoot pictures of the issue and email them in so that they could get a quote to me.

We had a water heater leak under our townhouse Foundation n called the plumbing n spoke to Neil of Shaka told him the problem we were having n he said. . I'll come out 2moro n he came out next day n found out problem why we didn't have any sexy water..Neil did an wonderful job rerouting all our plumbing n did so all in 3days, its really tough to discover a honest plumber today. . They started to fix our plumbing the first day. . Neil requested my husband are you ready fo some water? We didn't have hot water fo two months. .

Lehi out of Shaka plumbing is perhaps the nicest and most helpful plumber I have ever met. We phoned afterwards he'd worked hard and him to find a cesspool and couldn't access the sewer line that he did not even charge . He had been full of advice that is very useful and was extremely friendly.

Called the amount recorded on the site on Monday and managed to acquire a trip afternoon. Having pictures of the job helped. Helped get the work done faster, I texted when they called to coordinate. Neil had the part prepared and managed to finish the task in a trip. Would use Shaka plumbing again.

Neil does a fantastic job, and I recommend him to family and all my friends on the shore! Most importantly he gets the job done right, although very affordable prices charge! He is fast and very responsive!
