I'm selling a home, along with Expert Plumbing finished repairs per buyer's inspection report: repaired garbage disposal (it was jammed), rodded both sides of kitchen sink (slow draining), reset toilet to flooring, installed stainless steel in washer supply lines, installed counterweight in master bedroom toilet handle (it'd get stuck), and cut and off floor drain cap in utility area.

We paid $159.95 for hours diagnostic, that was not rolled into the price of this repairs/parts.
$233 to put in our own homedepot ($139.00 )faucet)
The charge to replace broken faucet was pricey ($677.95). The plumber arrived at 6:30pm, which the company considers after hours.
The plumber arrived on time, was educated and polite.
$285 ceases.

There's no 0 star to put for this companyHighly unprofessional. They had to keep changing the part because of their incompetency of not finding the root cause of the issue and did fix. They lied to refused and seller to complete the service. I have not dealt with such a bad company in my Whole Life

A flow manifested itself again. Their today Jim, had been a night and day adventure from the last escape. Total expert experience this trip. Thanks for sending Jim... I expect he is sharing his 20 yrs of experience with another techs.

Totally disappointed with this particular company. Out them . They blamed me and did not finish the work! They needed me to cover the visit speed when I called them to fix my sump on Sat, the following day and it would be more because of this weekend. Any excellent company would want to finish a project.

To put this in correct perspective, many testimonials for plumbers result from emergency calls and very honestly, you will show favor should they show up especially when the need is high (heavy rains, flood ). Actually, this is the way I came upon Pro. Extensive work has been done by them at either of my homes and many of it well except for the job. I signed up for their preventive maintenance. They suggested.
They shifted the filter but neglected to alter the sleeve it sticks (a 75 cent piece of plastic). The residue from the filter clogged the drain that divides into the walls for 3. This resulted in over $30,000. Damage to our house and 9 month's of reconstruction. The owner, Don, would not answer my calls or return my calls. (Attempt to call him. He screens ALL of his forecasts ). After many attempts to speak with the manager, I filed a complaint with BBB to no avail. I had insurance but for some reason they decided to not go following Expert Plumbing.

We've had Expert Plumbing out after to our home and 3 times into a home we bought for issues.
They have provided excellent support and are always on time, polite, very professional.
I can't recommend them highly enough.

Following our company had a sewage backup emergency at 10 PM, we called several"24 hour" pipes and didn't get an answer or a call back. We waited until the morning and called Expert Plumbing, who answered the telephone prior to 9 AM, but arrived than they estimated. After giving a quote, they took care of the issue. We could start for business less than two weeks late and they have been courteous and moderately priced. I will certainly use them again and would suggest. I wish I'd called these!

Had them come in to fix a kitchen sink that was leaking and leaking faucet that was outside. Chris did an excellent job and has been done in an hour and a half. Apparently, Expert Plumbing does not do two hour rate and elements like pipes that are sane. They've a flat rate for every job. They don't mention that when I called regarding the occupation and explained clearly what had to be repaired. Accounting for parts at $50, I just paid over $300/hr.

I really don't write reviews but I have to give them credit for good customer support. Becky was super knowledgeable, friendly and worried. She went out of her way. I really like when I call for support and you start with great customer support!

Following the recent flooding, we decided to renovate and update the entire basement system. This was a two day job which demanded pulling on a license from the City of Naperville, and Frank saw that the process was flawless. He showed me among my 100 amp circuit breakers that was partially melted. A flame waiting to happen, so I am happy we spent the bucks to get this. Thank you guys!

I had a project of plumbing Expert and a new Dental office cared for it. The largest obstacle was that the City of the plumbing code and Chicago. Without any hiccups Brockman cared for everything and all inspections are passed by us. Their estimate was fair without any additional hidden costs. I highly recommend expert plumbing for Tiny and Large jobs

Matt did an end to end service job. 1) Before even arriving, he made clear that on a Saturday night that the fees could be higher than normal. 2) He immediately assessed the situation, developed a plan of actions, and explained both what he was going to do and why. 3) He did a good job of masking the floors (and involving the ups and downs his feet) to make certain there wasn't any mess left behind. 4) In the end he obviously explained what he had discovered and made suggestions on how best to stop later on.

I urge you to find another company to finish your HVAC or electrical tasks. Four days passed and I heard nothing, so I finally called them (twice!) To make them send us the estimate, and it was incorrect and faulty when they did.
I called at least four times and was assured a phone call back from Glen French, that I believe is the manager. My husband finally emailed him and asked for a new estimate with just the things we really wanted to have finished (a cupboard light set up, a few additional fixtures installed). He never called me back, but finally responded through email, refusing to finish any type of service, because we did not wish to have the expensive recessed lighting installed (which, by the way, the technician himself advised against!)
He told us they don't go all of the way to put in fixtures. It surely would have been fine if he had informed us of the fact before cashing our check to send out a technician to provide us an inaccurate estimate! There was never any mention of a minimal labour requirement if they service Oak Park in my first phone call and I even asked the receptionist.
A warning to anyone!

Called the support and received a quick call back . He was able to come out within 60 minutes. . .in the meantime, we could determine restore water and how to close off the flow. We were not charged for the visit although it was a Saturday.
Nice employees and efficient. A relief to get them readily available for emergencies!

Expert plumbing saved me! That occupancy could be got by me for my store, I was on a time crunch to repair a problem. Expert plumbing gave a quote that was very fair, came out the exact same afternoon and did the work on my program. They gave me expert advise on several problems. Everyone that I dealt with, beginning has been professional, kind and accomodating. I will recommend Expert Plumbing to another store owners in my personal plaza in addition to my neighbors. It is so nice to find superior service.
