We had a new ejector pump and together with all the people expected at the home, it was a fix that was urgent. Will was quick, professional, and prompt to diagnose the issue and was our guy.
We had a backup in our sink drain on a Saturday night. We called these guys and they were here in 45 minutes (they said they would be here in 45-60 minutes). He identified that we have an older brick grease trap that was neglected and william Cubas was our plumber and is falling apart. He also rodded the drain line and proposed a couple of options for preventing future backups to take into account. He was fast, comprehensive, and specialist. We will utilize Captain Rooter in the future and were very happy.

. . .And now I am deducting a star from my original lukewarm review, since the director (a Mr. McCarthy) was not terribly professional when speaking to my 88-year-old mum, who phoned the next day to express her dismay at the expense of the fix. You need to learn how to speak to people and maintain your disdain, if you're going to have a company.

Jimmy, Brian and Joel did a wonderful job fixing our pipe. Within about 6 months, the group located a pipe underground that was cracked and replaced everything. Fantastic surely suggest them and work.

Very impressed by Captain Rooter. Had Captain Rooter and a late night sewer backup was professional, instantly receptive, and during. Prices were reasonable, fair, and supplied upfront. The plumber who reacted to this emergency followed-up the next day and arrived back to examine the work done. I would not hesitate Captain Rooter to anyone desiring emergency plumbing solutions or otherwise. I intend to use them when necessary.
