Excellent work. Had never used them before and found them as a provider for the guarantee of my water heater. So it was a rapid repair at a sensible price accurate, had the parts on the truck. Been over a week and the water heater is working good. Will definitely use them again.
On June 19th a man named Pat begins talking about cash and guarantees and right off arrives at my house. He was arrogant and treated me. I mean how difficult is it to find pressure gauge and a air compressor and put air in an expansion tank. ? My guess is that he wanted to charge me labour and a service telephone to put air in a tank.
Roughly about a week ago my pipes were jumping due to pressure.
Overall I don't recommend this organization. I think Mr Pat is the owner and believes he can just treat folks anyway he desires.
I spoke with Karen and predicted about the pressure in my expansion tank. She stated for about placing air in it MYSELF when I ask me not to touch the expansion tank.
Oh and I almost forgot they said my water heater would NOT be under guarantee well I named the water heater company and if I didn't buy the expansion tank at the first area and it turns out that's a LIE!!! Please BEWARE this company.
He decides to leave because I called him out.
I would not give them the 1 star frankly!
I phoned his office and spoke with Mary who seemed understanding initially but then she should have gotten wind from PAT and advised me to put the air in my own tank for FREE.
I decided to let them schedule an appointment it is looked at by folks.
Cost approximately $1500.00.
I am hoping this review helps the customer that is working that is hard to make the right choice when choosing a Plummer!!
I had a water heater installed in February this year in addition to an expansion tank.
Work was completed by A father daughter team . Replaced the valve at the street, my main shut off valve inside the home and a hose bip. They also prepped me for water installment. Both were individual. They spent at the house. Total cost was around 2k. They were truthful about what was happening and used quality parts. I know dropping that kind of cash on plumbing sucks like it was earned by them, but I felt.
