Daniel and mark provided a outline of their findings and contacted our plumbing service to examine recommendations and their findings.
Both Mark and Daniel were prompt, professional and courteous.
Scheduled drain scope to determine what was causing water backup. Approximately 30 minutes prior to appointment we obtained a confirming text message. The service personnel arrived punctually. They performed the scope service and provided a recording of the video to a thumb drive.

Shortly after the ceremony that has been done in June, the proprietor left voicemails for me, trying to make things right. He cried for his (former) worker and cut me a check for the difference from the 2 services and mailed out it same-day. They may be used by me .

Worst holiday to journey on but Mark was within the hour of my call to save the day. This is my third time with them and pleased to have honest and trusted people to assist me.

Can not help but give these guys 5 stars and here is why.
After phoning for essentially doing nothing plumbing companies who came out and charged, James came by and quickly remedied!

My renter calls saying they are staying in a hotel because the sewer backed up. Drains by James comes out again to do a sewer camera and cleaning of the line. I am charged an additional $400 +/- because of a problem they caused because I was worried they'd cracked the pipe cleaning out it. It ends up they didnt clean the line correctly. What upsets me even more when I phone to talk is, Matt who answers the phone was rude telling me the way the machine costs $30,000 and they would not issue credit back. This was a problem that they triggered and I consume because he had been combative the invoice for it and along with it could not even talk with this guy Matt on the telephone. When issues arise that is when a firm shows its true colours. Ive had these guys out every year for 3 decades now but will probably be looking else where because of the way they handled it.

Called James and explained my problem with all the laundry line. He said he'd have a guy over in 15 minutes. In what was in my own opinion time sure enough Steve came at my door. Steve looked the situation over and moved to regain his power drain opener. He proceeded to unplug the lineup in a really professional manner. He was also quite tidy. I would strongly recommend this company if the need to use their services ever arises.

My experience was not great. This company came out in a row and Charged me hundreds of dollars each day. They didn't cash the last test and eventually were able to solve the issue. I'd consider using them since they were finally able to remedy the issue. The owner inquired if there was something else that he can do to fix the situation, which makes me prepared to offer them another chance, should the desire arise and apologized for the inconvenience.

I tried restarting my obstructed kitchen drain using a plunger, vinegar/baking soda/hot water (multiple times), and then the dreaded Drano. I hired a Task Rabbit with great intentions, however, the snake that was 25foot did not take care of the problem. 3 days into a clogged sink (including using my dishwasher), Drains by James was advocated by my construction management firm.
Drain technician was convinced the issue would be solved in time that was small and came with one piece of equipment. (Mike I believe his name was) went to work and 10-15 minutes after, DRAIN FIXED! Such a relief.

This is a rec in my plumber. When our condos needed a sewer back up, they came on a Saturday.
Would recommend.
I simply wish pipes had a warning system before these kinds of things got ugly.
It wasn't a fast procedure, but saved us from a mess. $60 weekend charge was reasonable and its not something which you are able to wait on. Mark was very agreeable and worked.

I am officially giving 10 stars. It happened garbage disposal backing junk up in my sink AGAIN. I had remembered them saying the work was ensured, and since they had been out less than a month before, I called to determine if another trip out could be covered. They sent someone out in under an hour AGAIN! This time at night, and they didn't even charge me the additional fee they generally do to calls. No questions, bailed me, and they simply came. This provider is the bee's knees.

These are the folks.
The first time they had somebody there and the drain was cleared toot-sweet. The man who came was fine, professional and cleaned well. On top of that, their price was much better than anyone else. Obviously, they got the call too.
Clearly this is a company that has a good approach to customer relations - do a good job at honor repeat business and a fair price. Should you require drain work - call these folks first.
Our home has had sewer work since we purchased it and over the years I have attempted a range of businesses. In fact, while I sat seething over another business not showing up to the second time, I saw one of the trucks drive by. The name was tricky and I was distressed, so I called.
Shortly after their third visit, our drain backed up again and I called for rework. Even though it was past 30 days and even though the problem was a result of somebody flushing something that they should definitely never have, I was not charged for the visit.

I had a problem with a drain due to tree roots. I predicted drains by James and they came straight away. They did a great job!! The price was half of what I paid Roto Rooter to the issue earlier. Terrific support and highly recommend them.

I had a horrible basement flood issue a couple weeks ago and I was referred to Drains by James. When I phoned and explained my scenario, the girl on the telephone said it said she could send technicians out sometime and sounded like a filthy grease trap. They emptied it out at around 20 minutes, took a look round, brought down their snake item, and had been at my house within an hour. The price was over $100 but seemed reasonable considering I would not have wanted to get near that grease trap that is nasty anyhow and didn't know what to do. Their job came with a 30 day guarantee and I haven't had any issues since their trip.

This company rocks! My home sewer line was clogged. With numbers I called drain cleaning businesses at 9 PM. A few returned my call (one was from out of country ) and said they would have a technician call me back. I then called Drains By James. They immediately returned my call, gave me a price up front (much more realistic than most of the others), and stated they would be there in less than one hour. John, the technician, was very professional, courtieous, and favorable. Prepared his work place, ran the router not just once, but a few times and cleared the drain, and then cleaned up. This company is strongly recommended by me as they deliver the products on time with a reasonable price.
