Haha! Do not get any ideas Lol! I honestly think that the plumber did not know just what the issue was, so he was going to perform an overhaul of their pipes in that bathroom. It was definitely not mandatory!! Thanks again! Keep giving us accurate diagnoses and fair prices and you'll have customers for life!!

Check a leak in the upstairs bathroom that leaked and staining the living room ceiling and I phoned George Thomas, to visit my property. I had a previous plumber (Banford) head out to assess the situation and while he was onsite he quoted me about $900 and then for months, once I kept asking for a written estimate, he sent me a quote for over $2k! I chose to call Thomas, that went out although he left for vacation the afternoon, and called me He managed to repair the problem while onsite without any problems since! I appreciate service with decent prices, and George, aka Thomasdelivers! He'll be my plumber going. I hope him.

George Didn't Get To Perform A Plumbing Job, But I'm Glad He Didn't. George Did Not Left & Wait! George Were Not Communicate With Neither My Husband Or I And Left! I Called Him TimesHe Proceeded To Decline My Phone Calls Instead Of Saying He Left Or Giving Reasoning As To Why. I Don't Understand Ways to Give Some Clients Amazing Service And Others Don't Get the Same. He Likely Wouldn't Have Been Able To Communicate And Tell Me I Had A Water Leak As To Why He Left Then if He Couldn't Communicate. I'm So Glad I Didn't Give Him Any Of my Cash. Hope He Is More Professional With Others Later on.

I Had A Water Leak In Needed And My House It Fixed. I Called Scheduled And George An Appointment For Friday. He Required He Wouldn't Come That The Individual That Could Be Home To Answer The Phone While He Was In Route. Understandable . Friday Comes And I Ensure My Husband Is Available, Home & Because I Wouldn't Be Home.

Did the google searches. 1st quote came from Horizon Services in the sum of $918.00. To say I wasn't happy is an understatement. After reading the positive an yelp reviews the responses of Mr Thomas decided. I gave him a call on 5-30-19. He was very professional listening to me. He advised me for 6-1-19 at 7:00 am. I was quite pleased to say the very least. Mr Thomas arrived this afternoon. He completed all three items that I had repaired for the price quoted. He was quite respectful an professional. He unboxed all the items he replaced in front of me and gave me tips on how I could save even more money on another repair. I went ahead and scheduled for that. I highly suggest Mr Thomas to anybody searching for an extremely fair a plumber, in my own experience. I plan on referring him to my friends a household for there plumbing needs in the future. Update 6-30-19 Had Mr Thomas back for task #2, as. Price was $23.00 cheaper than quoted. After eliminating the toilet an visually diagnosing the problem, although he thought I would possibly require a particular part. It wasn't needed in any way. That goes to show the honesty of Mr Thomas. He could have replaced that part that I wouldn't have been wiser. I will definitely say I've found a plumber. I would tell anybody reading this review. Should you want a plumber that is honest that is direct to the stage, give a call to Mr Thomas. Update 10-12-19. Another experience that is expert that is pleasant. Had Mr Thomas put in two toilet rebuild kits. In addition he opened the ceiling identified that an resealed/reset the toilet above the leak. The leak was also fixed by him discovered a 2nd. At that moment, he threw his pencil down and said"I do not have time to get this!!" I didn't have enough time to get my kitchen sink pipes to be leaking along with an excess bill !!!
On account of the complaints regarding my mother, following consideration about my daughter's cat getting from the door which has been left open on our street, I wish I could give ZERO stars!! I'm very happy he"obstructed her so she can't change her mind". . .like I would ever give this guy any more money!! Talk about control problems!
Prices are reasonable, and he comes out. However, his attitude isn't professional. I've used him 3 times now, and he sounds frustrated to have to answer his phone, when I call.
I'm delighted with the work he's done, but I won't be calling him again.

George out of Thomas the Plumber is on clean time, efficient, honest, and professional. Certainly knowledgeable from years of experience in the business. Excellent work, and prices that are very affordable charges particularly compared to the huge plumbing businesses in the Baltimore area.

Upgrading my review that is previous to 3 stars because of rosy retrospection. I was impressed that he wrote back to me personally about my worries, although I can not in good conscience recommend that plumber.

Service - he managed to give me a quote based on photos and my description and known as and was cheaper than the estimates I received. He got right to work arrived on time and had the job finished. He walked me through exactly what he did. Great experience and I will certainly be contacting George for almost any plumbing needs in the future!

I called at 7:15 this morning with a leaky drain (older limes down the disposal yesterday--bad girl!) . George (his first title, Thomas is his midst ) happened to be in the neighborhood and has been here in 10 minutes. I am also a woman because he's apparently so active that it just so happened he was in the neighborhood and the job wouldn't pick up the phone. He got the work done was quick, professional and cleaned up. It's only 45 minutes since I called and I can wash my own dishes!

Calling your clients"idiots" speaks volumes to your service. It is well worth it if my post saves one person from your bs. Please seek someone to your plumbing requirements. A million plumbers out there without this attitude.

I might have paid 2-3 times what me charged, if I went with a few of those big men.
I will recommend George (Thomas) to everybody I know - even the people who are not needing plumbing issues.
If you reside in Baltimore, DO NOT call one of those big men. You will have a better experience and pay less to have Thomas the Plumber manage your issue.

Despite being extremely busy from tons of different people - the day I was pitched by him and saved. He cut a lot of galvanized pipes, unthawed the pipes and replaced with new copper pipes.
George was a joy and has come out to my house to take care of nasty situations. Both times explains exactly what he is doing, and he told me that the problem straight up without any plumber mumbo jumbo that was complicated. I was Happy
First (last year), he aided unclog a nasty sewage clog a certified drain cleaner was unable to fix. I paid a drain to purge my sewer line cleaner, and they also failed. When I called George he came up with a creative method to resolve the problem, and he charged what I felt was a really fair rate.

I have used Thomas the Plumber on many occasions. He is kind, professional, tells you so honest in cost and to not have a drawback. Some people you'll never be joyful. They want go after you to harm you, try to get you to lower your cost and then work at no cost. Bully is a word. Many individuals take some opportunity to harm people although when I will say something positive, I really like to provide reviews. Sad men and women that are uneducated.

Or there is the time when I had a leaky pipe in the cellar (slow trickle ). George was already to replace a bathroom. I showed him that the leak in the cellar, and he told me precisely what piece I could buy to stop the leak. He charged me a whole lot of money could've fixed it himself, but he was not trying to waste either my time or my money, since he was honest. He called a couple of days later to check and make sure the solution worked (it did) and see whether everything was going well at the house. That sort of service is rare nowadays. I cannot recommend him enough. George is an plumber that is Wonderful, and I am a customer for LIFE!!
Customer Tip: George is good at scheduling appointments, and, because he's so wonderful, he's in demand and his schedule is packed. Contrary to the cable business, who will schedule service during a 4-hour window and then not appear, if George says he will probably be there at 11am, that is precisely when he'll appear. When he's on his way, he calls; make sure to pick up the phone so you can find the exact ETA.
I have used Thomas the Plumber many times and have always found him to be capable, professional responsive, honest, and effective. Here's just a good illustration of what I mean. A few months before, the principal pipe entering my house has been leakingbefore the water turnoff valve. We called several companies. One of those companies explained , since it was piping, we'd have to replace our entire water chief, which could cost thousands!!! So, we called Thomas the Plumber (who should have been our initial call). He came out first thing in the morning and mended the leak. And no, we did not have to replace our water main (though if we do, you know who we'll be calling).

Heritage was our plumber and so honest, therefore honest. I'd recommend this organization and especially this plumber or to your own needs. They know what they're talking about! Very professional!

I would highly suggest George to your next job, however know that the simple experience you'll probably get over the phone is just because the man answers his cell and actually fails to function, a good deal, and make sure he provides services to as many individuals as you can. I will be calling him back to other requirements I might have over time!
Earlier this week, george ended a while for me . It had been obvious to me that he is quite busy since his evaluations are probably looked at by people on here and call him. After interacting over the course of the project with him, here's what I think others should know:
If you judge a tradesperson on character (which obviously is likely not the way that you should be determining a review, in my opinion). Then know this: 1 ). At the end of the project I assessed myself and understood why, and our interactions changed, although he didn't come off as personable as I would have liked. Other people with more intense issues agreed to take on my project and then bombarded him than myself. It was obvious he was busy and that I almost let him because I had been feeling as though he didn't have time. We talked it out and it was nice, we continued . 2. The"busy-ness" I had been feeling was George actually hoping to come through for everyone that he could commit to. He may come off with a tough exterior, but it is clear he is hoping to receive his job nicely, in the time period that is proper, without a BS, so he can continue on and help someone. 3. If you read his profile/website (I really don't remember where I saw it) you'll see at one point he had five trucks in his organization and then went back down to one. This is a man who's dedicated to his job (and loves it) but isn't into the corporate BS. Due to what he'd submitted about himself, I presumed he had been a"control freak" and I cannot confirm, nor deny that he may be self-aware enough to know that also.
1. That"control freak" feature comes from his quality of work. (That is a positive, for people who can not read between the lines.) I know to know that he didn't cut corners or perform the project improperly. He did the work arrived, and led out to the job. He told me, when he needed something from me. 2. His price was fair. Know the saying"you get what you pay for"? Well, I feel as if it's true. I feel comfortable with the price I paid. Occasionally time is money. And this project would have taken me weeks when it took him. Paying for experience and having access to the appropriate tools is worth it though I am an enthusiastic DIYer. 3. He personally manages his phone calls and always calls 15-30 minutes prior to arriving, telling you how long his gps says it will take to get to your residence. Very useful for people like me who commute a longer distance to work and will need to venture out in time. 4. When I believed he left the water off at the house after working that afternoon (but it just happened to be Baltimore County who shut off it origin of a water main break, thanks BMore...) he quickly replied my text messages at almost 9 pm and helped me troubleshoot (since it was pure coincidence that the water was not working).

The testimonials are accurate. George quoted me one price by looking at a photograph showed up and charged me less. Showed up on work and time has been completed. I would use him again and recommend him.
