I've had bad luck. I went to yelp and asked for a good local plumber. Saffer came up and I called them. Had to use a few times to them. Always been satisfied and happy. I recommend them highly

Billing was simple, performed on a tablet computer, before he left and I had an electronic receipt.
Service was promised.
So I would say 80 percent of this time disappoint.
Communication was simple.
After years of looking, I discovered my plumber!

Plumbing can be a puzzle. But the expert team at Saffer Plumbing we are determined to reach its bottom. It took several visits to address a few issues but this firm resolved them and all of us learned a few new items! A trip to see for himself that the oddity I described was paid by the owner. And while here, another issue previously believed to have been mended resurfaced. The technicians who arrived had a positive attutude and were always agreeable. What is more, the owner was gracious enough that I was not charged for multiple visits, to correct my billing. This is a great family managed and owned company which I highly recommend.

Saffer Plumbing has done jobs that were affordable and two exceptional . They found snafus that could make much more work above their estimate today, but they remained an additional three hours and did not charge us. Above and beyond! Their workers are prompt, the best too, comprehensive, and genuinely nice people. Can not recommend enough.

Incredible service! I called Monday morning at 7am and from 12pm I had a brand new water heater fully installed! Earl/Frank came out despite being short staffed. He completed the job single-handed, just having the assistance of the components guy to carry the heater in and over my washer/dryer. Wonderful guy to talk to, but above all, his job was flawless. I'm so thankful that I went with Saffer!

Called at midnight when sewage was backing up in our bathroom sink. They sent somebody out in the morning to diagnose and fix the problem. JD, the plumber who came, was fantastic at helping us. Prices were very reasonable although it was a crisis situation. I'll definitely call them .

I transferred in last week and am a first-time homeowner. I kept discovering things after I realized that the water pressure on my 3rd floor was dreadful and that I needed to fix, I had been disappointed as I believed I would have to live with it for the remainder of my time . That week, I called Saffer Plumbing and they scheduled for David to come and do a free quote. After David pinpointed the issue, they had the day, someone come out and scheduled an appointment for me. JD came and has been phenomenal. Not only was he extremely friendly and respectful of my house, but he also looked after 3 issues I had - 2 of which I had not even mentioned previously and was not planning on getting fixed immediately (because I believed it would cost a fortune). After he repaired my water pressure (which took him 2 minutes to finish), I told him that my kitchen sink was leaking. He diagnosed the problem took a peek at it, and then got straight to it and fixed it! Then I told him very casually that I had bought a new shower head to try to assist with my water pressure and he offered to install it himself (understanding that I would not be paying any extra for any of these additional fixes). I called Saffer Plumbing for a single difficulty, however after JD left, I had 3 items fixed that have left such a difference in the quality of my house - and for the cost of having only my water pressure mended! I asked JD a million queries and kept him for much longer than he needed to be here, but he answered all my questions and addressed 100 percent of my worries. I cannot recommend especially, and Saffer Plumbing JD, sufficient! I am happy and will definitely call them later on for ALL of my plumbing needs.

After a disappointing experience with another local plumbing outfit, I phoned Saffer on a Friday afternoon, hoping to get my kitchen faucet replaced so I would not have to go the weekend. They found me time, Though they had been reserved. The plumber who came (Bob) was diagnosed the issue almost immediately (something another guy had missed entirely), then made the fix immediately. I will use them again without hesitation, and urge them enthusiastically.

Slow. Did not do work they stated they would on the written estimate. You get an answering service which doesn't know 16, if you attempt to contact them and that they are not likely to return your call soon. They provided a written quote but they stated they would not do it and left, as soon as the team came to do the job.
Not a professional outfit that is not hard to utilize. I won't waste my time with them .

Had this afternoon to a leak in the basement. Called Saffer plumbing and they had somebody out over one hour. Miguel was knowledgeable and professional about his job. That the leak was repaired and my husband and I are very pleased. Very professional and reputable company.

I had the same issue one of the last commenters - James A. - had with Frank.
More recently I had a difficulty arise following one of the jobs. I called to get another appointment and was told that the follow up work was not their responsibility. When I inquired what would occur if it was determined that their work is what caused the difficulty that was next, I was transferred to Frank.
He became defensive, told me that I waited to report the issue, and normally lacked some professionalism. I explained that his tone and etiquette had been unnecessary, I appreciated the work his company had done for me however he seemed intent on winning the conversation.
I figure he won, but Saffer loses. I won't use them and that I won't recommend them anymore. It's a shame they use this guy at an company.
I utilized Saffer for a few years and has been happy. I had one difficulty pop up after - a plumber work I knew I did not need - but it was not big enough to drop them.

They did a great job. I had a washer/dryer hookup installed in a spot. Another company have a look and said it could not be achieved, but Saffer managed to do a little bit of problem solving and think of a plan. The team went executing the plan and came. They got it done in the specified time frame and cost, and thus far (3 weeks later) the job is holding up nicely. The office staff was pretty easy to work with too. It wasn't inexpensive, but good work not is.

Guy called Earl came and did an wonderful job. Fixed the problem, was super fine, and billed me a cost. Will definitely use them in the future.
Had a sink blockage I couldn't fix myself regardless of what I tried. Saw the testimonials on yelp and figured I would give these guys a try. Called them this morning and they were able to get someone here within an hour.

Paid $170 for about 3 minutes of labor that only partially fixed my issue (water leaking from the basement). No time has been taken to examine what the complete problem was. When I figured out there was another source of water I needed to pay an extra $150 to fix that also. I feel like I needed to pay twice to fix the issue. Nice folks, but I will just YouTube to fix anything issue I have moment that is next.

Wow! So impressed with Saffer. These men are true experts and will use them from here on out. I was blown away by the service from making the appointment to the invoice procedure. This is truly a 1st class company. I had a blockage in my line and they could repair it after work that is meticulous and attentive. The area was spic and span after the work as well.

Saffer Plumbing gave me a price got me back when you can, owner was at my home within an hour to get an estimate, were courteous, and did the job correctly - the first moment. What more can you ask for?

Jack and jason came out to trouble shoot decreased water pressure. This was the next company we predicted (the first ones didn't look around much and recommended we replace all of our pipes inside and outside - that would have cost us thousands of dollars). Saffer came out, checked our entire house, decided that it had been our water filter on our primary pipe, then brought all our water pressure straight back and then some! Down the street we will need pipe work, but they are working fine as of now! They took the opportunity to educate and explain to us exactly what they saw were agreeable, and made us brief and long-term recommendations. We will not be afraid to use these guys and we'll be happy to pay them the money for replacement, if our pipes do go!

Time will tell if they fixed the leak (it has been going on for months now, off and on but never when I could have someone else watch itargh!) , but so far so good and they're amazing to deal with. Really good about being on time and doing the task in a fair (for a plumber) price. I loved the job, too! Before they arrived, it seems better than!

They are good and on-time. They'll give you an estimate. I've used them three times. Another plumber (Chris Jensen, he had been too busy for me) suggested them. I had been delighted with their job. They fixed the issue and didn't look to do a lot of unnecessary stuff or work.
