Admiral Plumbing Sewer & Drain Cleaning

These folks were called by us after another organization's phone service individual was super rude to us. These men were very polite and professional from the beginning.
Kenny specifically was great! He was friendly and knowledgable and ready to go the excess mile to get our furnace replaced in one moment. Our blower motor was shot and then he walked through the options and prices of replacing it replacing the furnace (which was 20+ years old). It was clear he was genuine and trustworthy.
When we have to substitute our water heater we'll call these guys again!

I can not say anything but I feel they don't have any respect for and con and customers artists. The person but the company moved to his residence 2 times. Why go if nothing was wrong?
This review is solely based on their own customer service, or that lack.
When my colleague was known as by this company my coworkers and I were in a conference room. The person on the other ending was rude. The colleague he called put him on speaker and the had the dialogue recorded.

ABSOLUTELY UNPROFESSIONAL.
Edit: So, I had been called by contractor on the phone threatening me within my 1 star review. I am not entitled to my opinion of the company. Luckily, I had been in a seminar room using CCTV and I put him speakerphone to have this recorded. Wanted to return to my flat to"talk" this and said I am trying to rip off my homeowners insurance. Use your mind, regardless of what the issue is, because I didn't know what was wrong, I had to call American Home Shield. You guys apparently did, so you're the contractor!
Very customer service. Like pulling teeth trying to receive a copy of my job order is.

This was one. They charged me $475 bucks after knocking down $100 for a snake. They were not able to fix the issue. Since he won't ever get any business from me 23, those reviews on this that is 5 stars are up imitation. I've been in the actual estate industry for more than ten years. If you're looking to get ripped off visit him.

Called to get an estimate on some plumbing work for not telling the agent to come and perform the 25, and has been talked down to. Told me to"stop wasting plumbers time" for phoning and just asking for a cost. Unprofessional and off putting! Don't go with this corporation.
Edit: just goes to show when it takes you to comment back, and if you can not even format your sentences, how do you are. We never asked you to come down so please get your facts right before you talk.

In addition, he tried to charge more than that which he quoted on the telephone. On my call to him, he quoted me $85 for its assessment. Once there, I asked him and he told me. I managed to pay the $85.
In a nutshell, I believe he am on the side that is younger and took advantage of the fact that I am a homeowner.
I will never call Admiral Plumbing nor will I recommend them.
Beware of this company. Because my heat wasn't working, I called on a Saturday in the middle of the weekend potential and I couldn't get the pilot lit. I love that Gary squeezed me in despite having many customers. What I don't appreciate is being advised to do the dirty work because I am smaller than him. He literally told me to get down and attempt to stick the milder in the rear of the unit because it was more easy . He told me I had to put in my knees when I couldn't get the pilot lit. This is totally unprofessional. Getting on the floor is part of your livelihood.

I suggest calling them!
Admiral Plumbing does great work, is reliable and fees. They have been used by me in downtown Jersey City for my house and my company and the outcomes are always wonderful.

Fantastic support! Fixed my toilet! Certainly recommend. Gary and his staff are all very professional and skilled.

I had a clog kitchen drain that is also currently flowing to the bathroom sink. Called Admiral in the morning and Gary had been in my home within an hour. Showed him the problem and it was repaired immediately. Easy and A very professional guy to deal with and the fee was reasonable.
Would recommend this business to anyone who have plumbing problems.

I'd if I could give a 5 star review to this company. Seriously, why be in a service company if it angers you to answer the phone? I waited 9 hours and they never showed up! When I agreed to reschedule and I phoned to confirm I was treated with rudeness that was competitive. I am seriously considering calling the police concerning the plumber who has misdirected anger issues and answers his own phone. Please schedule another company.

I called them to receive a quote for AC repair. Guy was very nice on the telephone, told me he would be able to have someone take a look the next day around noon & he would call me back in 1 hour to confirm. Never called and its 12pm the next day. Very unprofessional.
I called them based on their yelp stars. Nonetheless, it appears the majority of the 5 star reviews seem to be coming from folks that have 1 or two reviews. A small shady, just like the other reviews from Yelpers who have 10 or 20 seem to say.
I would read these reviews and am in a way happy I never needed to deal with them.

My pilot light went on my own water heater and I was not able to get it to stay lit. These guys could fix the matter and came out. They believed that the issue would be fixed by replacing the thermocouple but it didn't. They ended up replacing the gas valve which was more costly and took longer than I hoped. However, hot water and my warmth are back so I'm a happy camper. Credit and check card is accepted by them. Tax was not included in the quote so inquire about that.

I would, if I could give zero stars. I called to make an appointment for 8am for the following day and the following day I received a text saying they'd be at my apt between 8am - 9am. Ugh NOT that which we agreed to! They said ok we will come at 6pm instead and NEVER showed up. Was that some petty revenge because I couldn't do ?? that is 9am The motive - LAME! Would never use someone unprofessional.

We had a Fantastic experience with Gary from Admiral Plumbing. We called them with a drain at 9am. They were courteous and professional and said they would be out within an hour and a half. They fixed it, diagnosed the root cause of the issue and came on time. I will be using them again in the future, and believed that the cost was fair.

We got the invoice now. Gary had called to confirm the invoices. As I'd mentioned service was good. Only problem was the delay in invoice. As it's a third party seller as he's mentioned, I am upgrading my review.

Their work is very good, perhaps he had been having a lousy day, idk, because I'm not likely to hire somebody who's a ick on the phone but that I won't find out.
The individual who answered the phone was very short with me and couldnt be bothered with my problem.

FAST trash disposal replacement within one day, FRIENDLY service (thanks, Kenny), EXCELLENT price less than 1/2 another quote I had been given. Highly suggested!

I called Gary about a leak in my apartment regarding my own dishwasher. Surprisingly enough Gary told me that a few things to test with it that might be the problem before he came out to test as he believed this may be a problem I could resolve on my own cheaply before I had to pay someone. I cannot tell you how happy I am that some individuals are actually still looking to do instead of trying to make them pay.
If I have any plumbing requirements I will utilize Gary later on.

Spoke to a guy he is impolite and very unprofessional. If he is the owner of the organization, I'm not too certain but I call for a simple estimated and he hung up the phone on me. I wouldn't recommend anyone. It is sad that people like this have a business enterprise.

He claims a damper and roll out switch need to be replaced. I tell him I shall return to him. I paid $75 for the service call to and he'd accept a check 2nd flag, not credit card. As a customer, if a business defrauds you, a credit card company will refund the fee. I'm sh -- out of chance, in this case with him not accepting credit card. In addition, he tells me to write my own address and he'd email a statement. Well 4 days afterwards and him cashing my test, no 3rd flag.
Avoid Gary and Admiral Plumbing.
I just had another service firm and they found no problem on the boiler required to be substituted with the damper just the roll out switch and a water tank. Total cost of also my boiler, and $236 for labor and parts is up and operating.
If I could have given this business zero stars I would have. Be ware of the scam artist. Admiral Plumbing was predicted by me about a non boiler that was . Within 5 minutes of getting into my basement to examine the boiler, Gary wanted to learn who my plumber claimed everything was wrong with my plumbing and was. That was the 1st flag for me with Gary, since I have owned and lived for 13 years now and did not have some unusual plumbing problems. Then he proceeds to"diagnose" the problem and needs $575 to fix the problem.
