Knowledge guy who provides customer services. Had him help us put in a Yale Assure smart lock and he ensure the lock installation was adapting appropriately to the door jam and correct, but also adjusted the door.

After with another company out a few months to get a door lock, this locksmith was phoned by me. . .the other guy sprayed on it said good luck, and billed me $80. Rob told me exactly what I had and when the part came in and took it put it all together, came over with Superior Lock, repaired it. No muss, no fuss. He also showed up not just on time, but early both times he came out--that is unheard of at Tahoe!!! He was trusted and amazingly nice and that I can't say!
