Professional company, costs were great, timely & dependable. When you need a locksmith All you want. This was a excellent experience. I would use Pryor Safe & Lock for any future needs!!!! Def. FIVE STARS with this 1!!!!
In a fascinating turn of events, the issue using the lock was solved, but a new issue was made. After we found it a few hours later, the technician did come back out and fix it (at no additional charge).
For not asking for an estimate up 18, I bear some of the responsibility in this scenario. I think that everybody should know about that $50-89 minimum (I guess it depends on who you talk to).
Neighbors told us who Pryor does work that was affordable . Part of our lock issue was that it couldn't come from the door because some components were jammed, however Pryor does make house calls. While I did not ask for an estimate I presumed it would be reasonable. The problem was able to be solved in about two minutes with locksmith tools, at which point I had been advised that the minimum that is residential was $75. Seeing how shocked I was, the technician decided on $50. It was a bit bizarre, and he also produced some semi-condescending remarks which I do not think he would've made to my husband...
I used Pryor Safe & Lock to open a safe that has been old. The contact at the service tech that came to the house and the office were very helpful, service-oriented - plus they opened the harm. I believed the charges were very reasonable, given that the level of experience needed, in addition to the research that they did in advance to try and determine the safe manufacturer and age, etc.. I was glad I them, and would certainly recommend them.
I took 2 locks to get rekeyed with the identical key for both. $9.50 a piece in about 30 minutes. Affordable, friendlystore. Thumbs up!
